I had to replace the opener motor several years ago. Garage Doors Lemont replaced the motor, the mounting hardware, & the door sensors with better equipment than was already there. Recently the door started opening only half way & stopped. It also made a lot of noise when it opened & closed. They came out quickly, adjusted the door springs, and lubricated all the hinges. My garage door now opens fully & no longer squeaks. They even gave me a discount for being a repeat customer.

My experience with Garage Doors Lemont was excellent. My technician was on time (actually a bit early), quoted my spring replacement, had the parts with him, and also replaced my bottom door seal and retainer at my request. The work was excellent, the price was fair, and it all made for a wonderful experience. I will not hesitate to call Garage Doors Lemont in the future for my garage door needs.

These guys are dishonest, just used them 7/2721. I was In a bind and I need my garage door fixed that day. The estimate they gave me over the phone was grossly out of line with what they ended up costing. I don’t know what the other people in their reviews were talking about. Granted, it’s my fault for paying, I acknowledge that. It wasn’t till after that I realized I was getting completely ripped off. Stay away.

Great experience! While I enjoyed their services, I will not hesitate to call them if I need garage door maintenance again. John was very polite and professional. He explained exactly what the problem was and provided the all-inclusive estimate and also provided some options. He was patient while I called my dad to see if the price was affordable and he was done in about an hour. Recommended.

The technician who stopped by and checked our appliances really know his stuff! We appreciate his knowledge and expertise. Hes quite efficient and in detail in looking into our appliances. A great company with a hardworking and friendly crew! I scheduled for them to meet me at 7:30 AM, and they showed up 15 minutes early to my delight! Once they arrived, they diligently got to work and fixed/replaced my torsion spring in my garage. After 30 minutes, the work was complete and they tested my garage door 10 times to make sure it was operational. I highly recommend Garage Doors Lemont to anyone with garage issues.

The technicians are professional, polite, and communicate very well. They are very good at explaining what they will do, why they are doing it, and how long it will take. I was surprised how efficient they are - taking less time than l would have guessed. The best thing - no up sell for other work. They gave us what we needed and did not try to sell other work. I cant thank Garage Doors Lemont enough for the fine service it provided during a recent repair job to replace a broken spring and broken hinge. This is the second time that weve used this company and they are fantastic. Each time John has been able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. His work is accurate and super fast. If we need anything else done to our garage, you can bet well be calling him again and I recommend him to anyone who needs work done on their garage.

Technician was working on neighbors garage and pre-sales person was willing to come by to let me know how much a tune-up would cost. The cost was entirely reasonable and the technician was able to come over immediately after completing work next door. Technician was highly capable and had an excellent customer service personality. Will definitely use Garage Doors Lemont again should something happen to my garage door or opener.
