These guys are awesome. Not only did they help us pick out carpet for our soon to be home, but also did their best to let us know what the differences are between different kinds of carpet. Theyre friendly and easy to work with, no matter the situation. Highly recommend and hope they keep up the good work.

Visited Lewiston store today. NO ONE wore face masks. Appalled with the high Covid numbers in Lewiston, that store employees were so lax. Not even an attempt to put on a face mask when we entered the store with our masks on. Assume they are just as disrespectful about quality of workmanship. Will never buy from this store again.--------This is in response to the owners disingenuous comments below. Since when must I go into a store and ask the store employee to put on a mask? Lewiston has a mask mandate that you clearly violated. Your warehouse might be 10K sq. ft. but the carpet sample display and check-out area is tiny and crowded; certainly not big enough to socially distance. We did go to the Pullman store, not knowing it was connected to the Lewiston store. However, the Pullman store had a Masks Required sign on the door (Lewiston did not) and the employee had a mask on, as did other people in the store. The attitude in the Pullman store was helpful and totally different than Lewiston. Better check your records if you think we are non-customers as we have bought from you a number of times under contractors names. With the Lewiston store attitude clearly displayed in your comment, we will not deal with the Lewiston store again. Hopefully, your wifes management of the Pullman store will be more professional and we will continue to work with her.

We just got carpet in or whole basement. The salesperson Eric was very friendly and super helpful. The installer did a wonderful job carpeting around a very tricky place to put carpet. He made it everything look great! The carpet is a very nice quality. Way Better than HomeDepot for less money! Super happy!

We bought carpet for two rooms there which was installed yesterday, and Eric was fantastic! We learned so much about carpet from Eric, which was actually a huge help when deciding which one to buy. He is also really funny, so it was actually fun shopping for the carpet! The installers, Taylor and Lou (or is it Lew?), did an amazing job, and we couldnt be happier with the entire experience. Plus, we saved a ton of money! Well be buying flooring for more rooms soon. I highly recommend this company!

Great deals but each time weve gone in its been a one man band. Plan on WAITING to talk to the man if there are others in the store.

Great people, they go out of there way to help. We bought carpet and it turned out not to be what we thought so they returned it to the manufacturer and got us another carpet. Cant thank you enough

Buyer beware! This company will be really nice upfront and polite while they are collecting money from you. But when it comes to warranty support they then suddenly drag their feet and when pushed to do what they said they would do, they finally refuse to do the repair. We bought flooring with installation from them. The house sat empty for nearly a year with no use and when we returned the flooring is bubbling up. They tried telling me that the I would have to deal with the installer. I paid them, so I said no they should handle it. The installer first said it was due to old water damage to subfloor. When I reminded him we paid extra, for him to lay a special subfloor to resolve that issue, he then said it was past warranty period. I told him that I had phone records to show we contacted the flooring company before the end of the 1 year warranty, he then changed his story and is now saying that it is due to the old flooring that was not pulled up. He says he told us it would peel up and that there would be no warranty if it did, unless we pulled up the old flooring, which is a total lie, he never said any of this to us. So now Georgia Carpetworks is saying they cannot warranty the floor I paid them to install, after telling for over a month now that they would repair the floor.
