I like how no one bothers you, even if you need help. Except when you get to the self check out, someone will usually say, “these don’t accept cash. only use these if you’re paying with a card”. Sometimes I’ll leave something out of the bag just so an associate will check my receipt at the exit… love that human touch. It feels good to know a portion of everything I spend funds human rights abuses of the Chinese communist party. The plastic grocery bags are great. It’s fun to double and triple bag things. Sometimes quadruple bags. Why not?

Shelves are empty . It’d be a great place for a Grocery store . FJB!

Place is terrible I’ve had a lot of terrible experiences here. I recently had a transaction I was trying to get a refund on and when I spoke to a rep they told me as long as I had a digital receipt I was fine and not even ten minutes later when I came in I got a completely different answer. I asked if the front would still be open as that’s where they told me I’d need to go they couldn’t even tell me if the front was open. Once I finally did someone on the phone she was rude. Still haven’t got my return. Worst place to shop.

They need to keep more registers up and running, and sometimes their door greeters could be a little more nicer .But other than that its a great place to shop.

This WalMart is pretty good. They usually have everything I need and its always clean. Unlike other stores I dont have to wait in line super long to check out. 👍👍 Ill give it a two thumbs up. Clean bathrooms too!

THE DIFFERENT STORE CLERKS AND STOCKERS WERE VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS,AND,SEVERAL TIMES OFFERED TO HELP FIND THINGS MY DAUGHTER AND I WERE LOOKING FOR.

I dont like that I have to stand in line for long periods. I do not want to be a cashier so the self check ✔️ out is out. Hire Cashiers and put them to work . Also when you have someone standing watching you check ✅ out . Then you stop them and check them to see if theyve stolen something. It really makes me 😡 mad .

I like that this Walmart supercenter is smaller than some of the others and there are some nice employees there. I can usually find most of my basics there for day to day needs in groceries and most household supplies. I wish they carried more items in electronics such as more DVDs like the larger stores do. I like the little shopping buggies they have because they are so much easier to push than the normal ones especially if you dont have much strength. I do wish they had more of those instead of having to hunt for one in the parking lot. They do have a pharmacy which is not too bad depending on what you need to pick up or if it has to be pre-authorized by insurance. For simple things they do pretty well but is usually busy. They do need more cashiers at busy times. This pretty much forces you to use self checkout these days. There is one thing I do like about self checkout though--at least you can bag it like you want to and organize it like you want to in bags. Coupons can be a problem though at self check unless the attendent is not too busy. The store is not perfect but I think it is pretty good in our area overall and you can order what you need online too. They offer grocery pickup but I havent used that. I do like the smaller store much better than the larger stores in nearby towns because it is easier to shop here if you have trouble walking.

Didnt have good service at the fitting room, had to wait 10 minutes for assistants. Employees there were rude. They had trouble issues with there paying machine. 🙄 they need new staff because the ones they have now are rude....

The men’s restroom is tantamount to a truck stop. Disgusting. Come on Walmart!

This Walmart was the absolute best when it came to customer service and cleanliness. Who ever hired and trained this staff is an excellent leader. Im a retired Choice Hotels International General Manager Trainer and it is hard to wow me with customer service. But this team is one well oiled machine.

The pharmacy is a sad joke. I have threatened for months to change, now I have. They are rude and always behind.

Its ok. Theyre greeters are pretty serious though. Just remember you legally dont have to stop for them.

Lines were super long, the cashier seemed to be very uncomfortable in her position and rang items up multiple times on multiple occasions.

We went for 6 items, found 5. 1 item was out of stock. I would also like to comment on Wal-Marts position with pistol ammunition. Do you think you have made a positive move by NOT selling pistol ammunition? Do you really think that the criminals buy there ammo at Walmart? Think again. The ONLY thing you have done is take affordable ammo away from law abiding citizens trying to defend and protect their families!

There were really busy and out of what I went there to get but the cashier I had when I checked out was really friendly and courteous and fast . She did everything she could to make sure I left happy .

They never have more than 1 cashier. Its ridiculous. Ill increase my ordering on Amazon before standing in that crazy line again. I refuse to check myself out. If Ive got to do their work then they should give me the employee discount for doing so.

Was there on the 20th, at almost closing time. Lost my phone there,had to leave because they were closing went out to the truck and tracked, my phone, was still inside.called talked with the manager, asked him if he would check in a certain section of store and i would sound a alarm so that he would be able to hear it, and it worked..got my phone back, minus a $50 dollar bill..but my debit card was there along with 62 bucks..soo pretty thankful!!

I like how our local Walmart is trying to help the public remain healthy and still be able to shop. Unfortunately, some shoppers were busily ignoring these efforts. That is definitely not the stores fault but it did make things a little hairy in a few places.

I found everything I needed pretty quickly today I am so glad it wasnt to busy this afternoon.

Seems like Walmart is getting stricter and stricter nowadays. I understand the COVID-19 policies and I respect them. However, I do not respect being searched on my way out by employees and managers. I wasn’t the only one they were searching. They were searching everyone’s carts and bags. I understand that there may be a lot of shoplifting, but having people empty their pockets on the way out is a stretch too far. That’s a job for security/police.

Needs to accommodate for busy hours, the amount of cashiers does not meet amount of customers. When you see 4 or 5 employees just staring at the overloaded checkouts, someone should be like opening a few.

Standing here at the counter at the rollback line and we only have one woman standing at the counter with a line of like 12 people here and there’s this one woman wearing a cast on her ankle and she is just standing here talking to one of her friends not doing what she is getting paid to do... it’s simple... your job is easy, just do it.

Everything was easy to get to. Cashiers almost always friendly.

I am in a really high risk category for covid, due to age, but also a myriad of health issues.. At least half of the people coming and going in the 20 minutes I was sitting outside while my husband went in werent wearing masks. Everything in the store is at risk of being contaminated as a result. There is no longer social distancing practices as there used to be either. I asked someone not wearing one, why they werent, because they were putting my life at risk and they got very angry and said well you have one on, so youre protected. Its this kind of ignorance that has the pandemic on the rise again. I know the risk reduction that happens between two people from noone wearing one to one person to both and thhe difference is staggering. Check with the lead Dr. On a covid team at a hospital of your choice . I did. When a mask isnt worn by a carrier they contaminate anything they breathe on/touch. The same people dont get tested. Shame on Wal-Mart . I have spent tens of thousands there, but wont) spend another penny until masks and social distancing is enforced. They should give every customer a free can of Lysol spray and hand sanitizer at every visit if they arent going to enforce the mask policy!

Love this Walmart they have the most helpful and friendly staff. Hayden Averill, Will Pigg, and Cody Hooten all work very hard and are very helpful. The only complaint I have is the woman over the meat department Rebecca has the worst attitude in the world, and I wish they would stock up the Pokemon card selection more often. Still despite Rebecca and Pokemon Card selection this store gets a 5 star rating from me because if the 3 guys I named. They should all get a promotion.
