This company did an excellent job working with my family. My grandfather was happy with their service. Polite staff, on time and great handling of their account. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.
Worst company ever. Can never be told a delivery time for my wifes oxygen! Company doesnt know what equipment is located at the patient residence. Doctor wrote a prescription for a portable oxygen concentrator and they said she needed to be on a demand regulator for a month. She has been on a demand for 5 years but they didnt know that even though they was the one to send it out.it is going on 6 months and they are still trying to get the paperwork done. LENOIR CITY STAFF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. It is 5pm and still not delivered and have no ideal what time it will be delivered MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY IN THIS BUSINESS.
Lincare supplied oxygen for me when I came home from the hospital with COVID-19. They got the oxygen to my home quickly and professionally! An extremely helpful young man showed us how to use it. When it was time to return it they once again quickly responded. So, when I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea I asked my doctor to use them. Once again the were fast with delivery and great when training me in how to use the C-PAP machine. The first night I used it I realized I needed a chin strap in order to use it properly. When I called to ask them for a chin strap the lady I spoke with was rather curt and said I needed a doctors order...??? I ordered one from Amazon. So five stars for almost everybody. One star for the other lady!
The most unprofessional personnel weve ever dealt with. Trying to get our elderly mothers oxygen service transferred from Middle Tennessee Lincare to Lenoir City Lincare was apparently to complex for Becky. After calling multiple times and being told that she was looking into it and never getting the return call we were promised we finally asked to speak with her manager. The manager named Amanda finally got on the line and told us some other excuses then we were told we needed to contact the office that originally serviced her. Of course had we been advised thats what we needed to do we would have done that several days earlier. Lenoir City Lincare refused to replace any existing tanks because they didnt have the updated prescription in their office (that was obviously on file with the other location) and instead was just going to have her be completely without portable oxygen tanks. Thanks to the Middle Tennessee office for contacting another office so we could exchange her tanks as we travelled with her. The other locations were great and very helpful but this Lenoir City location was the absolute worst.We have since gotten her services through another provider. We highly recommend Apria Healthcare because they have been extremely professional. Scott went above and beyond when he delivered everything and they even provided her with a very large tank to put in the corner in the event the power went off for a period of time.If your provider refers you to Lincare Lenoir City do yourself a favor and tell them you prefer another provider.
Getting everything needed for home oxygen and tanks for portable use couldnt have been easier. All we had to do was make 1 phone call and the rest was done for us. Professional team, comfortable and easy paperwork and prompt delivery. I recommend Lincare as the best in their field.
Lindcare provided excellent customer service, met us at the hospital and then followed us to the house to set up equipment for oxygen concentration. Kawika our representative was spectacular, took extra time to answer all questions and really went the extra step to ensure professional service.. thanks kawika
Things went from bad to worse. Their shipments were late and took up to five days to arrive. When I questioned delivery time I was told it could take up to 7 days to arrive. At that pace we could only receive CPAP supplies 9 times a year. Then, without me asking, they sent me three months supplies at one time. Suffice it to say we are no longer customers of Lincare.
