We have only had the security system in place maybe a week now, and all we get is calls from you all stating that there was a problem detected. So, you are to call primary number and down the line if that number does not answer.. So why then, you call the primary number and as you are speaking with him, I get a call and you start telling me you cannot get ahold of the primary, when I am sitting right there with him? You people dont even know what the world you are doing. Then you start asking for the passcode, you called me, you asked if I was who I am and then ask for a passcode because you cannot tell me anything without.. Now, how stupid is that? YOU ARE CALLING ME, NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND....Please get your house in order.. Would make things run more smoothly... We will have to be looking into another security system, I am tired of you having difficulties with your business.

Do not use this company!Worst customer service, not to mention the sells rep lying about what they would install. I would never recommend to anyone.
