I enjoy popping into CVS, and I particularly love Carepass. That saves me SO much money, and I get more Extra Care bucks.

Had an appointment for a covid test for travel at 10am. They finally got to me at 11am even though nobody else was there. I could see the pharmacist on her phone through the window while I was waiting. Very unprofessional!

Great place to get a passport photo taken or print photos at the kiosk. I don’t like CVS’s reward system, but that’s not this location’s fault - that’s a corporate thing.

Make sure you pay attention to what the drive-through is what they keep changing it around every time you turn around. Also if I was you I would just go in because they drive through takes forever been sitting for 20 minutes waiting on one car...... I dont use this pharmacy but somebody Im picking up their scripts for does I dont use this pharmacy for this reason they take too long. Went in instead of waiting in the damn drive-thru got my script in 5 minutes versus the fact Ive been sitting out there for 20 plus......so sad...

I have been getting my sons medicine every month here for years. I finally called to see why we havent been contacted, the new pharmacist apparently didnt think it was necessary. The techs are only doing their job and have to hear the upset customers, thats why I gave a 2 instead of a 1.

TERRIBLE customer service. At 8:30am they tell me that they do not accept my insurance (blue cross blue shield) and that it will need to be transferred to United. I call united and they immediately request the transfer. After 4 HOURS, United still hasn’t received it. When I call CVS again, the girl is horribly rude and tells me “the pharmacist has been really busy. He will get to it when he can”. Will NEVER attempt to use CVS in Levelland again.

I love our CVS...the staff is so helpful and the manager is awesome!!!
