Took my truck in for new wheels, and one of my tire sensors was not reading so werent back a second time instead of replacing was told we reprogrammed it again. Didnt even make it home the light came on again and sensor was not reading again. Told just to ignore it and check them with a tire pressure guage. Four trips and a 45 minute drives and still not fi fixed will not recommend and not go back.

Jeremy diagnosed the source of the noise coming from my 25 year old “Betsy”, estimated the cost and fixed her right up. Now she’s perfect! We’re new to Tellico Village and finding a reputable and competent mechanic can be a trying task - Jeremy has my business from now on! Thanks

We needed new tires on our Infiniti QX56. we received several quotes from the staff and scheduled to return a few days later for new tires to be put on our vehicle. These guys always do a great job, go above and beyond to take care of their customers!

Service was slow since I was a walk in. They did a good job and didnt get the steering wheel or seat dirty. The guy that checked me out was friendly but not overly chatty. They concentrated on balancing and rotating my tires which was what I came for. A warm greeting would have raised the rating to 5 stars. The waiting room was comfy and very clean. Didnt see the service bays so I have no info there.

About six months ago I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire. These guys did not have the tire in stock but got one within two hours. They called me to bring my car in and had me in and out in 20 minutes. Today I had another nail in my tire. They plugged my tire and I was on the road 10 minutes later. No charge for the job. They are fast, honest, and friendly.

Absolutely the rudest shop I have ever been to. I would recommend and unknown home mechanic over these guys. They dont even know what work was done on my car and when I asked if they fixed the gas gauge, they said well I dont know, go put gas in it and see!Do yourself a favor and take your business anywhere but here! Ill never be back, thats for sure!

I have spent over a thousand dollars here and they can’t fix a overheating problem. Gold Chevy impala. I got a call today saying I had probably blown a head gasket months ago??? How do not notice that after I have had it in and out of the shop 3 times in the last months. I have been paying to get my moms car fixed so she can go to chemo treatments but you guys are just taking advantage of a old woman. Trash company and terrible service. I would love to see a reply.

I took my car by Dependable Tire & Auto yesterday so they could order the tire size I needed. I made an appointment for 8:30 this morning, and I was out of there by 9! I was impressed by their speed, and also the pricing. It was a great price, and I didnt even choose the cheapest option because of that. I highly recommend Dependable Tire & Auto.

The best in town!

Took in my tractor tire that had come off the rim when I got stuck in mud. The strightened the dented rim, cleaned up the rim and tire. Mounted it and showed me the leak testing to make sure I was satisfied, which I was. No charge come back to see us again.
