Went to view granite for our kitchen counters. We must have walked through their lot 3 or 4 times. I never felt rushed. Laura answered all my questions, genuinely wanted to understand our project and what we liked or didnt like about each selection. She was able to make some great suggestions and we found the perfect stone for our counter.

All dealings with Granite Concepts were great. Always on schedule, service people were polite and left my house in great shape. Also good communication about schedule and preparations. Price was at the high end of average compared to Spokane installers. Counters and installation process couldnt have turned out any better. Would certainly recommend this place to have counters done.

First off I never got another bid from anyone else.Home depot gave us a ball park figure. But Granite Concepts were confident.Word of mouth is this company has great tradesman. from start to finish they were easy to deal with. from the sales floor to the end of bill. I think it was Paul who came out and measured, Very nice guy and explained everything. They also you some great equipment for the measuring and planning process so there is no errors.Sheldon and Garret installed my counter tops. very professional guys. They did awesome work. Had a few minor snags and they knew exactly what to do to make any corrections and adjustments. I had a lot of trust with them. My counters looked great when they were finished. could not find one thing wrong. I have lived in the valley for 6 years and have seen and heard of this company grow. My experience with Granite Concepts was excellent, from start to finish! I chose granite to replace the countertop in my laundry room. Laura was very professional in guiding my choice and providing the information I needed. Paul came to the house to measure and create the template. He is very knowledgeable regarding the process. The installers did a wonderful job. They tore out the old sink and counter and installed the beautiful granite. They even took time to repair a little chip in my kitchen granite. I am very pleased with Granite Concepts and highly recommend this company.

The people there are outstanding. We had an issue with one of the products, not with Granite Concepts or their installation. Granite Concepts didnt even flinch. This company is the best!!! They helped us pick out the right stone for us. Installed it. And came back and helped almost a year later when a new bottle of sauce had a leak in it causing an oil ring to show. They were here promptly and gave me the fail safe Incase the first treatment didn’t take it out. Sure enough it did. We will be returning to do our bathrooms later down the road. Thanks guys!!!!

We had a great experience! Laura was the first person we met at Granite Concrpts and she was wonderful. She was helpful, knowledgable, professional, but also fun to work with. We felt she helped make everything go smoothly as she keep in contact with us, letting us know what was happening when. Then came install! That was also amazing! We were called and asked if the install could be a day earlier. I was so excited! Three guys showed up and they were like machines! They were fantastic! Even the carpenter crew at my house were impressed. They were fast, but so efficient. My caulk is perfect and my granite is perfect! I love my granite! Thanks Granite Concepts! Meghan was a trooper in helping us design and find quartz we needed. Installers were professional, other than I had to get one guy to wear a different hat as it was from a ag retailer I didnt care for.No reason to go anywhere else but Granite concepts for quartz countertops as they have the selection, price, and expertise to make it an effort less transaction!
