Very disappointed with our service here. In the beginning, everything seemed fantastic. Incredibly responsive and jumping through hoops to assure our business. They came and measured for hardwoods and carpet. Their carpet installers never showed up. They had to hire a competitor of theirs to come in and do the carpet (that group actually did a great job). They also measured for our hardwood floors. I can understand a 5% overage on measurements, but we have 15% overage, 9 boxes or roughly 225 square feet leftover. They refuse to return this material as well, so now Im stuck with 9 boxes of flooring to try and move. I will not do business with this company again.

I contacted them back in February about what was a smaller less lucrative project. The designer came to my house, took measurements assuring me my job was as important as a bigger one. She never followed up with a quote even after I reached out to her twice.I am now in the process of having hardwood put down in two rooms. I like to shop local, but did not contact them, since they blew me off on the first job.

Id recommend other people with actual flooring experience. If its subs or in house people they dont know flooring. Humps in rooms and gaps. Been fighting for 3 yrs to get fixed. Looks like next step small claims court.

They helped my clients figure out everything they wanted, worked within their budget, and finished sooner then excepted! The crews that came out were great guys that worked hard. After looking at flooring for weeks at numerous places and bringing home car loads of samples, I felt totally confused & overwhelmed. Sherri Posey, the owner, spent so much time with me, helping me decide what kind of flooring I wanted (wood vs vinyl plank vs laminate) and how I could get the best possible product within my budget. She was so patient with me as we walked through the process of selecting wood flooring (Bruce Turlington engineered hardwood in Harvest) & tile for my bathrooms. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy with the end result!Sherri & her employees are all such lovely people and I feel like I have gained not only lovely floors but friends in the process!

My wife and I contracted this company to paint the interior of our home that was up for sale. Our house was empty. The original pice quoted included sales tax on labor, which is not done in this state. We signed the contract for $3,400 and paid 60% up front. We were promised they would paint our house in three days and bo more than four. We scheduled the project and the contract called for satin paint. They used egg shell finish and not the satin contracted for.The first scheduled day they did a no show. I called my sales representative and he guaranteed they would do whatever it took to get it done in the next three days. It took them eight days from start to finish.This company is poorly managed and no one is supervising the painters. When we were nearing the deadline, they pulled our crew off our job and sent one painter to work. They left early every day because they were paid hourly with no incentive to complete a job on time. They left out outside water running every day and our neighbor came over and turned it off after they left each day.I would give them a two star rating and not recommend them. They do not deliver what they promise. The owner of the company was made aware of my issues and never reached out to apologize or offer a solution.Once they have your down payment. I was at a total loss in my bathroom renovations and stumbled across this company via Home Advisor. My coordinator Jackie handled everything from timing to materials, paint, furniture. She was a wonderful coordinator and we are planning an additional project. I found the workers helpful, courteous, kind and customer focus. I trusted them all. They were a huge help.

I originally was very impressed with their work. I had a slight mishap and needed them to come back and fix the problem which was simply painting baseboards which where put in. After several months of calling I have given up. I have had no luck even after attempting to contact the owner on her cell phone multiple times. I do not recommend them and would not return to do business with them again. I had multiple projects I had planned for them to do but ended up going with a local handyman who hands down has done a far superior job and actually is responsive.

What a wonderful company....with amazing work. They take pride in what they do and go out of their way to deliver quality work to their clients. Highly recommend this company for your Flooring, Kitchen Remodels, and Bathroom remodel needs.

Excellent personal service and quality products! We replaced our carpeted LR, hallways and bathrooms with the new luxury vinyl that looks as good as wood, with many more assets. Waterproof, dog proof, drop paint on it (oops) and after it dries, it pops right off. Easy to clean! The staff coordinated our flooring removal & install (one day) and the painters came the following morning. It’s been a month and we love it still.

Had some installation issues with one of the workers not being thorough. Took a bit, but all was corrected. Owner was very pleasant and helpful in working with us.

As a local Realtor they came in and prepared a home for listing. Several repairs were completed including flooring, windows, and painting. They stayed within budget and finished in a timely manner. This home was sold within 48 hours of putting on the market! I highly recommend.

I am a site manager for an apartment complex in Lenoir City Tn. We have been working with Sherri for going on 4 months now and she has been a God send. Her crew goes above and beyond to help us out when we are in a tight jam on our deadlines for our renovating project. Staying late and working weekends or even coming to the property to work after theyve already been on another job all day. Her crew is professional at all times and so friendly. We recently used A Walk of Elegance Flooring & Design Center for new flooring in our kitchen, baths, laundry room & hall. Working with them was exceedingly easy & pleasant. They quoted a very affordable price on their first visit and made very good recommendations on how to lay the tile for best aesthetic look. Their workers were very professional, i.e. on time, efficient, cleaned up after themselves daily and completed the job on schedule...did a great job. Do yourself a favor and include them in any plans you have for home renovations. We are pleased we did.

This company is a mess, too many bad things going on. Save yourself the headache. I could say so much more but wont.

After looking at options at the store, we ordered a Diamond Hydra Shield luxury vinyl floor product. Sheri and Dawn were very helpful. We were given a date and time for installation and the guys were here on time. They were very polite and finished the install quite quickly. Sheri came to review their work. That night we noticed a 2 scratches in one area and called Dawn. Sheri and one of the workers came out the next morning and replaced the 2 panels that were scratched. Sheri, the owner, personally wants to make sure everything is satisfactory. We are completely satisfied with our experience and the look of the product.

We chose this store beause we had success with previous owner of this store (different name) over 10 years ago. We decided to replace laminate counter tops with granite and add backsplash. The associate met us at the granite cutting shop and we picked out a slab of granite to our likeing. We also worked with the associate in picking out the backsplash tile and type of grout. Work was scheduled with the various crews and took approximately 1.5 weeks to finish the job once work began. Total cost of contract was given but only an overview of type of granite and tile were listed so we could not see specific costs of items required. These costs could have been listed in more detail. Overall we were pleased with the work and would recommend this business to other shoppers. Worth getting a quote from them.

We chose to do business with a local company rather than a place like Home Depot.Dawn, the person who answered our call, couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent experience Sherry was very knowledgeable and experienced at hardwood floors. After we visited the showroom and picked out the floor we wanted(with her help and guidence) she came to our home and brought more samples to make sure we liked the wood actually displayed in our home. The price was confirmed after she measured carefully. When the day for delivery arrived ( they deliver the wood a day before install for a good reason) the installers arrived on time and were very courtous and careful when moving our furniture.The job was completed perfectly on time and we are delighted with the entire experience.They also noticed some cracked grout on some tile we already had and repaired that at no additional charge as a courtesy. These people know what they are doing and are honest, courteous and professional.
