Will never go through AAA party rental again. Terrible company communication. didnt get all items ordered and got charged for items we didnt receive. also got charged again for the same items we never received when they picked up our order. total waste of money! DO NOT RECOMMEND, would give them negative stars if possible.

My order was complete and well packed when I arrived for pick up. One piece of equipment had a malfunction and they credited the rental fee without me asking. Great staff!

Made a reservation. They didnt have the type of tables reserved, so they upcharged and gave us a different kind (wood instead of plastic, different size) but at our expense. The woman working the loading dock was super unpleasant and rude. The other items were all fine.

Weve rented tables from them for two of our past resident events and have been very pleased with their products and customer service! They are very flexible and always willing to help. We forgot that their closing time was 4:30, so we had to rush down there to pick up our tables. The person I talked to on the phone was super nice and said they would wait until we got there to close. They also added onto our order even though they had already closed their warehouse down for the night. Very nice people and great customer service. Would recommend and will use them again! Thank you!

AAA Party Rental was able to provide a large tent on relatively short notice. Karen answered a multitude of questions over several phone calls. The set up crew was sensational - worked well together (somewhat hilariously at times) and were very attentive to the detailed work they were doing. A very good experience.

If youre looking for a great place to do business- you need to give AAA a call. Karen is an absolute rock star. The knowledge, care, and customer service cannot be beat. Huge thank you to her and their team.

Ordered tables and chairs for a wedding reception on Saturday, September 26. I was planning the reception for my daughter and live out of town so I did not see the tables and chairs until I arrived in Lees Summit. I was so embarrassed by the appearance and quality of the rented equipment. One of the tables literally fell apart during the reception and the white chairs were all scratched and dirty. We had 25 chairs delivered but only used 10 because they were in such bad shape. There was no one in the office to talk to because they close at 4:30 during the week and are closed on Saturday and Sunday. All I could do was apologize to my daughter over and over. Aside from that, I was told by Karen that they needed to deliver a day early (Thursday) and they would deliver between 1:00 and 4:00 in the afternoon. They did not deliver until 5:36 and, although I called the office after 4:00 for an ETA, no one ever returned my call and the phones were shut off at 4:30.

I am planning outdoor event for first sale person Karen was so cold. I call several times she was rude told me already email me information. No email from AAA poor customer services

Rented tent, chairs, and tables from AAA for our daughter’s outdoor wedding. The delivery and set up crew were awesome, hard working guys who got everything ready. We did have some issues with the tent, but the team and managers did everything they could (and more) to make it right. Good experience over all. Just be sure to read over the contract! And, understand that the tents, tables, and chairs are used outside frequently and do show some wear. Thank you, AAA for doing your best for us!

If you read through these reviews you see that most people are complaining about tables and chairs not being in mint condition because they have this fantasy in their head about whatever event they are throwing has to be perfect. Inevitably there will always be issues and to complain about a table that is in rough condition is nothing to complain about especially since you will be throwing a table cloth down anyways.Now onto my recent experience using AAA for my wedding...The staff was extremely helpful and getting everything scheduled was easy.The set up crew did a fantastic job.Our 40 x 80 tent was set up and that night a micro burst came through about completely destroyed the tent. First thing the next morning I had them on the phone and they came out immediately to remove the damaged tent and set up a new one.Their pricing is very competitive to the other rental companies in town.I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

BEWARE! We paid AAA Rental an $1,816 down payment in February for an upcoming event in May 2020. Three weeks later, we requested to cancel the event and they said they would reimburse us our down payment fee. It has now been five months and they are not returning my phone calls or emails.

Very efficient operation. The guys at the back dock were extremely helpful. I was surprised at the amount of stuff you guys had in there in The Back warehouse when I was standing there looking in. Will definitely be using you again.

We rented tables and chairs for an open house graduation party. Easy and convenient. The service over the phone and in person were great. Simple rentals and met our expectations.

Location was easy to get to. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The prices were lower than a few other places I checked but the equipment seemed to be very good quality. We had no issues and will rent from here again for our next event.

I would have given 5 stars, but some of the tables weren’t in the best condition. Otherwise, I have no complaints and the tent, tables and chairs were perfect for our summer wedding!

If it wasn’t for my wedding venue being able to round up some spare black tablecloths my reception would of been a disaster. I had to order 6 120 round pink table cloths at the last minute for my reception. I picked them up the day before my wedding. What I should of done was opened them up and checked them unfortunately I did not. The morning of my wedding I realized they gave me rectangle table cloths not round. I called the emergency number and there was no answer and I left a message explaining what happened. The message indicated they check the voicemail regularly for emergencies. I never received a return call. So I had to use Black tablecloths for my PINK wedding. I will say I did receive a full refund without any hassle but I am absolutely disappointed with what happened and would not ever use them again.

Do Not Use AAA Party RentalThe large delivery truck drove off the driveway in multiple places creating large trenches in the yard that will require repair. The company refused to fix the issue or give any credit. They claim their contract releases them from any damage they do to property. Its unfortunate when a someone wont take responsibility when their employees break or inflict damage.In my opinion, AAA Party Rental is a company that you should stay away from. They are not worthy of your hard earned money.

Wow total disappointment !! My daughters Wedding ...Ordered 10 tables got 9 and you would think for the price they paid they would be in excellent condition. NOPEChairs had rusty spots and were ok but can tell they are all oldTables were not pretty whatsoever and could use a rehab, of course after you cover them you can still see the ugly legs.Delivery window was horrendous somewhere between 8am and 8pm and the day of set up/delivery changed to 3pm-6pm but they showed up at almost 7pmWe made it a great event regardless, but if you are wanting excellent condition and a beautiful event.... Go elsewhere !!

Ordered 110 folding chairs for a Scout ceremony. Delivery crew was on time, courteous and friendly. All chairs clean and in working condition. Numerous clients have used them for weddings and parties, as well, and I recall no problems with those orders either.

They did a great job of working with us for the equipment we needed for a party.

DO NOT rent from this place. They did not call giving me any lead time for delivery and pick up. Also the tables looked like my dogs chewed on them for weeks. We were constantly sweeping up splinters from the floor. The tables were very dirty and smelled like urine. Also at pickup when I voiced my complaint to the driver he told me he wouldnt be surprised if the tables were infested with termites.

Their CUSTOMER SERVICE is TERRIBLE! The worst I have ever had! LINDSEY, office manager, answers the phone like she doesnt want to be there. Then when you try and talk she interrupts you EVERY TIME! When my husband arrived to get the tables and chairs they RUSHED him because it was a half hour before closing time. Then he had to load all the product himself. Not to mention the tables & chairs were in terrible condition. At the party everyone mentioned how crappy the chairs were and unstable and how disgusting the tables were. NEVER RENTING FROM THEM AGAIN. And not only that, but neither are people I know. Next time I will spend a couple extra bucks for better products and better service!

Would not refund our deposit, its been 60 days and still nothing. Karen said she had no answers for us about where it was..... Talked to her 5 times.

Best reasonable place to rent from party equipment for your events

Used them to rent some equipment for a recent party. Spoke with Miranda, who was very helpful and had some good recommendations on which equipment to use and how to use it. Would definitely recommend, and will use them again in the future.

Two tables they sent had broken locks and collapsed during my wedding reception. To make it worse, when I called to let them know, they scolded me for not calling sooner, and did not even apologize, reminded me that they gave me a discount (so they wont refund any money), and did not seem to care that any of the guests at my wedding could have been seriously injured.If I were you, Id go with All Seasons Rental. They are cheaper and probably much better service.

I rented a silver champaign fountain but it had mold on it. They wiped it off but it scared my memory for AAA Party Rental.

I wouldnt use this place again. I had a small and simple party order that seemed to be going smoothly until drop off. The delivery people did not call before they came like the request clearly stated, and half of the dinnerware was dirty when delivered. On the day of pickup the driver again never called nor showed up. I had to call AAA and their partner company several times, only to find out everyone had gone home and I needed to wait 2 more days for my items to be picked up.It has been 1 month since my event and after three emails and three phone calls I have yet to receive my deposit.Dont do it.

I will never work with AAA Party Rentals again! They were hours late for their delivery for an event we had in the fall and were completely unapologetic.

This is not a place to rent from. Their customer service, communication, and products were all unacceptable. I have never heard of a business treating customers they way they did. The owner was unreasonable and rude after they made multiple mistakes. Their behavior is reprehensible. They deserve no stars.

Tl;dr false advertising, very poor quality, unfriendly service, unhappy customersWe had a retreat for women and needed to seat over 35 people. We ordered 18 thin tables that seat 2-3 people. The tables we received were definitely not like they were advertised on the website. The only thing the person said was that they we unfinished (does not describe the tables). The tables we got were dusty, had cobwebs on them, smelled moldy, and the tops had nail divets and tons of scratches (hard to write on). One table had metal sticking out the side which someone actually got snagged on walking by (thankfully they didnt get scratched otherwise they probably would have needed a tetanus shot!). A couple didnt even latch. When we called to ask for the ones that were shown on the site, they said they were out. They were definitely unfriendly and unapologetic for the quality of the tables.
