My salesperson Chuck was Amazing. He worked very hard to find all of the items (5) that we were looking to purchase. Also coordinated the delivery for the products perfectly. I would definitely recommend using PC Richard & Son. And would ask for Chuck every time. All around excellent experience.

This particular PC Richard location is special. They believe in doing right by their customer and go above and beyond when it comes to making customer experience right. I have been dealing with Mr Roy Alexander the Store manager since last 7 years and he makes it impossible for me to go anywhere else. They are so good with with their servicing, products and pricing. Overall they put clients first and do the right thing.Over the years I have purchased a dryer, washer oxygen (store manager himself installed it), two refrigerators, a laptop and will be buying a mattress from them. Plus their after sales warranty coverage is top class. Whenever a warranty call needed to be made they were prompt and acted fast.If anyone goes to Mr Roy and his team I can bet they will ensure the customer is a repeat customer.

Ernie and Terry were amazing help. We just bought a house and were very worried about these major purchases. We thought we had to look around at different stores, but they were so helpful and made sure it was the lowest price possible. I feel confident in our purchases thanks to these two men. They were also great conversationalists and kept us entertained the whole time we were there!

We purchased an air conditioner from PC Richards Levitown in May 2019. It was a wall unit that had to be installed with a cut out for the wall. PC Richards said that was no problem and an installer would come cut out the wall and install the air conditioning unit. Two weeks ago the unit was running and all of a sudden we heard a pop and smelled an electrical burning smell. We immediately turned off the unit and stopped using it and called Friedrich the next day since the unit was less than 2 years old. Friedrich sent technicians to examine the unit that week. The unit was perfectly fine and when the techs removed it from the wall they told us we needed an electrician because the main electrical wire that ran through the wall was cut by the PC Richards installers without notifying us of the mistake. Instead the installer spliced the ends of an old extension cord and attached it to the broken wire with black tape. There was a bad smell and smoke and luckily we were awake when this happened. The electrician informed us that we were very lucky because we could have had a major fire. I have called PC Richards last week and was told a supervisor would get back to us. That never happened. Who knows how many people could be in the same situation as us. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau as well because these installers should not be doing jobs that endanger the lives of others. To think that PC Richards did not even have the decency to get back to me infuriates me. They hire out private companies to do installation so I have no way of contacting them. I am very disappointed that such a well known company responded to me in this way. Buyers Beware!

We needed a new dishwasher so we decided to look at what they had we found one we liked and wanted but it was not in stock so we had to order it. Now we are waiting for it to come in now its going to take a few weeks towards the end of the month by the time it comes in so for nowsoon its back to doing the dishes by hand.I wish it would come in sooner but it wont they said that they are backed up with stock deliveries.

Customer service people are incredibly rude. they didn’t even greet me, the person literally nod his said & didn’t event say anything. i also got an appliance this month & the delivery people couldn’t get the appliance into the door after i was told by two different people that it will fit. they left my home saying the only way it would fit was if i completely removed all the wood from my door frame… they said & i quote ‘we have other customers waiting for us’ so they left the appliance out on the drive way. mind you that all the pieces of it were taken off & they just left it like that. my father & my uncle & i had to find a solution to it. they are absolutely rude. the only people who treat you with respect are the workers inside like the ones who sell the items. customer service is terrible & delivery people as well. please do not come here.

Salesman pleasant but told us we needed all kinds of adapters to plug in what we wanted. Best Buy in Walt Whitman mall led us to exactly what we wanted- a 32 smart TV with built-in plugs, no need for adapters.

So this particular store is special because for one, it’s huge and two, the service is outstanding!! Bought a few beds from a wonderful salesman aka Adrian and he really made the experience easy and comfortable. He was extremely knowledgeable and talked us through all the details of which bed would be best based on our needs. I needed a new Fridge in a hurry. Went to Levittown PC Richards. So many to choose from. The store was well stocked. Tom helped us pick the perfect replacement. He was super helpful. He answered all my questions. Real nice guy. He really went above and beyond. As we were wrapping up the manager Terry introduced himself. Another great guy. He was making sure everything went well. Ive bought every appliance in my house from this store. Its the only place I go.
