Me and my fiance came in to look at rings. We have been together for years and knew in time we would be getting married eventually. We brought our 2 year old son with us and immediately were met with a smile and were told someone would be with us in a few moments. The consultant we had was so amazing! I have always been very worried about picking jewelry because I was scared people would just push for bigger and better for more money. She was very patient with me while i was undecisive and with my loud 2 year old. All she had was kind words. She asked what our budget was and stayed within it. She helped show me around to all the options and talked about things that I didnt know about the diamonds. I feel she made this experience so much more satisfying and easy for me.
Laura was great! She greeted us right away and was so kind and made us feel so comfortable. Not only that but she got my ring and earrings CLEAN and SPOTLESS and they look brand new! Nobody else has gotten them this clean. Thanks Laura!!!

I went in to Jareds to purchase a gold necklace. The salesman was right there to meet me and get started at helping me find just what I was looking for. He asked me for my approximate budget, and then proceeded to show me gold necklaces in my price range. He was extremely knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. The warranty they have is second to none...for one low affordable price, they will will repair or replace whatever is broken, bent or lost for a lifetime! I have not found a better warranty guarantee anywhere else, and I have shopped at least 4 other well known jewelers, and they dont have near the same quality warranty and Jareds does. I only do my shopping for jewelry at Jareds and no where else. I am a faithful Jareds customer for life!

Omg! I’ve never left a negative review for anything, but they just refused to work on my wedding ring. It’s platinum and needs to be resized and the prongs replaced. Other jewelry stores have happily given me estimates for the work, and I thought I’d get one here too. They wouldn’t even give me an estimate. They said it’s too much work. How odd and off-putting 🤔

The customer service at this location is out of this world! Everyone was so helpful and patient, and didnt try to upsell us or push us to something other than what we had our heart on. Im fairly to greatly displeased. This will be the second time Ive had to get the same corner stone on my wedding ring replaced. The salesman implied its my fault somehow, because it cant be the ring. Are you kidding me?I had a completely different job the first time this happened, and Im extremely careful not to bang it around, as was implied by Santiago, I believe his name is.Ring is still under 6 month warranty, but this concerns me for the quality of the ring, especially since I will be responsible for repairs come January. Additionally having to spend several hours waiting for my ring, because its potentially defective, is ridiculous...
The staff at this store are exceptional! I moved from Virginia to Kansas and from the first time I walked into this store I was made to feel welcome even though many of my purchases were made before my arrival! The manager and the staff are very knowledgeable and make recommendations that are not only helpful but also reasonable! I highly recommend this store as a wonderful shopping experience for new jewelry but also a great place to have your jewelry repaired.

I have been going to Jareds for all my jewelry needs for the past few years. I first started at the Independence location which is where I met Evan who is now the manager at the Lenexa location. At the time I first met him he was a sales specialist. He was amazing at his job and was always a pleasure to work with. Hes helped me pick out many different kinds of jewelry for my partner and even helped me build my partners engagement ring. So when my sister and her boyfriend wanted to pick out/buid an engagement ring using some of my mom and grandmas diamonds from their wedding rings I knew exactly who to take them to. When we met with Evan he was amazing as usual. He was so patient and really took the time to make sure the ring my sister picked out was something she was going to be happy with. When we left the store my sister and her boyfriend couldnt stop complimenting Evan. They were extremely happy with his service and they are excited to see the completed ring.
My wife and I happened to stop by the Jared Galleria. We were welcomed. We were assisted by few of the staff. They were all very friendly, professional, offering their services, something to drink. The gentleman, who offered to polish our rings, complimentary, did it on site in front of us in short time while we’re looking at jewelries. Overall it was a great experience. They were very informative about gems, stones and designs. We were very happy with their service. Thank you

The worst customer service! I wont go into too much detail but I had a custom ring made last January with nothing but false promise dates and tons of miscommunication. No one there seems to really know what can and cant be done. I was told one thing by one person then turn around and the manager would say they cant do that. I am always making phone calls to follow up with them. Since Ive had the ring (4 months) Ive had 3 stones fall out. One fell out within the first month of having it. The first time it took 5 days to fix, the second time 2 weeks (which I had finally called to ask about it and it was surprisingly ready...). I went to pick up the ring and it looked like it had just finished being fixed. The stones were so dirty they werent even the same color and the side of the ring had black marks on it. I asked if they could clean it before I left and he gave it to me looking no better. This past time a stone fell out, I went in and they put a temporary stone in so I could keep the ring until my new stone came in and they would call. No one called its nearly 2 weeks later. I called to follow up and they said the store manager would call me the next day... No one called. So I call the day after and he tells me it looks like no one placed the order. I seriously regret buying a custom ring from them. Ive had rings from target that dont have stones fall out this much, coupled with the horrible communication...I wish I could just have it cared for somewhere else. To top it off no one there has acknowledged the poor communication or customer service. In fact, the store manager seemed to take his frustration out on me. I still have a solitaire that my fiance and I plan on buying and we are going to be buying it from a different company; even though we already have my wedding band and custom ring from them.

This place has been amazing to my family! Always warm and welcoming and quick to make sure my kids are set up nicely in the kids area.I was pleased at the level of patience they showed when selecting our engagement ring. Even more patient when i was clueless about which wedding bands to go with. But i was even more BLOWN AWAY by the level of attention that Dan gave me when i fell in love with my perfect ring and my size was not in their store. He contacted corporate immediately to check surrounding stores and their inventory. He called me at least every other day to keep me updated on the tracking. And finally left me a very excited VM this morning letting me know it had arrived! We have no reason to ever shop anywhere else.
Best customer service! Not just Jareds, but THIS Jareds! My husband and I bought both our rings here and Im pleased to say I received the Ring of my dreams! :) Alisha is the store manager and although she wasnt apart of the selling experience, she has been apart of my other Jared experiences. Shes amazing! Shes that person you hope to talk to when you really need someone to understand and have compassion for your needs! Couldnt have asked for better!

**Buyers, please beware!! ** Zero stars for this terrible institution if I could. Jared is not the place to spend your thousands of hard earned dollars. We purchased my engagement ring there for over $5k. Come to find out (the hard way) they are DISHONEST sales people with ZERO MORAL COMPASS! They flat out lie to your face about financing. I started receiving calls from their collection department 1 month before my actual due date because of their screw up. I am a loan officer so I am knowledgeable in this area thankfully and had it resolved after a lot of stress and time wasted on my end. We were in the process of buying a house and that could have been a deal breaker if it had reported late because of JARED ERROR! On top of that in-- the beginning before the 30 day return grace period was up (how convenient) they engraved my ring at no cost knowing that I would not be able to return it at that point. Shame on me for night reading the fine print on their website… I thought that would be something disclosed on my paperwork the day we made the biggest mistake by buying the ring!! HORRIBLE COMPANY! PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. YOU WILL BE MUCH HAPPIER, NO DOUBT!

Very Poor Customer Service...if youre looking for an engagement ring, shop elsewhere. There are tons of places to buy them, and everything is fairly similar in price. Choose a place that offers you excellent personal service, thats what really matters. I shouldve listened to my own advice, as I have had constant frustration with this location. You can never get ahold of the people youve been working with, they never remember anything you talked about, they never do call-backs, the list goes on and on. Avoid this location.

My husband doesnt have the best eyesight, but these people were so set on getting a sale they sold him a pendant diamond necklace that would have been beautiful if not for the two obvious carbon inclusions on the front of the diamond. I could see them plain as day and didnt want him to waste his money on something so poor in quality (and it wasnt cheap). We decided to take it back, and when they asked why, we told them about the two black spots and they just said oh. Well spend our hard earned cash elsewhere.
This location has not been putting in my inspection on any of my jewelry. I found this out when I stopped by the Independence store, they pulled up my account and showed me that none of my inspections have been entered in the computer I ask him if I lost a stone whether they would cover it and he said they would not have.
The staff is wonderful, very friendly and great to work with.
I just bought my future wife her ring at this location on this past sunday 2/18/18, and we absolutely love this ring. The key to our great experience was the outstanding service from the saleswoman we had. Her name is Alisha (dont know if i am spelling her name correctly) i dont know what we would have done if we had worked with anybody else. She was absolutely amazing, and made our experience 5/5 stars.
Horrible customer service.... we walk in & try to tell them that we need to replace a ring, & all we heard back was that doesnt help me.. then we find out the $80 insurance we paid for doesnt replace the ring! The previous clerk SPECIFICALLY TOLD US it would!!!!! This place is nothing but garbage... Didnt care to help us out with anything & the staff are socially retarded.... STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

They are always quick to welcome you to the store and take care of you. I have to take my rings in to have them inspected every six months and am never disappointed by their speed and professionalism.
My fiancee and I recently purchased my engagement ring at Jareds. The sales staff were so personable and truly listened to what i was lookimg for. This was not the case at other jewelry stores we visited, who were more interested in convincing me to purchase something else.Zane and Alisha were so helpful and i found my perfect ring! I know we will visit Jareds again in the future.

From the very instant we entered, we were warmly greeted, offered refreshments, and given a very inobtrusive and enlightening orientation, giving us so much more insight and clarity :) Zane, a superbly professional and personable young man, assisted us, and if you can ask for him or Alisha, you will have the ultimate experience. Zane was not focused on sales and profit, so much as my budget, and what my girlfriend dreamed of for her engagement ring. That may sound corny, but it is paramount to selecting the perfect ring and sustain an enduring confidence and happy memory of such an emotional and financial investment. We went to some fancy well-known competitors and quickly saw the unfortunate orientation of the industry conventional attitudes and customer orientation. We quickly returned to Jared, and Zane helped make our dream come true--the perfect engagement ring with amazing maintenance and warranty back-up. Please, for the sake of peace of mind and happiness, GO TO JARED! Ask for Zane! They are totally awesome!
Updated edit*********Still deserves a 1 star! They act like they cannot work on the damn ring they sold us! If your jewelers cant handle the work required for normal wear and tear, then dont sell us the product.This one star is for this location. Ive had my wedding and engagement ring since 2006. In those 9 years I have never had the kind of service I had today at this lenexa location. I have to drive almost 1hr and 40 minutes to get my ring inspected etc. For warranty. The kid had no idea what he was doing. He didnt inspect my ring but claimed he did. Then handed it back to me without cleaning it which is part of the service. I get being busy but if you are going to sell a service and warranty, Id expect to have it completed. They didnt even want to give me my warranty renewal paper but ensured me it would be entered in. They said it was because they would have to do an override because I didnt bring my paper work in. But Ive gone to this location for years and have always been told I dont need it because they can look it up (which they did). Ive never left a store feeling like I couldnt trust them before. But today I did.

I have always gone to the Jared on 95th and Quivira for jewelry purchases as well as cleaning, repairs etc. I happened to go to the store on 135th in overland park to have my rings sized and cleaned and did not have a good experience. One of my rings was returned looking very deformed and very thinned out. It was not sized correctly, too thinned out and to the point that it actually broke within a month. I went back to the store on 95th, to the people I trusted, and Deret went above and beyond to make it right. He also helped with some other things I needed as well. The jeweler that does the actual work to the rings is amazing. Always has been. I cannot thank those guys enough for their knowledge and taking care of us as always. I highly recommend seeing Deret when you go in. Great people and great customer service.
I have to say first off that the salespeople at the store were very helpful when I was searching for my wifes engagement ring. I was also able to find a diamond that I really liked and really fit the custom ring that I wanted made. I received the ring a couple days late, (nothing serious) and she was very happy with it. That is where my positive comments unfortunately end. Since receiving the ring and purchasing the wedding band, six stones have fallen out. I fortunately purchased the service plan, so we have been able to get the stones replaced, however I believe that six times is too many. Also, the first time we went to replace the stones, they took over a week to replace (after telling us it would be 3 days). The second time we had to replace stones, they were very friendly when we complained, but still took a week to replace. When we received the rings back, the jeweler, rather than using the same sapphires in the engagement ring, used a different sized stone and set it into the ring off center. I know that seems petty but it is very noticeable when you look at the ring. This last time we went to get, you guessed it, more stones to replace. My wife complained directly to the service person and they directed her to the manager. The manager could not be bothered though and my wife was left waiting over 30 minutes before not being allowed to talk to the manager. They assured us that the ring would be ready in 3-4 days. After 11 days, we called and they told us that there had been a delay. Magically about a half hour later they were able to get the ring done which leads me to believe that they either lost it, or didnt care enough to be timely in its repair. I feel very stuck because I have spent a good deal of money on rings there as well as service plans so I can either continue to go and deal with their woefully inadequate jeweler, or go pay full price each time we need maintenance at a quality jeweler. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for quality jewelry. The salespeople are very nice, but the jeweler at this particular establishment is a joke, and the management has been less than helpful. Any guys looking for an engagement ring, please consider a different vendor, you and your potential mate would be much better off going with a quality product. I can tell you that the process of getting engaged/married can be very stressful and both of you would be better off not worrying about your jewelry being a rip off.

This specific store has the worst customer service ive ever experienced.For starters they make it a habit not to know how to find my account or use their own computer system. Never fails that a quick run in turns into some delay because someone cant figure out how to take a payment.Secondly as i was in the store over the weekend they had troubles locating my jewelry. So the sales rep Jessica yells clear across 2 counters. We have not received a payment . While i was indeed behind a week or so for a payment . Clearly that was extremely unprofessional.You would not go to a doctors office and wait for someone to yell across a busy room. What your health conditions are?Third, i purchased a custom piece that was made specifically for my fiancée as they did not have the ring in store. This is always an issue when it comes to a warranty i paid for with the cost.Weve baught a new mens watch and wedding band for myself. Several Pandora pieces for family.Going here is never a pleasent experience at all for someone who actually spends a decent amount with this store.The older sales representatives do not care about an issue or discomfort you have.They strickly want a quick sale your in and out and they are looking for a new victim.If it wasnt for a convenient location and warrenties we would stop doing business with them period.I do not recommend anyone spend their time or money here.
Pretty awful customer service. I bought an engagement ring from them a few years ago but the sapphire side stones kept falling out. We were on vacation when one of the sapphires fell out and then went to an indie and installed CZ stand-ins until we could bring it in for repair. Then my wife had her hand caught in a hospital door in the NICU for our firstborn and the main diamond stone fell out (luckily we found it). We brought it in for repairs and they said they couldnt work on it because of the CZ. Thats fine but frustrating, what angers me is the attitude we cant take CZ. I had to infer that this is perhaps company policy for security purposes, but no explanation or even a recommendation on how to proceed other than telling us to go to Roth Jeweler. A little empathy, plus direction on how to proceed, and reassurance that they would stand by their warranty would go a long ways in customer service. As far as entry to midlevel jewelry goes, Im taking my business to Shane Company for now on. Ive never had any issues with customer service from them.
When I went to buy my wifes engagement ring they tried to talk me out of platium 3 seperate times, including when I went to actually pick up the ring. When I got it they had ordered a full size too big (reciept had the correct size) and when I had it resized they made it oval! Terrible.
