I was looking for a French door fridge for my Aunt Mae the prices and service were out of this world. I stopped by Scan Appliances and was treated like royality. The price was 25% of what I had seen and delivery was spot on. Thank you guys. Auntie is happy.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Bought a refrigerator there that was apparently infested with roaches. Now I can not get rid of these bugs in my kitchen. This is very embarrassing. And I have not received a return phone call from no one concerning this issue.

Great place to buy quality used appliances. Good prices, and delivery and set up. They take away your old one too.

Joe has come back 5 times over the course of 2 months to try and fix my freezer. He came by today to do a final repair and it completely stopped working! I have about $1500 worth of food in my freezer and he wouldnt come back to try and fix it tonight and all my food is defrosting.Fully planning on taking this guy to small claims court if he doesnt come back and fix it tomorrow.

Horrible. Rip off. Bought a 300$ refrigerator after tax & insurance for 1 year. Where I was promised if anything goes wrong with it they will come unlimited times to fix it. I paid 400$ !!!! For 100$ more you can get a brand new refrigerator.Broke after 1 month. Took them 4 days to come & fix it. & they really didnt want to come. Called them numerous times, had to go in. & insist that I wasnt going anywhere until someone comes & fixes it?!?

All bad Joe, they came over to look at my refrigerator and charged me $65. They said they would get back to me and give me with an estimate. I’ve called because they never got back to me. Till this day they never got back to me.What a crook. I read the reviews and I blame myself for giving them a chance.BEWARE OF THIS SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE!!

I have dealt with this company for about 20 years. The father was a man that has always stood by his products and as a consumer, I appreciated that. I purchased a stove about 6 years ago from Sears. My igniter went out the day before Thanksgiving last year but was replaced. The oven stopped heating up properly (heres where Scan comes in) so I decided to call Scan since I no longer have a warranty. A gentleman comes out and asks me a couple of questions. After that he tries to turn on my oven, then my broiler. He turns everything off and then turns to me and say, Im not sure what it is, were going to have to replace the igniter then the gas valve. I paid him for coming out and giving me the estimate and he said he would call me the following day to let me know the price, which would have been Thursday. It is Monday and I still havent heard from anyone. I called this morning to let the father know what was going on but the son tells me he wasnt available (yeah right). I explained to the son what was going on and how this type of business practice has a negative reflection on their company. He apologized and assured me that some one would get back with me today. Im still waiting.............Oh someone else checked the igniter with some kind of gadget, and the igniter is good. What a CROOK!

Good then bad it was all good until my kitchen was infested with roaches from the refrigerator i bought im highly dissatisfied that monday morning i will dwn there acting a fool
