This store has very good pricing and selections, something for everyone. The bed is the most comfortable one we have owned.I cant say enough positive words about Doug L. from the first time meeting with him to the end of our selection process. He went above and beyond on helping us decide on the best choice for us. He explained pros and cons of the mattresses we were looking at. Extremely knowledgeable, if I could clone Doug to help with other tasks in life, it would be ideal. We purchased our first bed a month ago and decided to purchase another one for a guest bedroom, we knew right a way who to call. The second purchase was just as phenomenal.

Doug was careful to explain the differences between brands. No pressure to buy a certain brand (or non ). Choice for BeautyRest was our choice. The Ergomotion base is the greatest!Would recommend you to anyone who asks.

5 star service in Lenior City. The salesman Doug kept me informed as the matress had trouble getting to the store after I ordered it. Covid virus has everything running behind, but Doug kept me informed and was more upset he couldnt get it when he said he would than I was. Pleasure doing business with them.

Jarrod was extremely helpful with what we looking for. He explained pros and cons of all the beds we asked questions about and made sure that we were getting what we needed! It was a great experience in the store. We’ve been shopping around and by far this was the most helpful and least intrusive stop. We were able to ask questions and still talk with each other about what we wanted and what we were comfortable paying.

The Bed StoreWe had the opportunity to meet an amazing sales person shopping for a mattress. We just moved here and our mattress is 20+ years old and we wanted to get a memory foam, good mattress. They even offer free delivery and free haul off of your old mattress! AND our tax dollars stayed in our hometown of Lenoir City! Best customer service around! Jarrod was awesome! I asked him every question under the sun in a week long email feed. He never got fusterated. Always very responsive and patient. He went out of his way to find me and my husband a bed to fit us perfectly.

We had a great experience Saturday morning before Memorial Day. We had anticipated hours of going to many stores but with the advice of the manager Jarrod we were finished within 30 minutes. We needed an adjustable bed. We were recommended to go to the bedstore, we did, met Jarrod Webster who took all the time to answer all our questions and concerns, even when we told him we were going other places to check out selection. He was exttemely police, curtious, knowledgeable. When we returned he went out of his way to get what we needed. Amazing young man.i even called back a couple of days later to order another set of sheets and he remembered my voice. Then today our bed arrived and Jerry and Mike came in, took old bed down and out, even took frame to the garage for me, they got in and out didnt waste any time, and professionally, each one doing their job and cleaned up mess as they went. Just ordered our new mattress and adjustable. We came in twice to talk to Jarrod and he really knew what would be best for my wife and I. He helped us decide on the adjustable based on my wifes health issues and what we needed in a mattress.

Hmm...... most people were helpful... but one lady who works there yelled at me to put my phone away simply because I was texting my partner about the type of bed that we were going to get.... apparently they dont allow cell phones in the store . Very odd and very confusing... we needed up getting a bed at another store...

Worst customer service and return policy!Buyer beware!!!!Bought 4 pillows and my husband didn’t like 2 of them. I went to try to return the 2 UNUSED pillows in their original packaging and they didn’t take them back even though it had been less than a week from the purchase date.I will NEVER purchase from them again and warn anyone who tries to.

Purchased a $200 mattress protector on 11/29/19 . Placed it on the mattress on 12/1/19 ... first night I was not very pleased with it, but I decided to give it a couple more nights to see if I would adjust to it . NOPE, I still hated it ! Took it off the bed on 12/4/19 . Called the store on 12/6/19 to see about returning it . No deal, was told deal was final . Will never go there again!
