Worst customer service ever, the Indian man needs to be fired asap, he told me that hell never ship anything from my business because I had to check the packages once again to see what Im shipping and duct taped it myself back together. He is not even the owner and acts like it, hell never be a business owner with that altitude and treat customers like that, I always come in with a positive altitude and greet him but hes no good, it is completely unacceptable!

By far the worst customer service!! They charge you for everything even to print out a receipt!! If you can go somewhere else save yourself the bad customer service experience!!! I would give them a BIG 0 if I could!!

Worst place to go. The owner makes his own rules, hell charge you for dropping off Amazon box with a free shipping label. Along hell charge you a dollar for tape if your box is not taped up or hell ask you to take it somewhere else. I know its hard right now but dont try to take advantage of people. Were all having a rough time. After yesterday I no longer will be going there nor give them my business.

Mr. Rawal at the lemon grove Postal Annex #138 has to be one of the best individual around. There has been 2 separate occasions when my husband has left either his cell phone and his LAPTOP due to his hectic work lifestyle!! Only to come back and have his items return to him by Mr.Rawal because he put them aside for him. He is always friendly and extremely helpful with all of our postal needs. Thank you for everything Mr.Rawal and I hope everyone that comes to you can see just how special and great you are.

These guys are incredibly efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was very busy when I went and yet I hardly had to wait at all. They were both helping multiple customers at a time and doing so very well. While one employee was printing out some forms I needed, he was simultaneously explaining to another customer how to mail something in an easy to understand way that did not feel rushed. The other employee who did my live scan called the company to ensure it went through and made sure I understood what I needed to do after submitting my forms. Definitely using them again!

Needed a notary. Was busy at the shop and the owner was there on his own helping customers. Assigned in a line and helped. Masks in store are required as policy. He made sure that everyone was looked after. Thank you again.

I mailed several large boxes from this store in Lemon Grove. The owner allowed me to use his hand truck and assisted me with loading and bringing the boxes inside. As he was weighing them, I noticed one of the fragile boxes had a large gash in it and the content was showing. I was concerned. He said he would fix it. The boxes were being shipped to Texas. When they arrived, I saw where they had solidly patched the hole. In that box was an antique chandelier from my childhood home. It made it safe. Thank you

Worst Customer Service Ever! The old man with glasses needs to be helped or replaced!!! 4 people walked out including myself because we were waiting for over 20 minutes and he kept cutting people in front of us! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Mehul was amazing at his job! I was doing a live scan service request which takes a few minutes and he had over five customers in and out during that time! Very efficient and would recommend!

The owner loves to inflate his prices! Theres no need to overprice to ship. Be aware! Watch him! He knows what he is doing with his shipping costs and supplies. Do your homework before you patronize his establishment!! We all trying to survive owner, however youve been doing this far too long!!been long time employee is the BEST!!

Weve used the services at this location for more than 7 years. The staff has always been kind and helpful.

Not a good experience today. I called for price per copy if I made more than 300 copies. The owner said 10 cents a copy. I drove over there and he overcharged me. When I told him he told me 10 cents per copy over the phone he said yeah, I gave you a deal at 10 cent, but you have to add tax. It still didnt add up. 345 copies per 10 cents plus tax is not $41.50. I didnt argue, but he just lost a customer. It is all about being honest and upfront for me.

First of all, check Yelp. They are 2 stars on Yelp.I just went there today ans the man wanted to charge me $1 to drop off a package prelabeled and ready to go.Its a postal annex....USPS goes there daily so I dont understand. I just took myself down the street.They also charge for poor print qualities. So if something doesnt print good, in my case it cut off the image, I was charged $3 (for 1 color print page).Im just leveraging other optiona now. Im about supporting small business but thats not right.

We arrive at postal annex here at Lemon Grove and needing to have some of my document notarize. However the store is already close and the store operator Mr. Mehul Rawal is already leaving but when he saw us he stopped and ask us what we need, I told him we need to have my documents notarized. without question he accommodate us re-open the store and notarized my documents. Thank you Mr. Rawal very much appreciated.

Expect delays, expect the owner to ask you to come back instead of promptly helping people. Expect the owner to demean you for saying youll gladly take your money somewhere else since it seems like you are being brushed off. None of the Caucasian people in the store at the time were told to leave or come back later. This is pathetic! Businesses will learn to be kind and provide good service or people CAN AND WILL go somewhere else. I feel thankful I found this out before spending any money.

I wanted to ship out a USPS package but the post office was closed. So I went to this postal annex. He charged me a dollar just to ship it for me. I already had it packaged and labeled. He didnt explain why, just took my dollar. Ill go elsewhere next time.

I am exceptionally happy, pleased, & very satisfied with the service I, received from PostalAnnex in Lemon Grove. Upon arrival in the late afternoon, I wasnt sure if PostalAnnex was going to be open. They were closing and Mehul Rawal reopened the doors to let me in and provided me with their service and little did he know how important it was to get this package out A.S.A.P. For my son had called me fromcollege and told me he was out of his allergy medication and needed them badly, so thank you Mehul Rawal for helping me in a time of need. I had visited the Lemon Grove Postal Annex about a year half ago and I love it!!!!! both the employees that work there helped me with finding great prices with shipping and choosing for me the best carrier, so and the end of the day save a few extra. I did my ( Livescan ) in this store and was very surprised!! to see they have a service were they call and someone logs in and verifies there fingerprint and information before sent to the DOJ & FBI was quick and easy overall I am very pleased with there service at this location. very professional

Mehul was awesome. I dont usually write reviews but this guy deserves it. I had to get my lease notarized, scanned, emailed and sent overnight express. Not only did he do all of that quickly, but it was also much cheaper than I expected. The rental agency had an issue with the notary signature and mehul fixed it free of charge. He was really friendly and professional. I very much appreciate his service. It was a moderately busy while I was there, yet he still greeted customers and performed other transactions while helping me. I definitely recommend his services!

Super small business to support! Mr. Rawal is attentive, friendly and HONEST. I went there to mail a package UPS because the post office lost a valuable package that I sent Priority Mail. Yes, UPS costs a little more, but the package will get there. Mr Rawal is also a notary public and has many other services, including mailboxes, fax, laminating, etc.

Before coming in I called ahead to make sure there was an opening as well as the scan would work for my needs. Of course I was told that all was good and that it would work as needed. A few days after I went down to the county treasurer to pay all associated dues and was told by the clerk that the only scan that is accepted comes from one of three places (this not being one of them). After being lied to and spending $80 on the scan, I called back to ask for a partial refund. Of course, they declined. So here is my warning to anyone else that may be considering hiring Mehul Rawal at Postal Annex to run your live scan. Save you time and your money and go straight to the police station.

Ive been going to this Postal Annex for many years. Im a certified paralegal, trustee and property manager. In my duties, Im constantly needing documents printed, notarized or copied. Ive also gone there to fax and send packages numerous times. I always get immediate service in that place, and acknowledged even when theres a bunch of people in there. The prices are very competitive and the service is great. I recommend taking your documents and your business there. The gentleman, Mr. Mehul Rawal and his staff/associates, are super pleasant. They treat every race and ethnicity with courtesy and respect. Im always happy to take my business there. On top of it, its located right in the center of a bunch shopping centers and I always take care of other errands in the same trip.

I just called (literally) and the gentle man who answered was rude from the start. I just asked the cost for a medium box for 6 mos. He was not clear so I asked again. in a different way and he was rude as if he was in a hurry. There is no more need for me to consider this place especially for my business address.

I came to ship a package to my sister in Africa was not sure what to do i had address but no postal code I couldnt call as it was night time in Africa they helped me by looking up the postal code on the internet and found the correct postal code for the correct city they are proffesionals at this they cut my box down because i brought in a box too big they advise me it would save me money we compared the prices between different carriers and i got the best deal with guaranteed delivery and tracking i really appreciate there honesty and work i have now become a regular at this business new owner is great i can honestly say he cares about his customers..

I kept a mail box with this company for over a year. On four occasions, the store opened at least an hour late. The entire store is very unorganized, to the point where I was concerned that my mail would be lost.I used to La Mesa location once, and commented on how much less expensive it was to ship than where I did business. The employee knew exactly what store I was talking about, without me mentioning its name. Apparently its well known that the Lemon Grove store overcharges on shipping. I however stuck with it because I had already moved all my correspondence to that address.I have called in complaints to Postal Annex corporate several times, and I know other customers have done the same. It surprises me that this family has been allowed to retain ownership of the franchise.The only reason why this is not a 1 star rating is because Alex has always been friendly and helpful, even helping me bring packages to my car on occasion (I hope I got his name right).

One of the worst Postal Offices around. For one, they dont honor their store hours. Constantly opening late or closing earlier than what is posted on the door. Prices are double of USPS. Always leaving with more questions than answers. I would recommend The Mail Store in La Mesa. Friendly service.

Leaving my wallet on the counter. That night i noticed my wallet(My Life) missing. 😲. Last place i recall was at Mr Mehuls Postal Annex. My night was sleepless. Morning i returned to POSTAL ANNEX, low and behold Mr Mehul found my wallet and i owe him homage for putting away my wallet( My Life). And the rest is history. This location is a ups and fed ex drop off it is a postal annex not to be confused with post office or ( usps ) drop off packages are not accepted as post office does not pick up and scan packages from this location nor do they give receipt for drop off parcels they do however give receipts for ups,fedex,ontrac dhl they do have scanner for this particular parcels but they do ship packages from all of this companies ups,usps,fedex.ontrac,dhl they are fast and very courteous and friendly people...

I asked the price of the fax & he just faxed the papers then told me and I didn’t have the money for it. He shouldn’t have faxed it until he told us the price.

Horrible experience. Went in asked for help and was told to send my label to their email. So I tried a couple of times. While the guy there started helping other costumers. I just stood there to wait and see if he would check the email but he didnt. 15 minutes later he checked and said it still wasnt there and gave me attitude about how he told me how to email it. Worst feeling after waiting for that long.

Ive dropped off packages here before, returns from amazon. I have two very small children and struggle to get to the store let alone deal with unhelpful people. The first time I came in (with my two toddlers) I was asked to apply my own labels. Ok fine, but there were no customers in the store- why cant he do it? The second time I was scolded for not taping my box and they wanted to charge me .59 for a single strip of 8in tape. Typically I wouldnt care but I didnt have my wallet and I had my two sleeping toddlers in the car. Off I am to the UPS across town because when I walk in they smile, take my packages and send me on my way while assuring they will take care of it all for me. I am extremely annoyed with Postal Annex in Lemon Grove and will never return.
