I really enjoy the paint service. The associates there really know their stuff. I always think about buying too much paint for projects but the associates always know the perfect amount.

Went a buy a riding mower. I am a vet. They refused a discount because I had Dd214 but no Id card. Told me only 3 days a year without card to get discount. Ive been a vet since 1979. Every day. Funny they only recognized 3 days of my 8 yrs. That sucks they need to recognize me with my dd214 365 days a year. Oh well they lost a 2000.00 profit their loss!! And no I wont go back

There was a man named Bill that was working at a what looked like a free sample kiosk and he noticed that I was looking a little bit lost. Never been in this particular home depot before. He was very helpful and probably one of the best Home Depot Associates Ive ever been in contact with. I wish they were all more like this.But the pro desk was just like the rest of the ones I have been to. I dont know why, the pro desk and the way they do business has to be so complicated. But I still go sometimes you run into one that really know what it going on.

Today I got great helpfully staff at Home Depot in Lenoir city. I was able to find what I was looking for there with their help. Thanks guys.

Just purchased our first family home, just got through with surgery for cancer...needed a washer and dryer (especially having a toddler). Chose this store because the deals were amazing. Set up delivery which was a 2 week wait, but that was fine. Delivery day approached, said they would be there on 30 minutes (Hour and a half) which was still fine. They call from the main highway saying they cannot make it down our street because its too narrow and they only have a 27 foot semi. We have no truck, no one to help us move them, paid for set up and everything. He leaves stating they will call us in 24 hours. Over 2 days later nothing, called the logistics team and they said they couldnt deliver because they dont have anything smaller than a 27 foot truck. They gave us the run around and so we called this home Depot and SAME thing. Cant deliver because they have no smaller trucks but yet they dont state that or make that known anywhere. How can you offer to deliver and only have semis to deliver. So they wouldnt even work with us and told us we would need to come pick it up after paying for the setup and everything. So they want us to drive 60 miles to pick it up install it ourselves when we have no truck and no help. Its now been over a month. They said that or we would have to refund which would take quite some time to get the money back. Moral of the story go with Lowes. Talked to the supervisor, was rude, said theyd only hold it 7 days for us while we figured it out.

I purchased my new countertops from Home Depot in Lenoir City, TN. The design specialist was very helpful and I was able to place my order on 5/17. I requested that we delay the measurement appointment until after my new cabinets were installed, which caused a delay until 8/4. I called to check on the status of my order on 9/11. I was told the countertops went into production on 8/22. I have since called back 3 more times and spent more than an hour on hold and no one can tell me when I can expect my countertops. Today is 9/16, I left another message. Heres hoping I get a call back as promised. I understand that the delay at the beginning was my fault, but I am very frustrated. No matter what day or time I call, there is no one available who can help me.

I went to buy 3 ceiling fans and couldnt get any help so I left. Also every one who came in wore mask. But none of male employees did. They had them under there chin. Check out ladies wore mask but no men.

Seems the home depots in the entire area are all about the same as far as service. I literally stood in front of associates and customer service desk for almost 15 minutes while they pretended I was invisible. It was obvious they just hoped id walk away. Once I got help I was rang up probably 15 mins later for three boards and some spray paint. Lol guess main thing is they all finish their private conversations.? -Screw my day lol

Came in to this location on 6/21/21 to shop for mowers. Didnt see any so I decided to pick up a few things! Bad decision on my part! I should have left immediately! Patrick the cashier needs a few more hours of training! I unfortunately brought up an item without a barcode! He was totally lost! I tried to walk him through the situation! I suggested calling someone but he didnt know how to describe it! I even offered to help with that! Still nothing! I have a broke foot and had to walk back to garden center and get one with a barcode! I actually pasted about 15 associates that probably would have helped if Patrick would have called!! I asked to speak to a manager so the front end manager came up and her first words to him was why didnt you call me! I told her I suggested that but he was not doing it!! But she wasnt genuinely concerned with my situation because she stumbled around with what to say and plus she couldnt tell me who the manager was!! His name is Les by the way! He answered and seemed very concerned and apologized numerous times! He was also going to address the issue! Hopefully he did!!! Oh and the item was a plant bracket!!! This is exactly why I shop Lowes or even Amazon!!!

I have been visiting this home depot location for about ten years and I have to say the employees here have always been awesome. They always go above and beyond to make sure you find what you need.

The manager, Carman, was extremely helpful. He took time to go beyond what was expected, then courtesy and friendliness was extended by the assistant manager, Mike, and the cashier as well. It was a great experience all the way into the parking lot when a customer passing by stopped to help load my van! Wow!

Love the choice of flowers here! They also have several really nice house plants.

Im not complaining about home depots quality products no doubt its better than lowes. they just need better training, the customer service lady didnt know what she was doing. sent us to the wrong place etc. she later apologized and was a very girl but was not trained fully

This store is clean no wifi no delivery no rentals very little help on the floor with that being said they do hv stocked shelfs but there is a older guy in paint department that is the rudest person I hv ever seen working with the public so beware

Worst experience of my life. We are building a garage on our own and we went through the pro desk. No one works at the pro desk most of the time. I called 2 days ahead for my pickup and it was not ready leaving me standing there for 2 hours. I still have not recieved my pro points though I have purchased thousands of dollars. I chose home depot to purchase from because of price and the advantage of thier pro desk. That was a joke. I drove 1 hour and passed several other places just for the deal and good service promised. Bad idea... I cannot wait until this project is over and I will not be dealing with Home Depot again.

Found what we needed and the help was great

Needed 2 bags of Miracle Grow potting soil & a couple Tera Cotta pots...& did NOT wanna go to Walmart. Hadnt been in a Home Depot for quite awhile & thought why not. (Its a BEAUTIFUL Sunday...so they are very busy.) Despite them being super busy...found exactly what I needed and got checked out quickly. Their plant selection is very nice! They actually have better pot/planter selection & lower prices than LOWES.

Disappointed. The faucet set I picked out will not be available until 3/3. We had to wait until today for the vanity we liked to be available. Some one should be watching par levels and doing a better job of ordering inventory.

Store was crowded with carts of merchandise in the building material aisle. This fell on my husbands head while we were trying to load these insulation panels. I give 2 stars instead of 1 due to the helpful employee that helped us after the incident.

I was calling about a shed, and the first two people I talked to where not helpful at all! But the third person I talked to was named David and was so nice and VERY helpful! He went out of his way and did the most to help me in every way. He was super kind and took interest in what i needed. I couldnt be more pleased with his customer service! Thank you David!

Over the years Ive noticed the quality of the products become of poorer quality. Screws arent as strong, cabinets are flimsier, variety or selection getting compromised. While corporately they are probably trying to keep up with the Joneses of the Business World, they are leaving the Consumers in the lurch.

Good luck finding anyone to help you with in 5-10 minutes. Then you get a person working that department who isnt knowledgeable to help you. Sad 😏

I ordered and paid for a new garage door on December 23, 2020. My receipt said estimated install date was 1/22/21. A short time later I inquired about when it would arrive. I was told there was a computer glitch and they would expedite the order. Aweek later I called the factory since we I had not heard back from Home Depot. They did not know anything about expediting the order but would keep me updated. Today is March 11th and I have not heard a thing. I called Home Depot again and was told it would ship May 3rd. I asked to speak to a manager and my call was transfered 4 times. Still no return call from a manager. These crooks will take your money and not are what happens to the customer. Lousy customer service. Take your business to the small contractor. They will work for you.

Well service at Home Depot was very brutal it was hard to get anybody to help me they just wanted to tell me where to go and nothing was where they said it was except for one guy that man went out of his way to help me I wish I could remember his name but I know he worked in Lumber he had like a Spanish name I know his jacket had the name and then it said or Mark I wish I could remember his name because he was very very helpful he helped me more than the other five people that just blew me off they need better training or they need to take a lesson from the guy that helped me I wish I could remember his name but I do know that he worked in Lumber that man should be making more money than what he is because he went way out of his way to help me

Find me a local contractor infrequent this store Kingston Pike everyday several times a day. Supplies and customer service are always phenomenal. Kimberly is always smiling and gives great customer service along with Nate over at the pro desk helping everybody daily loading supplies. Whether it is Connie in electrical, Philip in Hardware, or Scotty in paint. These employees are dedicated to supplying great customer service and I truly appreciate each and every one of them. I called about a refrigerator as ours had stopped cooling (26 years old its been a good one) I asked if they delivered and the person I talked to sounded like I was bothering him by calling. He said no they dont deliver from the store but I could order one from one of their warehouses and it would be delivered. So I asked about when I could receive it and he said sometime after December 1st. I needed it that week (November 17). So I go to Lowes and got it in 2 days

We were treated poorly after asking to be checked out instead of using self-checkout. I called the manager on duty after arriving home. The manager stated that registers were closed due to covid related staffiing shortages. I imagine if they enforced their own mask policy, less of their staff would be out sick 😷

I went to buy a microwave/oven vent last night. They were going to charge me $50 to deliver it to the store and for me to come back and get it. I could understand charging for home delivery, but this is absurd.

While shopping in the store along with everyone else From Loudon and surrounding counties on11/8/20 looking for bicycle hanging hooks I was told by 3 different employees to look in “hardware” and told by another if not in hardware then look in isle 36. After going back and forth literally from one end of store to another and finally on my way back to isle 36 to look again I saw a young employee taking a right out of isle to go same direction as I. While walking I asked if he could definitively tell me where the hooks may be. STILL WALKING he turned towards me while I was asking. He suddenly threw his hands up while yelling at me saying “STOP....6 FEET MA’AM... THAT’S WHY I WAS WALKING BACKWARDS “.Ok, the pansy never stopped walking in the first place and I had to walk to keep up with him. Meanwhile at least a dozen or more people walked well within the almighty 6 feet of this guy, most not wearing the all-protective mandated facial gear. Might I add that my mask was securely in place completely covering my disease spewing nose and mouth. Please provide your overly sensitive employees 6 feet halos so that they are adequately protected. Also, inform your little employees that yelling at the customers is definitely not a good look. Maybe limit traffic in the store so that 6 feet can be maintained to keep this guy happy, too. And seriously, if he’s that terrified he needs to work at home. Please provide him that opportunity.

Big box retail hardware store. Employees, for the most part have no clue. Smaller, family owned hardware stores are preferred.

This location normally smokes the West Knox store in terms of customer service and being able to get out quickly. Maybe they have less business is the reason for this but whatever the case they are efficient and helpful.

Most of the workers are knowledgeable and able to help you find what you need. The workers have always been friendly here. The supply seems to always be in good stock.

Have signs 2 guide you through the store making its much easier to find where and what you need

Always have a bad experience, but I usually do when I have to check myself out. I prefer Lowes.

My go to for DIY stuff.

We ordered and paid for our washer and dryer August 28th.We were assured delivery of the items by September 8th.With this assurance we donated our old washer and dryer.Here it is November 3rd still no washer and dryer and date postponed to December 17th.I have no confidence in this date or in home depot. Traveling to the laundromat weekly,ridiculous considering Home depot was perfectly willing to take my money for a product they cannot deliver. Why is there advertised sales on these products if you are unable to deliver?

Nice Home Depot store. A large store with a wide variety of items in stock. Oddly narrow entrances from the access road into the parking lot; might make access slightly difficult if pulling a trailer or a long RV.

Its a good place to shop for when you need accessories for your house but if you own a modular home Home Depot is not the place to go to buy stuff for modular homes or single wide trailers or anything like that because they dont know how to carry stuff like that because only thing they want to carry this stuff for rich peoples houses and thats what I know because thats what I see
