My wife and I had an amazing experience with Deranleaus. We went to buy a stove and were lucky enough to meet Dan as our salesman. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and completely a non push type salesman. We got exactly what we Were looking for ordered, at a price that was better than we found anywhere else.

Incredible service! We walked in the door, they let us explore for a little bit, then did a great job giving us information, helping us choose what we wanted and could afford, and it was a really nice, no-pressure environment.They then came and installed our new washer and dryer. They showed up early, worked hard, were super nice and even helped me rearrange a couple things to get it all to fit where it needed to!!I will definitely be going back.

The nicest thing I can say is at least the owner answered the phone.He was rude and then hung up.Pretty terrible first impression.

Do not buy A GE washing machine top load with stainless steel tub you will not be happy it makes so much noise on the worst cycle that will completely drive you crazy and they say its normal

Our six year old daughter can read the No Parking signs along our driveway, so why cant your drivers? Instead they chose to block our driveway until they were done, making us wait to access our own property.

We came to Deranleaus after a poor experience at a appliance store in Cottonwood. (Dryer broke right after installing, the washer machine wasnt installed correctly and leaked water all over the floor)Andy recommended a washer and dryer to us without being pressuring. He was attentive to our needs.Installation was quick and they did it right the first time!!Good, friendly professional service.Couldnt be happier with my washer and dryer . I have been dealing with Deranleaus since before June about my washing machine lid. It started out needing replaced after only owning the machine for a year. So I had a technician come replace it. I noticed very soon after that the new lid was doing the same thing so I went into the store and pointed out to them that the floor model of my machine is actually doing the same thing. So he spent from June until September trying to contact someone with Whirlpool about this issue. In the meantime he tells me that my warranty is now up so I need to contact Whirlpool myself, which involved sitting on hold for an hour. When I got through to Whirlpool they informed me I actually have a 5 year warranty so it should be covered. I feel like I am being pushed around by them and feel that the service department is not wanting to help me. I will never buy another appliance from them.

Bought a new freezer and washer and dryer for our home. When they arrived, they were quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Even were quiet as my husband works swing and was asleep when they arrived. Great business all around.

When our refrigerator died we tried home depot but would have had a long wait and the fridge we wanted we couldnt order. So we headed to Deranleaus where we have made purchases many times.They had a great choice of appliances. We moved into a new apt. And our fridge didnt work. It is under warranty and so a guy came looked at it and said he had to order a part, and would be here Monday or tuesday. On Thursday no one came to fix it so I called them and they said it got put on the wrong truck that i have to wait another week, i asked why no one called to tell me this and he said he didnt know? You guys need to step up your service and let customers know when stuff is going to be in and maybe have the circuit in stock. I would never buy an appliance from there because of that

I have not had the same experience as everyone else and had asked many times to speak with the salesman. That never happened and I had to make multiple calls to find out when my appliances would be delivered. I finally found out by calling many times. When I finally received my appliances the stove does not work and as of today my service appoint has been rescheduled. I feel very disappointed!

I had a little refrigerator which is actually normal sized but I wanted a bigger one but I didnt want a side-by-side because those have less room I was able to find a refrigerator that was just a little bit shorter but is wider and it is just perfect!

Mixed feelings about the company. My wife and I went to the Lewiston, ID store in search of a refrigerator and freezer. The salesman was quite knowledgeable and helpful. Once we made our decision we worked a deal that included free delivery since the price was the same at the local, orange, big-box store and they offered free delivery and setup. And, we needed two of the same item so we opted to take a floor model...and paid the same price as the other boxed unit. Its a good thing we got the delivery/setup for free...because they were over 2 hours late. My wife called and was promised someone would call back and that never happened. So, bottom line, were pleased with the products we purchased but not pleased at all with the delivery, setup and service after the sale. Itll take a lot to earn our repeat business.
