If you are female, DO NOT GO INTO DR. JOHN D. JONES EXAMINATION ROOM ALONE!!! Bring a man with you, or at least another female who can bear witness. Youll be sorry if you dont.

Great doctor but the lens making company Walmart contracts with is HORRIBLE!! Nikon eyes company is who cuts the lenses. I had to go back 3 times and the last replacement lenses were good not great. It still cost me $280 for glasses that could be way better. I will not return to this eye center.

Very rude manager, I stood in store for 10 minutes and she completely ignored me. I finally walked up to her and said can you at least acknowledge Im here. She just looked at me and said Im busy helping others, no she.wasnt . I said I just need some nose guards for glasses and she said we dont carry them, yes they do. I told her I was going to report her to management and she replied I am management and I told her well you are not doing a good job and she walked off. There is no reason to be treated like this. Wal-Mart you need better managers .

Took my daughter and he said she was nearsighted and has astigmatism but then refused to give her a prescription. I had to take her to another optometrist and pay more money just to be told the same thing but they gave her the glasses she needed. He stole our money for no reason and Im NEVER taking my family there again.

Terrible service. Walked in at same time people were looking at frames. Only one associate. We were there to pick up and the other people were still selecting. She provided service to the people needing frames for over 30 minutes before getting to us for the 3 minutes required to hand us a pair of frames. If staffing is this low, associates need to learn how to politely and properly service both types of customers.

Was there 02/22/20 about 11:40am. Only 1 female employee and one male. The female was horrible. Brought my mentally challenged brother along with my mom who was on a walker. Brother had broken his glasses. She ran my brother out of a chair, blew us off, and totally ignored the woman who came in behind us. Extremely rude woman with no sense of customer service. Male employee was helpful, even fixed my brothers frames. Will be making appt for brothers eye check and new glasses but WONT be back to Walmart optical.

Normal operating hours for this location on the day of my call are 1900 hours. I began my call at 1830 hours to set up an appointment. After approximately three and a half minutes my call would be redirected to another associate, ring a few times and said associate would pick up and immediately end the call. I did this from 1830 to 1900 hours. After 1900 when I was directed to another associate, the call continued to keep me on hold as normal outside of operating hours. Will not be calling back, will not be bringing my business here.

Dr. Jones was very thorough and informative. My whole family uses him for our exams. The girls in the adjoining office helped me picked out my frames and made sure they fit me properly when I picked them up.I have only encountered friendly and helpful people at this Walmart Vision Center in Lenoir City.

Uses them for the first and last time. First my prescription was done wrong. When I left my glasses with them to be corrected I left them in the case they gave me when I bought the $149 pair of glasses. When I picked them up they were not in my case and the doctor Dr Jon said he didnt see the case and he didnt take my order. Really! So I dont have a case and he wasnt going to make it right. I will use the clinic down the road next year!

The tall man working there is EXTREMELY RUDE. I wear contacts they dont carry in stock anymore and was unaware but he did not want to help me research or find another store and was very snide the entire time. They definitely need a friendlier staff, no wonder there’s never customers in there. It appears he doesn’t like his job maybe he should find something else to do instead of blatantly being rude to people.

Doctors and staff are attentive and helpful. Never a bad experience.

My son has had blurred vision in one eye all his life. We were told by another eye doctor that he would eventually out grow it. 16 years later, I changed docs and came here and we were told it was a lazy eye and nothing could be done because we waited too late. Had it not been for this honest optician, we wouldve never had known. He even offered to make a recommendation for a second opinion if we wanted. I couldnt appreciate their honesty and affection more. Outstanding and polite staff. I can only say wonderful things about The Vision Center.

Dr Wheeler was completely rude to my daughter and sent her out with a prescription even though he still didnt have it to where she could read the correct letters! Very disappointing especially for a visit that insurance doesnt cover cause she goes twice a year

Horrible customer service I tried to be nice and he totally was rude to me

Called Saturday at 4:30pm they told me they closed at 5 on Saturdays but was open today on Sunday drive down here no they are closed on Sundays and are OPEN UNTILL 6PM on Saturdays ridiculous.

Nice AF they were all LIT
