They have the rudest people working at this one, I asked one girl for help and she seemed really annoyed. Also I spent $90 and I asked the girl at the register if I could put things on hold? She told me yes so I grabbed everything and went to pay and her manager came out of the corner and said no we can’t put things on hold. LOL I don’t know why you wouldn’t tell me when I was grabbing everything and getting ready to pay, the store was empty it is Halloween today. Do yourself a favor and don’t shop at the store anymore!!! I will tell my friends and family stay away from the store!!!

Great place to let the kids pass the time. My kids watch YouTube videos of Spirit an love seeing the animatronics.

Please go back to the Spirit Halloween you use to be!!! Went there for decorations and to see their displays....what a disappointment!!! Brought my kids there for years, never disappointed till now. Took my 3 year old grandson tonight and nothing!!! So very disappointed!!!!
