Excellent service and amazing staff. The best of the best!

New rider, saw a lot of good reviews for this place so I decided to take my bike to get inspected here. Sat for a good 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Stopped in previously to set up an appointment but was told I could stop in during their business hours without one. My bike was inspected in the parking spot where I parked it, didnt put it on a lift or bring any tools with him, came back in under 5 minutes and tossed my keys at me telling me it failed inspection. I had to drag out of him why it failed, I expected an in depth conversation about what I needed to get done similar to my car but it was a short brief exchange. They were booked for a month so they said they couldnt do the work. Couldnt even get an idea of what the repairs should cost. I by no means expected my bike to be fully operational but customer service was lacking and as a first time motorcycle owner it was a disheartening experience as I was left in the dark as to what it would fully take to get it up to state standards. Maybe if youve been riding for years or know bikes this place is alright but as a new rider I was left more uninformed and confused than when I walked through the door.

Castagnas Penn Jersey Auto Repair and Cycles is a fantastic business. Rick has been my mechanic for over 30 years. He is honest, his work and staff are always excellent. His prices are not the highest or lowest but the value received is the best anywhere. Rick, his business partner, and their staff know their trade, and he never tries to sell something that is not needed. Highly recommended

Ladies and gentlemen if I could give 10 stars, this business truly deserves it. I am not a mechanic by no means but I do know quality service and price. If you live within the area I totally recommend this location for all of your vehicle needs. They also to motorcycles if you needed that service as well. I will say this, theyre are busy so you would have to make an appointment for service but that right there tells you that they do a great job.

They serviced my dike amazingly, they told me what work i needed to get done and asked me if i wanted to do it before just doing it. truly amazing

My first experience with PJC was best I could’ve hoped for. I have a HD Street 750 and wanted that true Harley sound which I thought could only be obtained with a open pipe exhaust. The owner, Jack, not only talked me out of doing that, telling me a Street 750 motor is just not made for open pipes, and I could burn my motor up doing that, suggested just a Vance & Hines slip on, and a power commander tuner set up. Not only did it give me the howl I was looking for, made it a lot faster and it saved me a lot of $. I have a feeling a less reputable shop would’ve just done the open pipes, took my $ and shrugged their shoulders if my bike blew up.I highly recommend PJC for any of your custom needs!!!!!

This shop is ok! took my heritage to get hard bags put on they sold me a cycle Vision mount kit with bags and it was not a cycle vision kit . to top it off my bag fell off after picking up my bike .they fixed the bag that fell off and claim it was a new bag when I clearly marked the bag to see what they would say of course they denied it was the same bag, so thats why I give it 1 star
