Worst Provider in town, The speed is slow and CANNOT hold more than one person on the wifi.

I am BEYOND tired of my Internet constantly going out. One minute we finally have Internet going then its out again. These past 3 days we keep loosing Internet. I am soooo over it

Windstream is the WORST. Your bill constantly goes up, and they literally just shot our services off recently and made us set up a whole new account (start up fees all over again) and forced us to get a different plan. After we did, we realized that even though this “new plan” was the same price as our previous plan, the speed had gone down NOTICABLY. Absolute worst company to deal with, and the local number for Windstream has literally never answered the phone. It actually makes me miss Suddenlink!!

Recently I’ve noticed my internet keeps going out and it’s crazy slow! So I went online to my account and they changed my speed plan to 10mbps yet I still pay the same as I did when my plan was 25mbps. I plan on changing internet providers ASAP! This is ridiculous!!

Worst service provider ever. Its been almost 2 months they still cant fix ours and make the service work but they still want to bill you make false promises and lie... SMH

This is horrible to even leave one star 😡
