Excellent customer service! The service team did a great job in a timely manner. Would definitely reccomend and will be going back for future service.

My husband and I have Consistently gone to Levelland, Tx WalMart. We buy our 15” tires from there because not only do they carry them, The people that work this DEPT are always kind, informative and thoughtful. They are so good it’s like being with family or our church members. One things for sure they are a blessing.You know customer service jobs well done customers are cranky and in the 16 years we’ve gone here I’ve witnessed how self controlled these men and women are. Fast & easy oil change. Great tire replacement too

I have been to this shop twice with flats. I received prompt attention to my vehicle both times. I am very happy with this home town service ... so much better than waiting behind five or six vehicles in the lines in Lubbock.

Worst Experince ever!! I only gave a star because that is the lowest.. Got there around 12:30 was told wait time was an hour and a half i agreed to the wait... Two hours later it looked like my car was being worked on for about 30 minutes the hood was open they drove it off to another garage section to do the second part of what i had brought it in for the hood stayed open for about 30 mi ites when the mechanic came to the window asking what the car needed long story short the oil change was not even done due to they needed a filter they did not have it would of been nice for them to tell us at the time they found out we were in the waiting room well we drove off at 4:40 and nothing was done to the car. Customer Service was horrible as well the guy kept on blowing up his cheeks when we would ask if it would be much longer.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!! Wait over an hour and they still were just standing around talking!! An older man was in the shop area kicking stuff that was in his way ! Very rude!!! I left without getting my oil changed!! I was in town from south Texas for a funeral!!!! Will no y ever go back and will make sure everyone I know, knows about it!!!!

Friendly atmosphere.

I blew a tire and the other tire was coming apart on my trailer. My wife came and got the wheels and went to get new tires. They had 2 mechanics on duty and 1 vehicle in the shop. They told her that it would be at least a 2 hour wait...😖 I wont go back there.
