Kallemeyn is great!! Craig is who I was dealing with there and while the insurance took their sweet time to get things done Craig was great with follow up with them as well keeping me in the loop, and quick response time to any inquiries I had. As for quality of work, I couldnt be happier. My 2021 Mercedes E-Class looks as good as new! If you ever get in the unfortunate fender bender or more I would recommend taking your car there. They do a great job all around! Thanks again Craig and Kallemeyn for the all around great work!

Fantastic job fixing my Chev Malibu. The insurance caused delays, Craig and Joe did a very good job staying on top of the insurance company and keeping me informed. My car was so clean inside and out that it looked brand new. These guys are awesome. I highly recommend them.

I first spoke with Craig yesterday because I was scrambling to find an alternative body shop for my tesla. He was nothing short of amazing. Took time out of his day to review my quote and provide me with a tangible solution. He also set up my rental car and all of my insurance info without me having to do anything. I found Kallemeyn through the Tesla app when I needed a body shop that could repair damage after a minor accident. I spoke with Craig Kocmoud who was very knowledgeable about Teslas and a whole range of other electric vehicles. He involved his detailer, Denny, who took great care of some superficial damage right then and there. They seem to take pride in their work and were happy to help. Within an hour I also had a quote in my email for the remaining repair job. I would highly recommend this collision center for your Teslas body/trim and painting jobs.

Brought my Tesla model X to Kallemeyn after I was rear ended. They did a professional job on the car and worked with the insurance company to get the repair done right (no short cuts). This was my second time going to Kallemeyn to repair my Tesla (door dings). Not only is the work done before the time estimate, but the entire staff is friendly, going out of their way to make sure you have what you need (rental car, etc). They do amazing work and they are now my go-to for any work I need done on the Tesla. My door was repainted and the dent was popped out. It looks brand new. I highly recommend!

Great group of people. My Tesla looks great. Good communication and they dealt with all of the challenges my insurance company forced them to endure. If you have a Tesla, this is the place to go. When you arrive you notice immediately the shop has Tesla’s in every bay in some status of repair. Craig and Joe in the office are very helpful.

I would not go anywhere else to have my Tesla repaired. They know everything there is to know - especially what insurance will cover and wont cover! They were up front about possible out of pocket costs and worked closely with the adjuster. If you drive a Tesla, I would call Kallemeyn prior to needing to have your car fixed. I never write reviews but when I get outstanding service I have to say something. Over the years, my family has used Kallemeyn collision in Lemont 4 times and I cannot speak more highly of it. Not only are they professional, efficient, and competent but they handle the details like insurance and rental cars with an ease that makes the whole process stress-free. They go above and beyond, I highly recommend!

Ive been working with this shop for over 5 years. The company I work for takes their damaged vehicles to Kallemeyn for repair and Im the one that is the middleman between Kallemeyn, the company I work for and our insurance company. We probably take around 7-10 vehicles there a year. The staff up front are professional, they are experts in auto body repair and insurance claims. Their auto body technicians are top notch, weve never had an issue with repairs not being correct. Ive toured their shop, its clean and orderly and Im very impressed with the amount of training their staff has done and continues to do. Now you might be thinking Ok this reviewer can say this because the cars getting repaired are company cars so he really doesnt care. Ill tell you right now that is false. My wifes vehicle had some damage to it. To me it looked like really bad scratches all down the passenger side door like she got side swiped. I took it to Kallemeyn to get an estimate, which is an hour drive from where I live (yeah I trust them that much). The guy I always deal with takes a look at it, says hang on and comes back out with a polishing tool and took the scratches out in a few minutes. I would bet another shop wouldve charged me hundreds for something that took 15 minutes to fix. Bottom line - Kallemeyn Collision is a top notch shop that I have personally recommended to friends and family and I will take my personal vehicles there if I ever get into an accident.If your doing research for an auto body shop and are reading reviews on Kallemeyn, Id be really skeptical about the one star one sentence reviews.

Went there a week ago with my sons Mercedes C300 bumper damage, get out in a week everything was done highly professional. Take care of all insurance issues too.

I have been a customer for almost 10 years, and their service is exemplary. Their approach to customer satisfaction is rooted in workmanship, and attentiveness to detail. They have solved both large and small matters, always with skill and thoroughness.

I’m not sure why anyone gave these guys 1 star, not only are they perfectionists when it comes to repairing vehicles, but I’ve stopped in several times over the last couple months checking the progress on my car with intentions of only being there for a minute or two but instead spent 20-30 minutes each time just chatting with the guys about cars and the vehicles they had in for repair. I own a Mercedes AMG, and when I tell you that it looks better then when I purchased it I really mean it. The paint is spot on, the panels all match, the gaps all match, and to top it all off their shop is the cleanest I’ve visited. I went to 3 shops before I decided on bringing my vehicle to Kallemeyn Collision Center and I’m glad I brought it there. They’ve gained a lifetime customer in me, and I will recommend them over and over again to everyone I know!

Fixed our Mercedes to look good as new. Work was done well and quickly, very little downtime for us. Stayed in contact the whole way through.

Very poor experience with this shop. I have a Tesla that can only be serviced by a shop with the equipment Kallemeyn has. Allstate original estimation for the repair was 17K lower than Kallemeyn intial estimate. I asked to have the discrepancy resolved at the beginning of the process, but was assured that they run into this all the time with insurance, ....and it shouldnt be a problem. It is now 7 weeks later and my car is being held hostage because they did not begin to resolve the insurance issue until the car was completed (6 weeks after begun!!!) and the insurance still refuses to pay in full.

Craig was very helpful in explaining the repairs necessary to return my car to tip top shape. Highly recommend this shop!

Very bad attitude and not at all willing to work with the customer. The man that I spoke with had no interest in listening to the details that I provided him about the type of work that my car needed. Some times you just have to learn to listen and treat people with respect if you are to gain a new customer.
