Every time I go to this location the workers are so nice and the store is always clean! They always go the extra mile to help make sure my items are packaged properly and ready to be shipped out. I always recommend this location to anyone who needs to send out packages!

Been coming here for a year to ship returns for Amazon. Love the fact that I can drop off a return with a bar code on my phone and no box in a few seconds.

Came in today to do a simple shipping quote and Emili was able to help me get the information I needed the post office was cheaper but I received much better service at this ups store I will always come back here to do any of my shipping.

I never write bad reviews but I had to today. I was very disappointed with this UPS store. I came in this morning to drop off a few Amazon returns. Ive been to UPS stores all over the country and never had a problem with Amazon returns. They are pretty routine from my experience. All the employee has to do is scan the code and take the items to the back.In some UPS stores Ive even seen a large bin designated just for Amazon returns.Simple right?After showing my return items, the scan-code, and expecting to get in and out quickly like my previous experiences, I was told that I would have to purchase a box/tape and pack the items to ship. Ive never had to buy a box to ship Amazon returns before. When I politely asked why, the guy at the counter rudely turned around walked away ignoring me. I tried to talk to another employee and they quickly just turned away and started working on something else, acting like they didnt hear me ask why I needed to purchase a box for the items.I honestly would not have minded purchasing a box. Im not a Karen, so I didnt make a big deal out of it (also, yes, I had a mask on). After being rudely ignored multiple times and embarrassed with the other patrons in the store staring at me, I promptly left.I wasnt rude or loud or anything like that. I JUST wanted to ask a question. I assumed that maybe they just dont do many Amazon returns in this city and they arent familiar with the process.Anyways, dont waste your time bringing Amazon returns here lol. Unless you want to waste money on a box and have people look at you crazy.

I love this store! As soon as I walk I’m the door I’m greeted with a smile! The staff are great and I’ve never had to wait long. Parker helped me the last couple of times I’ve been in there and his upbeat attitude put a smile on my face! I always fee welcomed when I walk through the door. Great place with amazing staff!

Great service and prompt responses to questions. The manager always responds and is extremely helpful going above and beyond. Much, much better than talking to a 1-800 number. Hope all UPS stores are as helpful!

I live only a few minutes from the store, so I come in quite often for Amazon and small printing needs every time I am there I am always greeted by smiling faces, these are some great kids. Alyssa and Zack always make sure I am taken care of, and they always go out of their way for myself and other customers in the store. Ups is very lucky to have such a great group working their store.

Paid for overnight letter delivery, 5 days later it still hadnt made it to its destination. Time sensitive documents were rendered useless by the delay. Smart mouth manager wouldnt help and referred me to the store owner. Maybe thats why they have lots of Jets and trucks! Ill not use UPS ever again!!Eric Basler

UPS is hands down one of the top 5 worst companies I have ever done business with. Im left with only feelings of regret, and anger. If UPS damages is it you better believe its gone and you will never be paid for it.

Go there to ship directv equipment back. They tell me they cant ship it back because there software on there register not working. They would have to restart there register and he wasnt going to do that. Would have to come back Monday morning. Nope not going back. Other people were coming in with Directv equipment as I was leaving. You last some businesses today and in the future

I sent a package to a deployed serviceman at an APO address in Afghanistan. The package never made it. The USPS says its an APO issue, the APO says it was improperly addressed and its a USPS issue. No one on those sides would help. UPDATE.... Brittany ( from Lenoir City UPS Store) contacted me, took over the search and she was able to have both agencies search and ultimately they agreed it was lost. I had purchased insurance and she was able to get me a full refund on the lost package. Had she not done this and spent weeks chasing them, it would never had ended this well. Thank you for your help.

First thing you need to know about UPS Stores they are franchises and not owned by UPS. Each store sets the prices for all services except UPS shipping cost which is set by UPS. I have used UPS stores all across America and had used this one in Lenoir City several times. This UPS store owner wants to take advantage of people with their pricing of services, (Read Other Reviews). Their notary service is $10 per page and it doesnt matter if its in the same document and entered in their notary log ones. Most all notary service including other UPS stores charge $8 for the first page and $4 for other pages. My last trip into this store I was charged $20 for two pages within the same document and entered one time in their notary log. One of the pages needed a notary seal and two witness signatures, the little girl notary with the infected nose ring turn to two of the other employees and had them to sign as witnesses. When it was time to check out she stated the charge was $30. I ask her to break down the charges, she said $20 for the two page notary and $10 for witnesses. GIVE ME A BREAK $10 dollars for witnesses after charging me $20 for two page notary under the same log entry. I smiled, shook my head and paid her. I, nor my family or employees will never enter that store again and I will let everyone I know what type of business they run. PS, to store owner, I will check and make sure you dont own any other UPS stores I decide to use in Knox or surrounding counties because you will never get another dime from us.

They have zero customer service and do not follow UPS corporate standards regarding customer service. If you value what you are shipping do not use this location!

Very disappointing experience. sent my employee there to ship two small items (20x5x2 $ 5.5lbs). We had already bubble wrapped and tapped the items. Was charged $42+ to box them and $70+ to ship to MO & MD. Total $119. When made aware, I drove to store and canceled order and took items to local post office. I removed boxes and shipped with original wrap. The total cost was $12 each. To boot I had to deal with an incredibly rude employee @ UPS and was stuck with $40 boxes. Will spare using her name online. You cant be expensive and rude. Pick one

I recently ordered birthday invitations for my stepdaughter. Brittany at UPS was amazing with her creativity and promptness when creating our invitations. I needed a book printed for my daughters 50th birthday. The flash drive rendition that I brought in was a mess. Alli R. was so patient and helpful. She is really knowledgeable about printing. I left with a finished product and a smile on my face.

I left a note on the door asking that package be left no matter what. I left my signature and all important ingo on my door. Drive stuck his sticker on mine to tell me it would ve at this store. Call this store and they say they wont have it till 1 the next day. I try to log into their web site and its down. I asked the guy at store how to get it tonight and he said I could not. That it was at hub in maryville and they were closed. Just use USPS and sace money and hassel. Btw the company that sent it did not require signature. Just ups

Store is a amazing. Everyone was helpful and willing to help me. The manager was sweet and knew what she was tlaktal about.

Lied about cheapest shipping options, even after confirming multiple times. They charged me double what the cheapest option should have been. I double checked online and when I pointed this out they refunded me and created a new shipping label / receipt, but the refund was never actually posted to my account.

Rich and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great service. If you need a PO Box, these folks are much more friendly than USPS. Downside is you cannot access mail after hours or on holidays; worth it for the service.

Although I may have signed the legal documents for international delivery, I was never informed of Customs delays or Customs fees. Nor was I advised that my 2-day delivery, which turned into 6 days, would be handled Black Cat after Customs. The local office was little help in trying to explain the delay. After I placed a request for refund with the store, I was told Id hear from UPS, not them. Wrong again, according to UPS Corporate. I like UPS, just not this store.

Ok, I knew they had a notary. I had two pages notarized and it was $20!!! That is outrageous.

Went in Saturday to get one page printed. Associate Kristina was unfriendly, was short in her responses, had a negative, unfriendly tone. They were having printer/computer issues which was unfortunate. We wouldve walked out had manager Denissa not offered to have us email the print and come back before five.Door was locked at 4:55pm. We returned only to pick up the 1 page and pay so its not like I was bringing them a print job right before close. Kristina met us at the door and almost didnt let us in-- we close at 5 and the machines are shut down. Denissa heard us at the door and told Kristina to let us in.Turns out our one page print was ready and so we picked it up and went on our way after we shared our displeasure with their associate Kristina with the store manager, Denissa.Will be hesitant to return as another interaction with Kristina would be enough motivation to ensure all future business goes to another print place.
