I went to levelland Tx to check out the pest control section looking for BugMDOn line it said available when I went there they had a very small amount of products. So I wasnt able to purchase that particular product. Its harmless to indoor pets and practically odorless, made of oils.This product is know to have a high qualityOf great results. Next steps is order on line. Cant wait to try it. But we must wearSafety glasses and mask covering your nose and mouth for safety, and probably plastic gloves. All major cautionary protection.

People in automotive department very helpful and nice.

The new checkers need to be taught how to sack......never!!!!! put food items in with chemicals an dont just toss everything in the bag.

Rachel Salsman is the best employee ever with many other amazing employees. Seriously.... Always a super friendly and helpful staff compared to many other Walmarts I have visited as a truck driver around the country.

So mad. Showed up at 10PM and no one is checking out. Self check only. If I have to do your job then offer 10% off to use self check out. Line was the whole front of store.

This was my 1st time using this location. I ordered on the Walmart grocery app and picked up. It was fast, easy and super convenient. The new best way to grocery shop! I will use this method from now on. The quality of fruit and veggies picked were good, I had a few things that were not available but i still had a great experience. The staff was kind and quickly retrieved my order and loaded it in my trunk. I didnt go inside so I dont know how clean or well organized the store is so I only gave 4 stars. Will update if I ever go inside.

Customer service is terrible. Asked multiple employees for help and 30 min later still no help so we walked out.

I stopped into the pharmacy today to get my covid-19 vaccine. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and I was able to get my vaccine and walk out the door within about 30 minutes. I was offered water while waiting for my post vaccine process.

It’s our local Walmart the employees have always been nice but I had to deal with management a few times and they rude ... the self check out didn’t give me back al my change to it showed on my receipt what my. Change was to the employee seen the money it gave me and the manager was trying to go against the fact that it didn’t give me back all my change like if I’m gonna be lying bout something like that just for the fun of it so I waited almost 30 min just so she can come and give me my change which was like $43.00...

Its fine. How high can you rate most walmarts? Its not the store, its the customers

This Walmart is the most unorganized business in west Texas. They stuff the shelves so the store appears to have a decent selection. The only problem with that is the same product is on the shelf with multiple prices. For example I needed a new fire/Carbon Monoxide alarm. The exact same product was in three different places all with different prices from 10 dollars up to 50 dollars. I go to checkout and turns out it’s 75 dollars. Just about every time I go in there this happens. It is extremely frustrating. All that can easily be avoided by simply putting the items in their correct spot.

Ok. Checking out the clearance. Clearance Prices are still Way to high for clearance.

Many thanks to David and the other curbside pick up department staff at the Levelland Walmart. I have been quarantined. I needed groceries. They did my shopping. When I called from the parking lot for pick up, he brought it out to me quickly....even before my scheduled t slot. He was friendly and polite. Thank you so much for providing this service!

I went to pick up and the young man woukd not take a tip. I went and got gas. Clerk was very courteous. Not my usual store but was an extremely pleasant experience.

Had my car lightsrestoration....I only needed one of the lights restored because the other light was completely new.... Weather you get one light or both, the price is $25.00... They did do a good job

This Walmart is so cheap. They have two registers open on a Sunday .it just makes angry what Walmart is doing to jobs

Management and department managers and associates need to make sure that the items that are going on the shelf are getting put where they belong dont put them where you want to put them or where you find some space on a shelf because when us customer most of the time are in a hurry so we just look grab and go and then the item that i like we just look at the price and we think thats the correct price but then when we get home and go thru the receipt the item we thought was a good price turned out to be 2 or 3 times what was on the label then we have to make another trip to exchange it

The store is Great and the employees are very helpful! But the parking lot needs major attention!!! The parking lines are all gone the customers park Crazy!!!

How can you consistently run out of a product and not order extra cases of it. Its not rocket science people.

For a Walmart, it is fabulous! But it is still Walmart.

They have everything you could possibly need. Clothes, food of all kinds of varieties, games, furniture, gardening stuff you name it. Theyve 99% of the time got it. Yesterday they werent letting anyone else in because of a power outage but thats never happened before and really was just my poor timing and bad luck. Bottom line, its a great store. Just a little disappointed that its the only one close to my town.

Having to go shopping after co id is a nightmare...even worse Walmart. But that was NOT the way here at this location at all. I came on a Tuesday morning 10 am and there were no lines to wait in and everything was clean everyone helpful. Not crowded at all. Some things that were name brand were not in stock but the off brand was. Small compromises with my list but over all not stressful to shop. Bad side only 1 checker available so had to use the self check out. Which is ok too.

I go once a week and get what I need theres some stuff that are on sale then I get my gas and then we go to eat and we come back to I love it

Nice people and very helpful. The store is super clean! The veggies, fruits and meats are fresh and great quality. They recently renovated their cosmetics department and it is much easier to find all the best products plus there is always someone knowledgeable and courteous over there to answer any questions about the products, too. Awesome store and great location! :-)

I love Walmart in Levelland, the employees are so nice, respectful, helpful, you can get in an out quickly, I was greeted by Miss Claudia, checked out Miss TAra,whom were both extremely helpful to my mom, myself!!

Take too long to answer the phone at the Service Center. Very rude when they actually do answer the phone. In my opinion, they should hire people that actually love to help customers. But im sure they just hire people just to hire them because they need to fill in the spots.🙄

I went and bought some clothing and a jacket,however once we got to the register & items where scanned...The woman rudely said if it was my fault...That the jacket item was tagged as a recall.I know that there was not a reason given...I didnt ask her why & she said rudely I DONT KNOW WHY EITHER!?...

Well, they have tight security, everybody is wearing mask which is good and everyone is very respectful here.

The tire department has a habit of lying. They like to get college kids for expensive unnessessary repairs. Trying to sell overpriced tires to kids that dont know better. They go in for a hole to be plugged and leave spending hundreds on tires. Taking advantage of the fact that young adults dont know what to look for.

Got my tire changed on two different cars, watched them 1 of the times and did a great good
