Very poor service.I returned some stuff and found out after left they didnt pay me for one itemrug $59.99.Now I have to make another trip

This Homegoods is by far the most organized and had the largest selection of holiday decor I have ever seen. Loved it! This store is large, plenty of room to walk around in the aisles.

The workers are very persistent with trying to get you to sign up for a credit card. The worker was starting to annoy me all I wanted to do was check out not here a lecture about why I should sign up for this card.

I have been going to this store for over a decade. My experience has always been clean store with personable and friendly staff. Purchases I have made were well priced and of good quality. Thank you for making trips to your store calm and relaxing.

Oh my goodness, I really like this place. I went looking for decorative pillows. Wow they had beautiful ones at such a great price. So many great things.

I love this store! I have never walked out of here without some excellent bargains and awesome finds. Whenever I have to get a present, this is where I head because theres such a huge variety that you always find the right thing.

Good selection of cookware, bedding, accent pieces and many other items. New items each week. Purchase things when you see them. Good return policy.

Weird place. I dont shop here that often and now I know why. Went to return something without a receipt but assumed that,like every other store I have ever been to, they could look up my purchase on my credit card. They rudely informed me that they cant do that then preceded to berate me about not keeping my receipt. They ended up exchanging my item but not without lecturing me and acting like I was some kind of criminal. After my exchange I walked around the store to shop and the Polish woman followed me around the entire time. I am a middle aged mom. I have no idea why these employees were acting like I was trying to pull some scam on a $9 egg holder!

Always fun in this store. I could spend hours and lots of money on fun, unique, cool items for every part of my house...inside and out!!

I would say the Lemont Home Goods store is the best one.

I really like Home Goods but I didnt like this one. No price on the set of lamps that we liked, we asked the kid to find a price, he took care of three people first and then asked the manager that was there the whole time the price was fair if the shades were in good condition, so I asked for a discount and they gave me one but the manager was giving me dirty looks! 😒

This store goes through managers often, the prices are sketchy most of the time and even marked up! I’ve caught several overpriced items and even though past managers offered to price match after argument it’s the principle of home goods is supposed to be CHEAPER, they are a DISCOUNT STORE!Also their clearance area is mostly broken junk, they shouldn’t be able to sell some things.

Cashier was very rude whispering to a new employee. I found an item I liked it it didnt have a price tag so I asked for them to look it up. She then said it has to have a box. In a rude way.
