Went to get a gaming laptop for my fiance, the representative helped me find the one I was looking for and confirmed it was upgradable. Unfortunately she gave me RAM for a desktop instead of the laptop.. but Im happy with the interaction other than that. Best Buy is great, have bought both our laptops there
There’s a specific agent here- Gabriel- who is just awesome. I wanted to leave a customer satisfaction survey with him but couldn’t find one! If you have a Best Buy need such as purchases or returns, definitely try to have him help you. The team here in general is great, and he just stands out with the times I’ve visited. The managers here should be proud of their crew!!
Went to make a simple purchase and pickup. The pickup went without problem but the purchase was different story. I picked up a controller that was on a peg with the price labeled $19.99. I went to the register and it rang up $27.99. I pointed out the price difference and showed the cashier where the controller was hanging and there was 3 more just like it on the $19.99 peg. The cashier basically apologized for the item being in the wrong place and made no offer to fix the issue. So we returned everything including the pickup items totaling about $200. The cashier also gave me trouble about returning the items because it was a video game that we did not even take out of the store. Best Buy lost a $200 sale because of their inventory control not doing their job and the lack of customer service to make it right for the customer.My best advice to any shopper at this store is to photo any item on the peg with the price and watch them as they ring up the item.
All the employees are super polite and helpful. One of the employees grabbed what I wanted from the back and was in and out pretty quick.
This location lacked a lot of stock and a lot of their display items in the audio section wasnt working right or at all. Seems like all the staff is walking around and not asking if you want help at all like other Best Buys in the area. Overall has some stuff and is decently clean so I cant complain there. Visit if they happen to have what you are looking for a store pickup. Might be a safer bet.
The workers are nice and helpful but always under staffed. Be prepared to wait in line for check out or a simple question. There’s a better Best Buy in Flower Mound not to far away.
Understaffed, though if you do need an employee and are able to find one they are usually knowledgeable and helpful. If you need help in appliances, be prepared to wait 2 hours or more.

I came into this store to get a keyboard for my PC, and right as I walked in, I was automatically greeted, not just by the door greeter, but by the cashiers as well. As I wondered around the store in different departments, I was greeted by at least 2 people in each department, and asked if I needed help finding anything. This store and the environment was very friendly. I highly recommend coming to this store. I know I will be back. 😀
They always have what I need, their staff is friendly, and they carry Google Pixel phones and accessories. What more could you want? :-)

Ive been to many a Best Buys but this one here is different! Everybody was friendly, no one was looking at you sideways, no one cared if you were window shopping or about to drop bands! All they cared about was seeing you happy and served! They also are very knowledgeable and really make your buying experience enjoyable! Id highly recommend them and their Geek Squad Service!

Has an extensive selection of smart home components nicely displayed in a way to help someone learn and choose. When looking at car audio, selection was limited, labels/prices missing, and most was out of stock. Big selection of appliances & electronics. Salespeople were available but didnt constantly hover.
Well stocked and they have a Magnolia section which is always great. A little trouble getting help on the floor so didnt buy everything I might have.
The staff here is fantastic, the only reason for 4 stars is that the stocking on the shelves could be better.

Well the online order said ready to pick up. The guy at the store looked and looked for the item and came up with a wrong item. He went around trying to figure it out and came back and said they dont have it and will let me know by email or text IF THE ITEM IS AVAILABLE. The whole thing wasted my 25 mins at store and no updates yet what so ever. Pathetic service and ridiculous attitude!

(Not from Best Buy) I talked to a Geek from the squad and my issue was taken care of in less than 30 seconds.I felt so silly because of how easy the fix was. This is my neighborhood Best Buy so I come here quite a bit and everyone is always professional and friendly. Damien in the Geek Squad helped us and he was awesome, knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Angel, in computers was really good too. I hope I get to work with them if I ever have computer issues again (I take that back. I dont want computer issues lol, but I would still like to have them assist me.)

Have not been at a Best Buy shop in ages.But a poor planning for an overseas trip and last minute need for external battery pack and a micro sd card did the job.Personnel at door was friendly. The place reminds me of Frys from 5-6 years ago - it is nice, but lacks the crowds and the spirit. Could have been just a slow Sunday though. At any rate did the job.
Had excellent curbside pickup experience. The individual was very thoughtful in taking care of my vehicle while loading the wine fridge into the SUV. Also offered helpful advice not to turn it on for 24 hours after putting it upright. I’m sure he saved us an upcoming customer service issue. Thanks and well done.

Did an online curbside order. Plenty of spaces up front. Notified them that I was there via web. They were out with my order in less than 5 minutes. Verified my info like the web said and I was on my way. Worked out really well.
I had a most excellent experience at Best buy last night. I believe the gentlemans name was Chase that helped me in the computer department. I was looking at spending $2,800 on a brand new computer. Turned out that computer was not in stock anywhere. Then I turned my attention to the returned and opened item boxes. Found a $1,263 computer that more than met my needs. It was difficult to find, Chase ran all over the store looking for it. Finally we found it. I feel like I got out of the store for about a third of the price. Could not be happier with Best buy.

Not exactly what I would call Best Buy. To me it seemed more like overpriced and under powered. Searching for a computer and everything was Foo Foo looking but under powered. Only person that greeted me was a six year old in the computers wearing a Best Buy shirt and name tag. Seriously, a six year old.
Although the service of most of the employees is good, I had a bad experience with one of the employees and her lack of knowledge of what they were selling. I was shopping for a new phone and happen to see the Motorola edge on sale for 400 bucks, but upon getting ready to check out with some lady, she told me it was 700. I insisted on her to check why it says its for 400 on display but she kept referencing the online page of best buy and didnt bother asking another coworker. I had to go to a different best buy that was an uncomfortable distance away just to be able to get the phone I wanted.
