Amazing customer service! On my graduation day they saw me in my cap and gown and wrote me a special not on my cup and even asked what I would do after and gave some advice and the other day after a long shift at work an employee gave me a customer appreciation (I think it’s called)a drink for free

Picked up drinks before our ride back home and our order taker was so kind and the gal at the window was super friendly. Dutch Bros always has great service but that doesnt mean we take it for granted! Keep up the good work!

The Peach Green Tea is my favorite... and obviously, the Line Buster was super friendly and very chatty.

The drinks are phenomenal but the real experience is the top notch customer service, I have never had a bad experience at any dutch bros location, I would highly recommend this place above other coffee shops.

Loved Dutch Bros since we all went on our first vacation up to Crescent City and visited our first Dutch Bros there. Frequented their locations in Fresno when we were up there or when I was there for work. We were overjoyed that they built facilities in Hanford and and Lemoore, now we go there often and enjoy all our favorites. Staff is always friendly, prices are similar to Starbucks but the quality is so much better at Dutch Bros, wait times can be long sometimes but that just shows they have great business. For extreme coffee lovers I prefer the 9-1-1 with 2 extra espresso shots, hot or blended, real pick me upper lol. Wife love the Golden Eagle, Id suggest it as well. Plus a great secret menu (sshhh, its a secret. 😉).

I love dutchbros. But the lemoore location really needs to make sure they make the right drink. Some of us are on our way to work or dropping off kids to school and dont have time to have a drink remade.

Since the Lemoore, CA store recently opened it is quiet busy from open to close. The staff was very friendly and showed great attitude in their job.

Usually when I come to Dutch I expect high energy but today July 3rd was the opposite. The energy with one of the staff members was disappointing. She didn’t NOT give Dutch staff energy she gave mean girl vibes. 10/10 would not recommend coming to Dutch during her shift.

First Lemoore location visit via drive-thru only. Not too busy at early PM time visit. Employees who we did talk to were patient and nice, chatted for a few minutes, and were willing to customize how sweet our drinks were. They explained theyve been having tablet/minor technical issues but for me it wasnt. Card pay was fine, easy. Ordered 1 CampOut blended cold brew, sugar-free, w/ Oatmilk + 1 Cabana Rebel, blended. Was satisfied, if we have time again in Lemoore, hope to definitely visit again. Didnt get the employees names but decent, good, young people. Chill vibes. Glad I asked their hours, open until 10pm. Thanks guys, glad I found this Dutch Bros on my Google Maps during this week and Lemoore visit :3

The servers here are like no other, always in a great mood. They strike up interesting conversations with you and you leave with a smile on your face. Unique employees.

Long lines-- still faster than Lemoore Starbucks! Dutch Brothers beating the heck out of SB! The Baristas are friendly with a dash of snark that I enjoy, and fast, have I said that theyre fast? Yes they are! The coffee drinks are great, try the Kicker, and I just tried the peach smoothie, excellent! If you like your sugar with a little coffee, go somewhere else! Hint, right now, if you down load the app, you get a free drink!

So excited to have a Dutch Bros here! Im a native to Seattle, coffee capital of the U.S. and I was so excited to hear of a drive thru coffee stand coming to Lemoore. Be sure to check out their muffin top pastries! They are to die for!

They take way too long and my drink is always so runny.. Go Java Heaven..

Great drinks. Service is usually pretty quick even if there is a line. They have a huge selection of beverages. I highly suggest looking at the menu online if its your first visit. All the employees are friendly. Just upsetting they dont accept cash.. Not happy about that

We went here for the first time today and had a new guy take our order and he was so cute! They obviously train their employees well and everyone was so nice! I really like this place!

While the staff is friendly and the drinks delicious, the one thing this Dutch Bros lacks is speed. The problem is the chitchat some customers make with staff. You’re here for a coffee and or tea and maybe a snack. Not therapy. While this is not the fault of the staff they should improve cutting conversation time. There’s no reason to wait half an hour in line.

Very friendly, helpful and courteous service. Every one has a smile at all times and is always super happy to help with variety choices. Even if the drive thru lines are long, they go fast..and my order has not been wrong..

Never been here so I asked the guy at the register to pick randomly for me. Im pretty sure it was a snickerdoodle frappuccino, but it was really good.

I want to like this Dutch Bros because I’ve loved every Dutch Bros I’ve ever been to, but this one is just consistently, excessively slow and gets my order wrong over 50% of the time. If you have an hour to waste and aren’t picky about what drink you’re actually given, this is the location for you. We were 5th in line tonight and waited 35 minutes for ONE drink.

Needs more staff. One person taking orders for two long lines just causes long wait times. Drive thrus are meant for people on the go not for sitting in idle for 15+ minutes.

The staff was rude and wouldn’t serve me because I allegedly entered the driveway incorrectly. There were no other vehicles in line when I entered the driveway but yet the staff refused to take my order. I did not cut in front of anyone so there was “No Reason” to deny me service. The manager, Preston, was unreasonable and seemed eager to use his managerial authority and force me to sit in his line while not taking my order. Dutch Brothers, you’ve lost 2 customers today, myself and my wife. Oh yeah that means we won’t be buying treats for our kids or buying gift cards to handout at our Christmas party. Hey, you know how to make a great entrance to the community. As the first Dutch brothers in this area you’ve made a not so great impression on my family.

Ok so first off I was expecting the same menu as Oregon locations, was also expecting 2 drive thrus like most locations haveOrdered an Italian soda with coconut flavor, they failed somehow and only did a soda.... not an Italian soda with cream and whip on top, just a plain soda.....Staff was average, not the bubbly staff that usually man a Dutch bros which was disappointingOverall disappointed. As a native Oregonian that has been going to Dutch bros since they literally started in southern Oregon, I was really let down by this experience, I felt like I was just going through a Starbucks. Will save my visits to Dutch bros till I get back to the pnw

Was so excited to find out this location was opening and so close to my house. I decided to walk down and due to COVID they arent allowing walk up but were nice enough since I had my 7 month old and it was raining. Houston is for sure the best, my bestfriend doesnt do coffee or cold drinks ans he convinced him to try a new thing. I wi definitely be going back(no walking tho 😒😒)

Great place, two drive-thrus and a walk-up window so the line moves pretty quickly. Friendly employees (mafia 😆) Looking forward to their location in Hanford opening soon. Its great to have a place other than $tarbuck$ to go for your favorite beverage.
