I arrived just when the Lewiston Store opened. My mind was made up on knowing what I was looking for as I have had a Tempur-Pedic mattress for 15 years. Trying the Tempur mattresses they had...seemed normal and underwhelming. Delinda was super informative and very welcoming. She talked about the other mattresses they had and what she owned herself. I gave it a try and tried others. She opened eyes and now..instead of getting another mattress that I wasnt completely satisfied with...I am now going to be getting my dream bed! Getting rid of the single queen adjustable and going with the king dual adjustable in the mattresses that me and my husband each like. Perfect start of my day :)Thanks to Delinda!

Excellent customer service. We’ve all been to various dealers where you feel like it’s the customer trying to not get played by the retailer… this experience was the exact opposite… the workers here feel like you’re talking to a normal human being. I called in the morning for information on a box spring, and Tamara was very informative and knowledgeable about their inventory and what I needed. With COVID, our recent hurdles getting anything done correctly with other pieces of furniture from other retailers and shipping departments, we have been pretty pessimistic of getting any types of furniture to our place in any reasonable amount of time, and sometimes with missing pieces or broken pieces upon arrival. But this store has been the easiest and simplest and smoothest furniture acquisition this year. Kristi went above and beyond to help us out after arriving the same day I called in. She was able to get exactly what we needed with zero hassle, and we had our box springs immediately, and she saved us a ton of time and money along the way. Would recommend to anyone just for customer service alone.

My husband and I were in need of a new bed bad!!!We had purchased a bed online previously and thought it was what we wanted. Well we were looking for a new mattress for our camper. Sylvans were forcing us to purchase a mattress cover that would eliminate the cooling qualities of the mattress or loose the warranty. Mattress Firm did not have this requirement.We are scheduled to receive our mattress Sunday. Give us a month, then we can give an up to date review.

Think about the possibility of picking a mattress out on the showroom floor and paying the high price at the POS and then the CSR goes to load out thru a back door which you now have a lesser value lower price look alike all loaded home setup and slept on spilt on and stained before you realize somethings not rite so you go to back and they tell you oh sorry you have a stain we cant take it back. BEWARE.

Tamara and Ryne were incredibly helpful with my mattress purchase and delivery direct from store. The customer service chat is linked to the warehouse and they were not helpful at all. They actually told me my mattress was not in stock, when it actually was. They also couldnt deliver for another week longer!! Lesson, shop thru store directly!

I had such a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm. We went in to purchase a mattress for our daughter, and the staff were very knowledgeable and welcoming. They helped us find a quality mattress for a good deal, and were very family friendly. With customer service like that, we will most certainly be back.

Today was my first experience in buying a brand new mattress. I was greeted by Tamara Byrd. She helped my boyfriend and I through the whole experience to find the perfect mattress that would best fit our lifestyles. We felt comfortable, not rushed, as we explored what we wanted to invest in. She is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She was patient as we decided which one to get. I am so thankful that we had Tamara helping us. At the time of purchase we were very confident with the decision we made from Tameras knowledge and help that she had given us. We decided to look for a new adjustable bed and started with Mattress Firm, and after testing a few mattresses and learning alot more about the differences of makes and models we ending up purchasing one on the spot. Went to mattress firm to find a perfect bed for my wife and I as I have a bad back and sleep very hot and my wife has hip issues and Kristi really took in all our needs. She kept notes on what we were needing and wanting and narrowed it down to about 3 mattresses and let me tell you, it was a hard decision on having 3 to choose from but so far we have made the great choice in a mattress. In doing this, she helped us find pillows to fit our new mattress! We were there 2 evenings in a row and we kept her after working hours both nights and she never once complained or said anything about it except she wanted to help us! Great service!

My husband & I recently purchased a new mattress from the Lewiston Mattress Firm and had a great experience! Kristi was wonderful! She took the time to really determine what would fit our needs and our budget. We did not feel rushed at all and are super happy with our new bed!

I purchased an adjustable base to go under my sleep number mattress. When they delivered my base, they yanked the air hoses out of my sleep # mattress. The delivery man didnt realize I had only purchased the base. He immediately realized his error and sent a report to his supervisor. We finally got the sleep # mattress to inflate, but it wont hold the air. I got a quote from sleep # for the repair, but now mattress firm has to submit an insurance claim. So I wait and wait. Kristy has been sympathetic and responsive and has done all she can. But now I have been sleeping on the couch for weeks awaiting resolution.

Kristi and Spencer did a great job finding the right bed that fits our comforts and needs. I would highly recommend both of their customer service for future customers. They were kind and down to earth with price ranges. Having a professional — yet understanding — personality are the two main characteristics you look for in a salesperson. Both of these employees had those exact characteristics.

Kristi was SUPER helpful when I went in to buy a bed. I went in looking for something cheap to get me by for the mean time, and she went over all the options she had in store but she also explained to me the 3 different financing options they had available. We started looking at higher end beds and she was very knowledgeable about each mattress she had me try out. The one I liked the most they happened to no longer carry so she discounted the floor model for me and let me have it! I went to run some errands and she had it all wrapped up and put aside by time I came back. She was SO nice and made this experience a breeze. I will go to this store to by any future mattress!
