Went here to get my new key fobs prgrammed for my car and they got it done in less than 20 minutes. So far they have great service and helped me out big time. Now I have two sets of key fobs I needed bad and couldnt get anyone that would do it at a price I could afford cause they needed a laptop software that the dealer has or certain locksmiths to get them programmed correctly. It didnt cost me much at this place at all just $70. Billings places was saying that it would cost me over $300 so Im glad I drove the hour to them instead of a hour and half to Billings for it. I will go back to these guys again for any repairs I need. Fast service with my experience with them. And affordable!

What a great buying experience, Jeff worked with us from the beginning to end, not only did we get a great truck we feel as if we made a new friend, I know some people will think he was just doing his job but to us he went above and beyond to make us happy. What a wonderful dealership, the only issue is I did not notice the broken grill which was my fault, which after spending $53,000 I am a little heart broken knowing it was sold to me that way, I researched a new grill for my truck and found out it will cost me close to another $1,000 and that doesnt make me happy at all, but other than that I would definitely recommend snowy mountain motors to anyone looking for a great place to do business with, thanks again Jeff and snowy mountain motors 😊

These crooks and lairs will rob you and lie to your face! Bought a truck at this con shop was told that the truck was a great deal and it was ready too go with no major problems that they knew of. (see photos). total liars! Drove up from Colorado on the word of nick that he would let his family ride in this junk truck with no second thoughts. Tried to work out a solution that would help out both parties with the liars and even the owner. But was told, ITS YOUR PROBLEM NOW. Dont believe anything you hear from this establishment. I made the mistake of thinking a small town business would be trustworthy. I suggest shopping and definitely buying from anyone/ anywhere but this group of thieves. pics. are of the paperwork I found in the truck from the previous owner that shows it needs nearly $20,000.00 worth of work. Dated just days before it was traded in. And they knew it! Hope this review helps someone from making a huge mistake and trusting this con-shop. God Bless.

Most people at this place dont know what they are talking about. The car salesman are nice but as far as the mechanic work your up a creek. Go to a bigger town. Yeah they have good vehicles but if you have a problem your better off not having to deal with their customer service.

Terrible business!!! I will tow my vehicle to Billings or Great Falls before heading back here. Everything about this business sucks, I have no confidence in their ability to complete a simple oil change without screwing it up, and then charging too much while denying fault. I am betting any positive reviews are employees or compensated in other ways.

We went in today to look for a car, Nik was extremely kind and helpful. He helped us find a great car within our budget and went above and beyond in helping us, even going as far as picking us up at our home and letting us test drive a vehicle to the dealership because we did not have a car to get up there. Purchased my 2015 Edge, my first ever purchase from Snowy Mountain Motors, and my overall experience with them was a very good one. Nik really was patient with us in finding a vehicle that fit the needs of both my son (who is over 6 tall so needed height in the interior) and myself... as I test drove numerous ones! After going back and forth on a few, I finally settled on the Edge and purchased it. Afterwards, Nik went over all interior of the vehicle to ensure I knew how to operate everything!Jeff was awesome in helping to get me into the price range I needed as well as giving me the best trade price on my vehicle.The reason for the 4 star rating is mainly due to selection. The selection in Escapes was vast but not in vehicles like the Explorer or edge as they only had 2 of each, a new and used. Offering more of a choice would have been fantastic.I would feel comfortable about bringing my son back when the time comes to purchase his first vehicle from them and can only hope both gentlemen would be around to assist in that as well!!

Was in 2 days in a row warranty work and oil changes fast friendly courteous.

My husband came into Snowy Mountain Motors towards the end of September. We are expecting a new addition to our family and he did not feel the Jeep that I had was suitable for a young growing family. He and Nik worked on picking the best car to fit our needs and that I would like. My husband brought the car to my work to let me check it out, as it was a surprise. We worked with Nik on trading in our Jeep for our new (2017) Ford Edge. I absolutely love this car. I feel very safe and confident driving it whenever I need to go, it is also so comfortable, it definitely suits are needs. Now comes the financing, we have had vehicle loans with a local credit union and love them, Nik sent off our credit information which we got back quickly. We did decide to put down $500, this was to be refunded by the warranty company I had with my Jeep. This is when we sat in with Jeff, I am always a little leery with warranty companies having been screwed over multiple times by them, he explained how we were going to cancel the previous policy and also told me about the warranty company they have. We cancelled our warranty and bought the warranty Snowy Mountain Motors has. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago I got a call asking about the refund check (I totally understand their concern they were holding a check for us and this is a money world they needed their down payment). Per Jeff I called the warranty company to see the hold up, apparently they dont issue refunds!! (Total opposite of what I was told when I bought the warranty for my Jeep). I emailed Jeff to let him know what was going on and he tried for two days to get a refund from them, which I really appreciated, he went the extra mile I have had a lot of things going on at home and the team at Snowy Mountain Motors was willing to help us in whatever way possible. Same outcome no refund, Jeff asked me to call Vickie about getting the down payment taken care of. I came in this Monday to bring in our down payment. They knew of my circumstances and were more than willing to work with me on getting the down payment paid. After my talk with Vickie and Nik on Monday I wanted to write a review. The staff and owner here went above and beyond for us and I greatly appreciate it!

Great i purchased a dodge truck used from lewistownand a short time later the dpf went screwy.These guys were great it took a few times to get it back on track but not only did they fix it.They always gave me a 3/4 ton truck to use cause im a contractor and half the time they brought my truck back to me delivered! There was no hidden fees and never complained that they had to take a few tries at getting it worked out.A quality place with real life salesman that arent pushing u into a bad experience. A special thanx to ernie who is the service manager and just super at what he does and how he handles situations. I will always purchase and send any buisness i can to this place definatly 5 stars!!

Awesome service...what can I Say? Perfect service. Nik is a true gentleman. He came all the way to ND to deliver the car to me, and took Time to show me all the features. They were very patient with me, even though I was certainly a handful to deal with at Times. I cant Say enough good things about them. Not many salesmen would drive 800 miles round trip to bring me a car, give me $13 Gs below MSRP, and then take The Time to show me every single little feature. They gave me almost their Entire Holdback below invoice! Who does that? I was truly surprised, as being originally from NY, this is the last thing i expected. They deserve your business. I rarely have anything positive to write about a car dealership, as I think most car salesmen make lawyers and politicians look honest, but this is the exception. They under-promise, and over-deliver. I mean that. They gave me a great price, and were very helpful! Please go buy cars here! Tell em Richie sent u.If there was 1 tiny complaint, its that they dont accept Full Payment on Credit Card, which is technically against Visas regulations. I believe they do this to avoid paying the transaction fee, but I believe maximum amounts are against Visas rules.But Im sure that can all be worked out. Go buy cars here,people! And Lewistown, MT is a Beautiful town if u ever want to visit. Beautiful hotels, great restaurants And Casinos there! Free Beer while Playing! Go do it!
