Purchased a sofa set and mattress last year and our sale totaled around $2500. We paid $800 just for the mattress and it began falling apart after only 3 months. It sags and feels like the springs are about to burst out. The stitching on the sides is separating.The sofa set is full leather and after about 6 months of use is becoming very flimsy. The leather is starting to chip away and crack and the subframe feels like cheap particle wood.My advice to any future shoppers is to look up each piece of furniture before you purchase from these guys, the stuff they stock is usually cheaply made and has bad reviews. The mattress we paid $800 for that the salesman guaranteed was their best price is $259.99 from other online vendors. The sofa set we paid almost $1700 for is $600 on amazon. Very disappointed and will not be back.

Spent a ton of money on furniture and couch showed up missing pillows. I called them during delivery and was told they would order replacements. Waited a month and called them again and they were dismissive on the phone and acted like they couldnt be bothered. Its been 4+ months Still havent called me and I dont think they ever even really ordered replacements. Ill delete this review if they ever turn up.

We recently purchased a sectional, coffee table, power loveseat, power recliner, and bedroom set. The dresser came damaged. After moving in and starting to fill the drawers they don’t work well at all. I received a call today the dresser was on back order and I can wait or they will give me $100. I asked to come in and select another group since the delay in getting a replacement and was told I could do a trade they will give me part of my money towards another set. I have sent many people to Coble but no longer. Spend a little more money and go to Haverty’s or Ethan Allen. You will get a better quality and much better customer service. The bedroom set has not been used. I was planning to go in this week to select an adjustable frame and mattress but someone else will be getting that sale.

They have absolutely beautiful furniture and more. Would buy from them even I didnt live in this county!! Also great people!!

So, a couple of things. 1; we went there last week as their website said they were open, but they had changed their hours due to covid, without adjusting their website. 2; Today we were there a good twenty minutes,+/- and no one offered to help us.

Highly recommend this place! We bought a reclining rocking chair last night and it was delivered the very next day. The store has associates that don’t hassle you, they let you shop and you find one when you have questions or want to make a purchase which is so nice! The delivery guys showed up on time during the 2 hr window and had a great sense of humor. They were in and out in less than 10 mins. Try this place!

This was a great experience in looking for furniture and buying it. We were greeted when we walked in the door and then left alone to look on our own. When we had questions, they were quick to answer them and very helpful in the buying process. The prices were very reasonable and the quality of the furniture seems great!

About 20 years ago i bought a refrigerator from Coble. Last night we made the decision to replace / retire the refrigerator. I wondered how much the shopping experience would change after all those years. So we walked in Coble a little after 9 am, selected a model from floor stock, (they had many to choose from), was back home by 10:30, refrigerator delivered by 2 pm. No hassle, had what we wante, great price & they service what they sell. May be another generation, same values.

They actually dont deserve any stars. They will not stand behind a warranty and will feed you a line of BS to get out of a warranty.POOR COMPANY!

I went into Coble Furniture on Saturday to check out some sofas and sectionals. I was very happy with their selection, and many pieces could be customized with different colors and fabrics than those in the showroom. Sara helped me, and she was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the products. I enjoyed walking around the store with her, as she showed me several different styles of sectionals. :)

I called the store back in November to inquire about some prices on dining sets, as i was having a lot of family visit and needed new seating. Its a good thing I ended up purchasing a set elsewhere because it is now mid-Feb and i have STILL NOT heard back from the store! They took my information yet never contacted me back. Very poor customer service if you ask me.

Stop by to buy a belt for a washer. Staff wasnt to friendly nor acted like thay didnt even want to help me@ ALL!! Asked them if they had belts, that told me I could go back and look for it. Was really not helpful @ ALL. WANT BE BACK!!! 😤🤬🤬
