Love going to this T-Mobile store they always help me with all my needs or questions and always so friendly and fast

I had a tricky bill and Sandra along with a bit of help from her team help me solve my issue as quickly as possible. Sandra was very helpful and thoughtful.

Astonishing customer service.. walked in just to ask about the plans and the employees were really nice and answered all my questions they demoed everything i was in a hurry but since they were really respectful and awesome i didnt care i stayed longer. Will honestly be coming back to this location all the time. Sharon and Douglas were honestly amazing employees. You guys are lucky to have employees that enjoy what they do. Will definitely recommend T-mobile and this location to friends and family.

If you are looking for great customer service, than Tmoible in Lemoore is the store to go to. If I ever have a problem, they fix it with smiles on their faces. The management and associates are super friendly and always make me feel welcomed. Great job you guys !!

Best t-mobile store in the valley hands down. Customer service is incredible and each employee has their own positive personality. i recommend anyone from the kings county area to go and see for themselves. i will never go to another t mobile as long as i live here.

A real pleasure to have this store here in Lemoore. The manager of the store drove to another T-Mobile store just to get the phone I wanted, since they were sold out at the time. And the customer service by Doug, Christian and Monica has been bar none, the best I have ever had! So, so grateful this store is here now and I dont have to drive to Hanford anymore! 5 stars all the way!

This store is AMAZING!!! I came in with issues with my Note 4 and walked out having bought a phone for my son simply because the team was SO informative, helpful and knowledgeable!!! They are GREAT!! Big ups to Lloyd, Alinet and Monica. You guys are AWESOME!!!

Exceptional customer service! I walked in when their system was down but the gentlemen helping me still called everywhere and dis everything he could to help me and cared about my situation and understood my frustrations.

Girls in the store lied to us. Bill was $30 more than what they told us it would be. High speed data is capped at 4gb for phone and 2gb for tablet unless you pay more. People at store are uneducated... don’t switch until you do your own research....
