Best motorcycle shop! I’ve gone to a few other places, and this is by far the best. I would get incorrect info from other stores while these guys would give me the correct info, they helped me find my dream bike will for sure come here again no doubt. Keep up the good work!

Del Amo was over the MSRP which my credit union requires then they didnt qualify me for enough for the bike I wanted. Motorcycle City had financing for anyone, literally. Two different ways. The bike had a hiccup but he fixed it and it rides just fine. First bike, he was honest about the details straightforward about everything. he sure cusses a lot though.

These guys are amazing. I bought my first bike (05 Yamaha fz6) here, Unfortunately the day I got it it stalled and wouldnt start. I made one call to the guys at motorcycle city and they towed it back to there shopped for me and said they would fix it for free. This is a used bike and they easily couldve left me high and dry like a lot of dealerships do. They not only paid to tow it to their shop and fixed it for free but also paid for my Uber home and threw me a free phone mount. I would recommend Motorcycle city whether you are buying a bike or just looking for an honest mechanic.

Great store, came to check in some motorcycles a few weeks ago. I’ve gone to maybe 3 other stores and think this is my favorite out of them all. Very nice and honest owner haven’t bought a bike from anywhere yet but will be planning on getting a bike from here highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable about honda service and repair. Very friendly and I didnt get a service tech just trying to run my bill up. Hard to find a trustworthy mechanic for my shadow.

Frank overcharged me and I rode off with no brakes. Be warned if you go here Frank will try to rip you off and theyll leave you your motorcycle in an unsafe condition. I should have known that customer service was bad when I showed up and there were no other customers anywhere.After they changed my tires Frank failed to tell me that I had no brakes after they serviced it. When I rode off I barely came to a stop in time at the intersection in time after frantically pumping the brakes. I rode back to the shop very slowly and told Frank what had happened. He chuckled and told me I had to pump the brakes first because they were removed.I came here because their Website said it would cost me $100 to change my sport bike tires. $45 for front and $55 for rear. I was charged $150 to change the tires. I went back a few days later and explain what had happened but he had already changed the prices on their website. Frank was very rude and physically pushed me out of the office when I told him I was overcharged. I mentioned to him that with the new price on their website of $70 for front and $75 for rear, he would be still be overcharging me. He didnt even try to apologize as he refunded my $5 cash with no reciept and mumbled under his breath as I left the showroom.

Called about selling my bike. The gentleman that answered was less than friendly. Borderline rude. Needless to say, he lost a customer as I was quite interested in trading in a beautiful motorcycle for a smaller one of lesser value. I would advise this business to be friendly to everyone that calls.

The guys are impatient rude I guess depending who you are. Their tune up service is way high I doubt their service techs have good mechanical skills from what I gathered. None wore store uniform so you cant tell whos who. I only go that when I have no other option its an emergency and I usually leave unsatisfied and sort of heated. Talking to me as if Im stupid. This is just my opinion. Check it out for yourselves and you be the judge good luck.

Was not friendly at all. The energy is not good. And the bikes actually look bad!! Dust covering them all. Clean your products, and maybe business might get better. Hell, just clean the place up!!!

Bought my scooter from these guys and have nothing but good to say about these guys! They answered all my questions, and it was all a very easy & simple process. They definitely have made another loyal customer! Thanks again guys!

Frank and the crew did a fantastic job swapping my handlebars even though it wasnt an exact fit they made it work. I think any other shop wouldnt have bothered but they did and thats the kind of service you can expect over here 😉. Thanks Frank and crew!

Hi purchased a 2009 v star 1100 from frank at motorcycle city at the end of January.He was extremely good to deal with, stored the bike for 6 weeks then delivered to shipping yard for me.(out of the kindness of his heart) To come to New Zealand, have finally got it and am more than happy with it. Many thanks to Frank and his team for going beyond in the service and there integrity.Made the experience easy as not always easy buying site unseen from another country

Ive bought bikes from Frank before...bought a couple Harleys....financed both of them....had service work done also...Franks a good guy....just moved back to San Diego a few months ago....Ill be down to get another bike soon Frank...take care bud!

Picked up my bike from these guys less than a week ago and I am still amazed on how these guys managed to get me such a great deal on my bike! I dont usually give reviews, but you guys deserve it.

Took my 2001 CBR900RR in because its been sitting in the garage for about 5 years. Frank and his team did a fantastic job getting her fixed up. She rides like a new bike. They went beyond the repair to clean her up nice and even painted some scrapes on the crank case cover. Thank you Frank and team!

My husband and I purchased his first bike from this place. Frank was awesome to work with. He was also patient with us because we made the mistake of leaving our credit card at home and we had to drive all the way back to get it. They also provided a free helmet and gloves because he is military. We noticed the headlight bulb went out the day before my husband went to train for a month. They were awesome and replaced it quickly when he returned from training.

Overall good experience.Prices a little over Nada even after negotiations.Bikes look clean and maintained. Hopefully the 08 XLL I got wont have any issues.Dont see any reason why it should.In house financing is nice option!

Only shop in San Diego county id trust my bike with. Im a repeat customer, Ive gone to them for years now and never had any problems. Everyone there has a great attitude and a high level of workmanship, with excellent customer service and pricing.

Purchased a motorcycle from here about 8 months ago. The bike works great. The dealer gave me a great deal. The selling process went smooth, what I have a problem with is the way the process with the DMV was handled. I paid for the bike AND the service for the dealer to do all of the paperwork and take care of the DMV fees. Turns out the wrong VIN number was submitted to the DMV, so after two months I still hadnt received my license plates. I didnt get one call from the dealer. I called them, and was told to take the bike back to them so that they could take it to the DMV for VIN verification. I did that the following weekend and they took care of it. Two months later I still hadnt received my license plates. Went to the DMV to see what was going on and I was told that they had my license plates, but that the plates hadnt been paid off. Indecide3d to pay $20 on the spot rather than to leave it up to the dealer. If you buy a bike from here, save yourself some time and do the DMV process yourself.

When i got my bike they where straight foward with no bs really help full even when i got my bike service frank stayed and waited for me after hours cux he knew i needed my bike n he n his co workers treat me like family really great shop i recommend. .. I even thinking buying another one...

They are not good, they might have good bikes for sale but there are bad mechanics, They also lie.,I took my bike to them so they can get it fix and they just charge me $198 and they lie to me about what they did, when i took my bike back they charge me another $120 . The mechanic have no idea about bikes.

This is a shady, over priced dealership. They sell motorcycles with prices that are like off a brand new showroom floor. Most of their inventory are salvaged titles and their mechanics dont even know the difference between carb and fuel injection. Im not sending anyone that i know to here to get on a motorcycle that even the dealer doesnt know the history of. I made the mistake of purchasing a motorcycle from them and i ended up bring it back to them because the forks where not for that year, the motor keeped dying for no reason, the battery was dead on delivery, oil was never changed (probably last change with previous owner) and the list goes on. They gave me a newer bike because i complained to much but i should have never gone through so much with them. So if you dont care and just wanna pay a whole lot for a used motorcycle thats salvaged than go here.

The absolute worst experience ever ...they took my bike a few weeks ago and over filled my oil, didnt install all my fairings screws, installed my fuse box improperly so my fork was rubbing and didnt service my coolant properly...do not get your motorcycle serviced here fair warning
