They never have what my wife needs in stock. This place its trash service is awful also. They have no knowledge of textured hair.

I went in looking for a certain eyebrow pencil I use but couldnt remember the name of. Sales Associate named Beth greeted me as soon as I came in and very patiently went through all their eyebrow pencils until we thought I had found it. Turns out I chose wrong one..but was so impressed that Beth was so friendly and helpful. Thx Beth! Probably see you again with my return tomorrow...I am bringing my old eyebrow pencil with me this time!

The manager refused to return my items that were unused. I did not have a receipt but each item had been purchased using my phone number. I guess I will start using Ulta more so I can be treated like a valued customer.

If I could give a negative review I would. I walk in to look for chlorine out shampoo I found on the website and everyone walk chatting about personal plans for the evening, etc. Was not greeted when I walked in or anything. Walked through the entire tiny store several times. Looking over it several times making sure I did not miss anything, even had time to search their website to see about other brands they might carry that were not at that location. They greeted other OLDER *REGULAR* CUSTOMERS that came in. When I was leaving one of the cashiers said, you did not find anything? I said, youre asking me now? As Im walking out?

I love Sallys but the older red headed lady was super rude to me

Staff was not friendly at all. Had mo time to answer questions. Argued with me about a return because I didnt like it. Even had the the sales slip. Her name was Brittany T. I would highly recommend the store in maryville insted. Girls are super sweet and always nice there.

Just had the worse experience at the Lenoir City Sallys .. we waited for over 10 minutes at the register and then very kindly ask the cashier named Brittany if she could help us... she RUDELY replied that she would as she continued to stock the makeup.. once she finally decided to help us she was rude through out the entire transaction.. I almost put my merchandise back up just because she was obviously having a bad day.. my family got outside and my 4 yr old said she sure was rude.. pretty sad when a child can pick up that a employee is either not enjoying her job or just has a very ugly attitude.. we will be going to another location for now on!!
