Im a loyal Target customer. But last night was unacceptable. My fiance and I walked in at 8:30 PM and got scolded by a Target employee for bringing in a coffee. This lady was extremely rude and had an attitude that made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable.Sir, you cant bring that in here. Youre gonna have to leave and come back. You know, because of CO-VID.She said this outloud so the people around us heard her clearly. We wore our masks walking in and taking a sip would only last a second or two tops. Plus, were vaccinated. My fiance and I were so upset that we just left. It wasnt worth coming back.What gets me is that people buy Starbucks from within Target and thats okay?? What is the difference between in-store Target Starbucks and brought-in coffee? There is none.I wish I knew the name of that rude lady. She really needs a good talking. It ruined our night because of what happened.

I cannot recommend using Target pick up. So often I struggle to get to the store and it tends to take so long to go shopping when I have the kids with me. Now Im able to shop through the app, often times on my lunch at work, and pick it up before I even get home. Im so grateful for this option to shop!

This location is quiet and not overly crowded. They usually have the items I need in stock. It is close to my house.

Omg from the front end customer service to the electronic dept I tried calling both dept and they would answer then put you on hold and never respond back very frustrating won’t be shopping there ever and I live in the lemont area

As of Thursday, Illinois issued a mask mandate. Target clearly has signs up on the entrances, but doesnt seem to have the balls to enforce it. Shame on Target!

Ordered a bike online. Drove 45 mins. As i pull into parking lot, get email saying sorry, no longer avail. Go inside and lady juat says well sometimes our numbers are off! Total BS.

Dont waste youre time coming here or the Kohls next door for that matter. I only went to Tarhet because of my experience at Kohls. I went there to try to buy some jeans. The fitting rooms were closed for my safety. Seriously? Im not going to buy 3-4 different pairs of Jeans, take them home and try them on and then return the other ones. Its not happening. And Id its like this everywhere, I just wont buy jeans until this changes. Thanks for wasting my time Target.

Terrible customer service. I will definitely not be returning to this target. Checkout attendant was extremely rude and insulted me. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

I shop at this target often. I have always had a pleasant experience while shopping. The employees are very nice and helpful. I have two children and one being a very social 4 year old. The cashiers are always very nice to him and talk with him. The store is clean and well stocked. I can find what I need 99% of the time.

Purchased 1 Christmas tree on a Friday and left the store. Less than 2 hours later, I realized after looking at my receipt I was double charged. Drove back to the store to get a refund. Apparently there is only 1 ... ONE... O-N-E ... person who can review camera footage to confirm that I only purchased 1 tree and not 2, and he left for the day, so the manager Bree took my name and number and said to expect a call over the weekend once footage was reviewed, and if it was found that I was double charged, they would refund my credit card without me having to physically go back to the store. Monday came with no phone call, so I had to call them and it was confirmed that I was double charged. Then I was told that I had to physically go back to the store to get my refund. Not only did I have to wait 4 days to get the money they stole, but I had to make 2 trips to the store wasting my time, my gas and my lunch break to get the refund. I did not even get an apology. It was almost as if I inconvenienced THEM due to the double charge. This is NOT how a corporation should operate. Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating.

Kathleen was an huge help to me while checking out! Super friendly, very patient, exceptionally helpful. I was there on Christmas Eve, so I’m part of the problem why retail stores are open, but she was as nice as could be. She wins Christmas!

Recently, this store decided to lay off most of the employees working there, with only 1 worker working at the cash registers and a maximum of 5 employees in the rest of the huge store. Although the workers here are great, many people shop here, causing huge lines that the management of this Target store couldve easily fixed. If the management actually had some workers at the cash registers, this store would operate a lot better.

I placed an order n was dreading going into store on Christmas eve. Went inside n they were right there. Took my order no n retrieved my pkg. I wasnt there but 3min. Woohoo!

Helpful and friendly employees. Not usually super busy, so its easy to get in and out with the stuff I need.

Conveniently located in Lemont with more than a sufficient selection of items. Wait times in lines can take a long time due to poorly staffed hours.

Today I waited forever to pick up my item I bought online to pick up in store. I always have this experience. Not enough people work at customer service or they wont get help when there are more than two customers. Even in the store you cant find help and if for some miracle you do find someone, they seriously tell you the wrong section of the store or wrong aisle. The workers need more education on their store.

Its Target! The only way I would write a bad review is if an employee wronged me on some way, which hasnt happened. Always been able to find what Im looking for here.

Always tidy and organized. This is the least crowded target ever. Usually only one cashier sometimes two but there is never a wait. Thats how slow it is.

I ordered a file cabinet and requested store pick up. I received quick notification, fast service and it was a pleasure to do business there.

Its convenient, carries most everything and my kids love to go there for their toy selection. We love our local Target.

I just love target such a happy place so well lit up got everything you need even a Starbucks inside the store which is my favorite of course.

They have everything I need (and obviously more lol) and I used drive up for the first time today and it was SO quick and convenient, especially for holiday shopping when you’re going to multiple stores and parking is a nightmare. Definitely recommend.

The store manager Sammy provides the worst customer service even when she know how staff is wrong, they had an entire shelf area stocked with the wrong price and product and even after her walking over and seeing it and even after me showing her photos, that did not matter then made me wait 51 minutes while they search the back for more of the correct product with out any apology at all. Here is the real deal tho she walked up to me did not introduce herself sweater hanging off her shoulder I could have sworn I was at walmart the way I was treated at this target today so hell no i would not recommend anyone to this target CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING ESPECIALLY WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS RIGHT

Employees very helpful when I could not locate an item.

Their glasses and vision store next the pharmacy said they could take the lenses out of my old broke frames and put them into the same new pair of frames.. fell out of the glasses while slowly running in the snow a week later.. good luck finding a lens buried in snow, thanks target.

Because of the easiness of the app and the employees that made it a good quick and easy process at the store for pickup.

Excellent service came right out and the associate was very polite.

This store seems to have really gone down hill the past few months, and the employees that stock the refrigerated items need to take the time to stock correctly. This morning found two packages of ham, one expired January, the other December. Also one brand of cheese all expired as of December. Things are often found out of date at this location.

Most of the time it is a decent place to shop. They are bad about restocking. They often get their coupon policy wrong at checkouts.

Its not a very big Target, but the staff are really friendly and helpful. If youre looking to grocery shop here, know that theres not as much fresh selection as there would be at a Super Target.
