Went into the shop Friday right before closing time looking for a part for my car. Holly came out and helped me find exactly what I was looking for to get my car fixed. This is the best parts store in the area. Everyone there is so helpful and goes above and beyond for every customer. I’ve been coming here for 22 almost 23 years and have always been taken care of. Ed is a true good man of his word, and I’ve seen him give so much time and energy into helping the people in our community. Surefire is the best!

If you expect a company to honor their warranty, dont frequent Surefire Auto Parts. We had a battery they sold us die and they refused to honor the warranty. It will not hold a charge. They offered to charge it and it loses the charge immediately after installing it back into the vehicle. It was 2 months short of the warranty period -its even written on the receipt! Dont trust them to honor what they say....they evidently wont.

You get the right parts. You get someone that knows cars and knows the difference between AWD and rear wheel drive. Believe me, if you have a car apart, you need knowledgeable parts people. They must do a good business because 7 or so trucks are always in transit. Well deserved too.
