I ordered MRE’s about a year and a half ago ! Never got a response from the company. Saying if the product was on back order or any communication. I paid 299 for my order . So I feel they stole that money and have never reached out to me . I’m very disappointed. In the times we are in, to have a company like game plan experts steal my money from a hard working American, who pay taxes is frustrating. Please do not order from them . They are very unprofessional. Thank you

Spent hundreds of dollars ordering online and never received our products (its been several months). We emailed to check on order and never heard back. We have called and never had anyone answer. We left several voicemails and no one has called us back. We are just out our money and are very frustrated!!!

Never got what I paid for. Bought a spotting scope from these guys on gunbroker. I paid via USPS money order as was allowed in the listing. After nearly a month ( it was Christmas an the post office was a wreck) I contacted them. The money order was accepted and cashed and this was acknowledged by Shawn. He gave a lame excuse that they had a hard time finding the scope but they finally found it and it would be on the way. Never showed. Now they wont even take my call or return an email. Save your money. Dont fall for the Veteran owned business or Do business elsewhere. Dont believe the B S on their site about honesty or 100% positive rating matters to us. Run away!!!

I was ordering some things online and had some questions, so I used the 24 hour online customer service support. I ended up speaking to the owner, Sean, who was there making sure the new online system was working and being properly utilized. First, super impressed that the owner was up all night with his employees making sure things got off without a glitch and was not just watching them, but actively trying it out himself. Second, I loved that when I had a question about a price difference between companies, he gave an answer AND a reason for the difference. Third, when some items were out of stock that I wanted he offered to help with the shipping when they are in stock so I wouldnt have additional charges. Talk about great customer service!! If you are wondering, I ordered a blemished Berkley water filtration system. IF theres a blemish Im not seeing it! I ordered it on a Saturday night and it shipped out on a Monday. Thanks Sean and Game Plan Experts. Im beyond impressed with the customer service, turn around time and product!

I had an exceptional experience with the Game Plan Experts. I bought a blemished Berkey water filtration system from them. The web site noted that shipping may take longer than expected. I waited what I considered to be a reasonable amount of time and when I hadnt received it yet, I used the chat feature to inquire about the status of the shipment. That was on a Sunday evening. The person I had the conversation with quickly pulled up the order based on my name alone, thought the order had taken too long so he made it right by upgrading my purchase for no additional fee and had it in the mail the next morning. Incredible customer service - above and beyond. Im really happy with my purchase and Ill definitely be a return customer.

Great location, Great Selection, Great Prices, Great Guys! These guys know what they are doing. They have the best prices around. They actually test the gear and make recommendations based on what they have found that works. They have a great stock room, easy to deal with. If you have questions you actually talk to the owner not some paid call center employee. If you need to get started let them know they have a plan for that. Go get self-sufficient and enjoy the store.

Really impressed with the range of products offered and the service. This was the ONLY place that I could get a Big Berkey filter at the time. GPE also followed up after my order to check everything was OK and have been really responsive to my questions post-receipt of the filter.

I bought my son a knife for his graduation present. Not only did they have good quality products that they stand behind, they offered to change the kind of blade and handle to customize it for him. They are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to not only provide quality products but also invaluable knowledge regarding those products.

Ive spent quite a bit of time in the store talking to these guys since I discovered them.You can sense right away that they genuinely care about what they do. They want to help you as an individual help yourself, your family and your community. They offer this at every level. Individual - family - city - state.The way I see it you have a choice.... be a victim or be a hero. They can help you be the hero.I bought one of their over the headrest kits for my sons truck. My son and I sat down and went through it so he would know what is in there. Just 2 days ago my son witnessed a car crash, he was the one person that pulled over to help (proud of him). He coned off the area real quick (yeah he even carries orange cones) and grabbed his Game Plan Experts kit/bag and ran up to help in any way he could. He ended up using a few items from the bag! Police and Fire showed up 5-6 minutes later and complimented him on his preparedness. I wanted to put this review up to publicly thank Game Plan Experts. The peace of mind I get knowing those kits are in my kids cars is priceless.

Great prepping products all around! They will take the time to listen to your prepping needs and wont try to sell you products that you dont need unlike other stores. These guys even authored a book on prepping. Highly recommended! 5 stars!

I met these guys when they were first starting out and was impressed by their commitment and belief in the art of preparedness. They continually strive to review and supply new products and upgrade others. I have bought several things from them to supplement my gear and recently purchased a freeze-dryer as well. Im glad to have met these guys and consider them partners in my preparedness goals.

Due to a Goggle snafu, the store hours were listed wrong. Happened to call the store when we were there and the doors were locked to see if anyone happened to be inside. The owner answered and within 20 minutes he came down and opened the store so we could get what we needed! VERY impressed with his customer service! Not many businesses would do that! Weve been to the store 1 other time and will definitely be back!

Great store, full of great products. We like to hike and camp and Game Plan Experts is a conveniently located store to grab Mountain House, SOS and other dehydrated, lighweight foods for our off the grid adventures. They also have a ton of gear from solar powered charging stations, compasses, knives, water filtration systems, packs...everything you need. The owners are extremely knowledgable and passionate too about helping people devise a game plan, whatever it might be - for emergencies, travel, camping, etc!

I hate going in here with the salary I earn. It is literally a grown up candy store. The guys there are truly the best in the business. Whatever your idea of catastrophe, these guys can outfit you for it.

I stopped by Game Plan Experts today after I heard some nice things about them from a friend. I was looking for a certain piece of gear but they didnt have that particular item. Instead of turning me away empty handed, they actually cannibalized some of their existing inventory to help me get what I needed. They were attentive and helpful. This was my first time dealing GPE, but it wont be my last. Go see these guys!
