I had my car repaired here after an accident where the guy hit me and took off. Approximately $6,000 worth of damage. They did an excellent job with repairs and matching the paint. There was a hard to get part. Andrew went above and beyond to order the part in from Virginia. If Id had to wait for Acura, it would have been weeks longer Andrew also kept me well updated throughout the process so I always knew what was happening with my car repairs.

This shop has had my car unnecessarily since April and YES it still there I received a call 7/14/2021 from my insurance informing me my car is deemed a total loss now turns out if Mr. Raymond would have gotten the supplement estimate over to my insurance immediately after it was actually dismantled and inspected as it should have been I would not be hundreds of dollars out of pocket and yet still car less. So yes Caliber collision dropped the ball and only submitted it for review under my guidance and nudging. Please do not leave your car here especially during the pandemic otherwise youll hear daily that due to covid parts are inaccessible and youll wait months like I have been forced to do word to the wise. TAKE HEED PLEASE PROCEED WITH CAUTION DONT BE FOOLED BY THE FAST TALK !!!!!

Do not believe ANY of the good reviews as they are not creditable! They beg you to review them as great and bribe you! They worked on my vehicle 3 times and never fixed the issue, and after continuously asking them to fix it and months of them not returning my calls, they told me they refuse to fix the issue that they created because they gave up. My sister got her car fixed as well after dropping her car off she forgot something in her trunk and walked back in to see one of the techs in her passenger seat with his feet hanging out of the widow. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR CAR!!
A total of 8 weeks was given for them to repair my 2020 model vehicle. Even with this time, they continually missed damage and it took several visits to have the car restored close to an acceptable condition. When I took vehicle home last week I did so in order to be able to see what was still broken. I feel like nothing was even checked after repair. The repair work was sloppy with paint overspray on areas next to the panels they painted. Worst body shop experience I have ever had and I have been on the planet for a minute.
Very fast. Kept informed. USAA recommended and Caliber did not disappoint. Raymond was especially helpful. Very professional and he easily exceeded my expectations.
Had a scrape on my bumper repaired. The work was completed early and the car looks as good as new! As for the value, I cant say, the insurance company picked up the bill, I only had to pay the deductible, so for me that was GREAT value.
My girlfriend took her car to this location. She had been in a minor accident that required minimal repairs. When she went to pick up the car the guy let her drive it out onto a busy highway knowing there was an issue with the suspension. It turns out the swing arm was completely broken and this man let her drive a dangerous vehicle because he didnβt want to take blame for the problem. He tried to blame the suspension issue on my girlfriend and say it was probably from before the accident. I went and asked him why he would allow somebody to drive an unfinished vehicle and he was rude, calloused, unapologetic and tried to get in my face. I would never use this location and I highly recommend the same to anybody else who cares about the well being of their family members.

Few years back i had my car fixed at service king and were they repainted u can tell because of the rough look... when i got my car fixed here at caliber collision you cant even tell that any work has been done! Paint is perfect! And all seals look good and all sensors work properly

Edit:I guess a warranty is only as good as the people that will stand behind it. too bad Raymond wont stand behind his own service or word. ghosts me on email. Doesnt even want to have a conversation. Doesnt even want to look at images. Terrible service never use. their warranty is worth nothing because they refuse to stand behind their own service.EDIT:They are making it right. A service manager reached out and explained the issue with the door handle. There are known issues, verified online and by calling the dealership, that something is wrong with the handle. Caliber (and me) was a victim of bad timing and cold weather creating that problem.The manager explained and took full ownership that the parts should not have been left in the truck. It was an oversight and wont happen again. Ok, I will give the benefit of the doubt and believe him when he says it.Am I still frustrated, maybe a little. It has been a long time to be in a rental and again, that is not Calibers fault. Ford couldnt supply the part, and Caliber wont use anything other than OEM. Which, is a good call on their part and a decision I fully support.They did take the dash apart and got it cleaned up and the buttons working. So again, making it right.Review changed to 4 stars. 5 would have been if this had been 100% ready the first time, but they are making right what they can (the door handle is really Fords problem).========I have used this location several times. Every single time my vehicle is not done and has to go back for something.They have had my truck for 90 days for $8K work of damage. Now, most of that time was waiting on hard to find parts.But then they return it to me. The buttons on the dash dont work, because they werent fixed/cleaned. The right front outside door handle doesnt work. The bumper is in the bed of the truck and the grill is in the rear seat.Im over it. This is the last time I will use this location. I might try another one, but the lack of attention of detail is just maddening. Please fix it right, the first time, ever. Is that really so much to ask?

People at the desk gave me incorrect information (this is a destination repair location, we do NOT do estimates! You can leave your car to be repaired or take it somewhere else!) But doesnt the customer get to decide whether or not they want to go forward with repair, based on the estimate? NO, MAAM, the INSURANCE company decides that! I was disappointed that two women would be so dismissive to another woman (Im used to this from men at repair shops). That stinks!!! Shouldve gone to Jacobs Autobody in Denton - they never treat me like that!!!
Nick did an excellent job from beginning to end! Dont waste your time and effort going somewhere else. Caliber will do things right the first time.

Wow, wow, wow! Not kidding. This place really impressed me. The work on my car is not done yet, but the customer service experience so far has been wonderful. The lobby was welcoming, the receptionist friendly, the collision manager was professional and courteous, and they got me in a rental quickly. The person who handled the rental for me was likewise professional and courteous. This kind of service goes a long way with me!! π
The commitment to customer that Caliber Collision claims is a joke! My car got transferred to this shop from their West Fort-Worth location two weeks ago and they still do not have it ready. They keep saying that they are delayed because the insurance company did not respond to the claim for 6 days, which is not true because I reached out to AllStates and they said they are a preferred vendor and there are not issues reported with the claim. Every time we call they push the delivery day one more day. This is ridiculous.
If you need repairs please go here! Andrew in particular was phenomenal. Staff is kind, attentive, informative, and understanding!!! I will definitely be a customer for life!

Took my vehicle to Caliber after I was rear ended. I took it in on a monday and had it back the following monday. I dealt mainly with Nick and every time I called asking for an update he was very helpful and friendly each time, and explained what stage they were in, in repairing my car. My car looks just as good as when we bought it not even 2 months ago.
I went to this location for A TON of work. They did a PHENOMENAL job on my car, it looks better than when I bought it. Bill Mix, the regional manager, is absolutely fantastic and one of the most kind people. I ran into an issue at the location and he went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of and that I was as well. I will never go to another location for body work! They have my business for life.

My experience at this location was excellent. Upon arriving at my scheduled time I was greated immediately upon entering. Within minutes the representative introduced himself and clearly explained the process. My rental car arrived shortly thereafter and I was able to get on with my day. I appreciated the text message updates of the status of the repairs.
Got into an accident where the lower/back body of my car was crushed, and I got connected through GEICO. The repair itself was great, and Nic was super nice, however the experience couldve been thousands of times better.Long story short, the repair date was steadily delayed for about 3 weeks, I was constantly being overpromised to, and I basically ended up getting my car far later than expected.They also mistakenly replaced my tinted undamaged back glass with an untinted new glass, and they only caught the mistake a few minutes before I arrived to pick up my car. I needed my car ASAP so I just took it and they told me theyd sent the glass dept. to my address to fix the mistake. They never showed up, I called again (because they forgot), I was falsely promised to again, they never showed up again. All to say is that Nic is super nice, but 1. Im praying I never get into another accident again because all this hassle was some sort of torture and 2. Caliber Collision lost me as a future customer...
I had a fender bender from backing into a pole, my vehicle which is a newer Jeep looked brand new when repaired. Very satisfied and would highly recommend in the future.

My wife was involved in a rear end collision that just looked like a simple front bumper repair, turns out after they tore it down it was much worse, the frame had bent. Worried that my SUV would never be the same, I was reluctant upon pick up. Not the case. I couldnt find one indication of repairs made to my vehicle. Took my Subaru 2016 for hail storm repair, they did a Messi job of paint but they really know how to charge the insurance. Part missing on engine compartment, and Mr. Geronimo one of the supervisors dont return your calls, poor quality control on paint and service. They need more training in service wise, but in insurance claims they are experts.
Had a minor collision and State Farm recommended Caliber Collisions. They were great! Daniel Shoemaker kept me informed throughout the repair process with texts and phone calls. I brought a list of all the items that were broken in with my vehicle. The Estimator at Caliber took some pictures and went to the back with my list. Unfortunately, he was too lazy to include all the parts that I listed were broken making the quote significantly lower than what it should have been or what my deductible was. The list was comprehensive enough to detail all the items except the part numbers and yet he was still unwilling to provide a complete quote for the repairs and insurance purposes.Additionally, one of the female employees was YELLLING some male employees in a room with the door closed. Very unprofessional language and very minute issue to be screaming at people for as I could hear everything she said in the waiting area. (Double Parking cars in the back of the shop out of everyones way is not a reason to scream at your coworkers.)
5/29/2019I rear ended someone and had to get my front end repaired. I took my car to Caliber Collison and I was very impressed with the service and repair work. Ive had my car worked on before and some places replace parts with cheaper car parts instead of the same brand you had on your car before. I have a Lexus IS250 and they replaced the parts with factory parts and the paint job was phenomenal. I was very impressed and would recommend Caliber Collison to anyone. They worked with my insurance company and I didnt have to do a think. It was a smooth process and I had my car back in a few days looking brand new.
Worst place ever ! Estimated 11 thousand in damage on my car and even added extra damages which werenβt on my car !
I would first like to say that I love this place. I have been in three accidents in less than a year; no fault of my own. But, when I needed my vehicles fixed I turned to Caliber Collision. The staff kept me updated about my car and returned it to me clean and restored to its perfect condition .

Have always done a quick and great job on repairs. Friendly staff and follow up with you on progress is excellent. Expect to wait a week for an appointment to inspect the damage to your vehicle, because they can be busy during peak periods after severe weather.
They were quick and thorough. They were very clear when answering questions. They did not burden me, they just did the work, the insurance claim stuff, and I was able to not worry or spend a bunch of time on all that. The car is doing great.
Getting responses to calls and texts was inconsistent.I made my reservation at CC on Justin Rd, including rental car, but when I got there they said they were backed up and arranged for me to go to the shop on hwy 121. That went smooth till they shuttled me to Enterprise Rental Car and dumped me off. I was told there was no reservation made for me since they moved me between shops and I would need to work through my insurance company if I want one. Not nice.Then when I was called to get my truck when I was called. The tailgate wouldnβt close without a shove, I still had a broke tail light and the bumper wasnβt straight. It took several more days.

This place is terrible, Robert, the manager is arrogant and refuses to repair my 450 GL Mercedes so that it holds an alignment. This following an accident where caliber was paid nearly $8000 to repair front end and structural damage. A big Zero is what they are
My vehicle was taken to the Caliber Collision at the end of May with damage from a minor accident. During the repair process, I spoke with the Caliber rep several times and was told that they were having βequipment issuesβ that was affecting the repair. It took them 3 weeks to repair the vehicle and when it was returned, the work was done very poorly. The body panel gaps were mismatched. When the passenger door was opened, the corner of it dragged on the front fender. The window seals were misaligned and the passenger mirror was still cracked from the accident. A radiator bracket was bent and the front bumper was not aligned correctly. Because of the lack of concern from the manager at Caliber during the repair, I contacted the insurance company instead to let them know that the work was not done correctly. They had the vehicle taken to another repair shop to be rechecked. It turned out that besides the obvious damage that was not repaired, there were a lot of unseen issues that had not been corrected. As it turned out, the second shop had to redo almost every bit of work that Caliber had done initially. This took 3 more weeks. At no time was I contacted by Caliber to see if I was satisfied with the work they had performed. As far as I could tell, they simply did not care. If you want your vehicle repaired correctly, do not take it to this location. You will be disappointed. On a positive note, the location on Highway 121 is Lewisville is no longer on my insurance companyβs list of preferred repair shops, so hopefully fewer people will experience the same issues I did.
What a nightmare! Extremely unethical! I came back 3 times till I accepted my truck back. 1st time x4 screws were missing, one of the new parts was pealing off, green marks and grease splatter all over bed liner, several new paint scratches surrounding work area...2nd time 1 screw was removed from another part of my truck and put where 1 of the missing screws were, now only missing 2 screws(one on each bed side now), still had scratches plus a NEW DENT and scratch on the opposite bed side... 3rd time it was still missing 1 screw and for the most part all other issues were corrected. I left with my truck and got gas, I HAD A DIFFERENT GAS CAP. This was not the side of the truck that was worked on. This gas cap was broken and melted together and hung down about a foot. It was very obvious. I will not be asking them to replace my gas cap, because I dont know what else they will do if they touch my truck again. My 2016 Silverado may now be a 73 Dodge under the body... who knows what else I will find!

Heather Lillis helped my daughter and I out with my daughters vehicle that was wrecked and in the end, deemed a total loss. We were not getting anywhere with the insurance company and Heather, without hesitation gave us guidance, direction and offered support in a matter that she did not have to get involved in. It was because of her actions and her support that this horrible situation ended up better as she was truly the silver lining thru this all. I will now ALWAYS be taking my car here to have body work done to it. Caliber helped me out in a really tricky situation with my insurance company and another body shop that did subpar work. Caliber walked me through every process of repair that was being done to my car and always put up with all of my silly questions. I really had an excellent experience with them and would recommend them to anyone! My life is back to normal with my car looking and driving as if nothing happened. Shout out to Trae that guy will bend over backwards to make sure you are 100% happy with everything. I really appreciate the whole team at Caliber with all of the help with everything! Thanks guys!!!7/10/19 Update: My family just took another car in for repairs, and the experience was fantastic again! When I recieved my car the cars computer had been reset when they were calibrating the radar cruise control. Anyway I couldnt get the cruise control to turn on as I was driving away so I took it right back and explained the problem. Before even looking at it they were getting a rental car ready for me incase they werent able to get it working. Turns out my dumb self forgot you had to turn on the cruise control before you could set it. I left feeling happy and embarrassed that it was just me not knowing how to set it. To see the customer service they provided getting a rental car ready for me had there been a problem was just exceptional! I will most definitely be using Caliber Collisions for all of my familys car repairs, and recommending them to anyone I know!

Not happy at all. Took three months to repair with no communication from there side at all. Every week I used to call for status. Always assurance of next week fix.
My auto insurance carrier partners with this facility for repairs. I found a location that was near my home and had my car towed here for repairs. Throughout the process they kept me informed and answered all my questions. I picked up my car on a Thursday, March 7th. The following Friday, March 15th I took my car to a Nissan dealership to have routine maintenance and they advised me that my car needed an alignment. I explained that i had recently had an accident that involved hitting a curb and lots of undercarriage damage and the sales guy advised that the alignment would have been part of the repair. He also advised that there could possibly be something bent causing it to not be in alignment. I contacted Caliber Collision, my salesrep Kyle. I was advised he was in a meeting and would call me back. Its now 3 days later and Im still awaiting that call. I spoke with a different sales rep who advised me to bring over my the alignment measurements from Nissan. I brought the paperwork over around noon and he advised me that perhaps I hit a pot hole within the last week and it caused my car to not be in alignment. He also advised he would have the manager or Kyle reach out to me. I find it odd that thorughout the process, I could reach Kyle and get immediate respones. But once I picked up my car and signed the paperwork now nobody can take care of my problem. I was told they stand behind their work and there is a lifetime warranty. That appears to be a lie. I would not recommend this facility and if I ever have another car accident, they would be the last place I trust to repair my auto.

This was the absolute worst body shop experience Ive ever encountered. From now I will remain with Service King moving forward. I wrecked my car in a single car accident and this location was conveniently located between work and home. The tow truck dropped me off about 6:45am and they opened at 7am. So I waited for someone to arrive to look at my car. The GM John introduced himself and I conveyed my request and he said someone would get back to me later that day (Friday). Well nobody did. So I tried calling on Saturday and realized they arent pen on the weekends. So I waited till Monday at lunch, still no response. So I called and left a message requesting a returned call. At 3:30 when I left work I called again and they mentioned John wouldnt be available and that someone else will have to call me back when they are available. So I waited again, about 5:30 I received a call ( I forget his name). Nice enough guy, but now my car has been sitting there Since Friday before they opened. They still hadnt looked at it. He said he will give it a look in the morning and get back to me. Now it is Tuesday and I had to call again to get an update. He gave me the quote and so I said does that include everything, he told me that he hasnt had a mechanic look at it and that if I wanted a mechanic to look at it, there is an $85 charge for that service. He said he would speak to John to see if he would waive the cost of the mechanic, since I had been waiting so long and received such poor service. John did not agree to waive the fee. So thinking that I might need some repair other than body work I agreed. I need an accurate assessment of the complete damage I caused. So now it is Wednesday afternoon and I finally get a call from the shop that I didnt call first to get. He basically told me they found a minor thing not found on the original estimate. The car wasnt worth fixing so I decided to donate the car. The car never moved from the spot that the tow truck dropped it in till the other tow truck came to get it for the donations. So does anyone think the estimate they gave me was going to be anywhere near accurate? I dont! I knew once I gave the go ahead they would start adding on to it and it would be out of hand. So the customer service is sub-par and I recommend that if you need body work done try some wheres else. It will not take much to find better service than what these folks provide. Lesson learned, thanks Caliber!

WARNING β I am hoping this review will be sufficient to steer readers away from choosing Caliber collision in Lewisville TX #0543. A few weeks ago, I brought in my new car (10 months old!!) to be repaired for severe hail damage. After an initial pleasant experience with bringing the car in, it started to go downhill quick when we did the 1st pick up. As stated, car was 10 months old, pristine interior. We received it back, dirtier than a construction crews 20 year old truck. Black finger smudges on headliner, scratches on console, paint splatters on seats, etc. Service Manager realized the bad delivery and offered fixes, a full wash and detail. At this point I still had faith in a good ending. 2nd pickup was not good. Interior was cleaned by a 5 year old with an armor all wipe and white residue and more scratches appeared on the outside as well. Manager came into the picture and offered to send it to a different detailer. I still gave them a chance to do what is right and for them to rectify the problem. 3rd pickup, interior was cleaned better but still had same issues and new ones popping up!!!!. At this point, I decided to take it home as keeping it with caliber would just ended up with more damage. I requested the district manager to contact me. After a few days, I was contacted and was offered to bring it back again for them to resolve all issues. I mentioned they already had it multiple times. Other location was available but if a district manager does not keep all locations to the same standards, I was not going to go to bring it to a different one. After mulling options over for a few days and literally seeing my wife get sick of stress, I came to the conclusion that this back and forth with Caliber would probably result in more damage to my car, more costs to myself of taking days of work and more stress with no satisfactory solution in the end. I reached out to the Mazda dealership to discuss my situation. Mazda offered to help my situation by replacement of the car with exact deal and options I previously had. I replied my decision to district manager and proposed a fair financial solution to split the hit I took by trading in the tainted car. I received a call back that that is not what caliber does, they fix, not compensate. They even dared to state I didnβt give them another chance to fix, I gave them 3. Not sure why they didnβt go the route as it would have been more cost effective for them to split versus fixing all the damage done. In the end, Mazda and I had to make things right and put back the enjoyment my wife had of driving her car again and not be reminded every time how Caliber messed up her car. Caliber has their insurance money so no hit on their end. They lost a customer in me for sure, all I can do is share my experience.
Deductible taken? Job not promised for them to do...deductible is for the shop doing the JOB! Quit trying to make people pay a double deductible and GIVE US THE MONEY BACK FOR A LEGITIMATE SHOP! SHAME ON THE ADJUSTER!! NOT REPUTABLE SHOULD BE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING...THIS IS NOT MY FIRST DEALINGS, THEY RECOMMENDED US TO GO TO FARMERS BRANCH ON THE LAST JOB AS THEY COULD NOT DO IT!!! DO I TRUST YOU DOING THE WORK? NOPE!

They take their time. They tell you that your car will be ready, and then its not ready by then so you have to wait until the week after. I use my car for Uber, and I missed out on some good money because of these guys.Edit: Got it back and they didnt even fix one of the dents that they were supposed to and I even see a new dent. They replaced my rear bumber and there is a chip in the paint already. Will be taking it back.
My wheel lock went missing while my vehicle was in this shop. I keep my vehicle clean and well organized so that I know where the lock is when I need it. Matter of fact the only things in the glove box are the service manual and the lock. It costs a silly 10 dollars to get a replacement. They would not replace the lock and I had to call constantly to get answers out of the service advisor. I understand people get busy and that its not easy to deliver disappointing news to a customer but it is a shame he felt he didnt or couldnt reach out to me I am not the type of person to give bad reviews but, I was disappointed in this experience. Ill probably still occasionally use them but Im not driving out of my way to do so like I have been. Ill keep this review up to date if anything changes
My experience with this repair shop was very pleasant. The staff were courteous, the job was done on time and according to the estimate.I never new about Caliber Collision until a repair shop (S.K.) broke my windshield during a repair job. It seemed like they had dropped a metal tool or something on it. Not only S.K. did not fix the broken glass [that they broke], they also refused to let me see my car pictures that they took before they accepted the car. I would have thought they have some kind of insurance or at least professional dignity toward damages they may inflict on your car (accidents during repair).Now I am going to Caliber Collision without a second thought. They are the best I have ever known.

I took my 2009 Cadillac Escalade. It was hailed damaged, they fixed the dents on the car but broke a million other things. They broke some of the power features on the seats. I took it back and left it there for another week and they DID NOTHING. The roof leaks when ever it rains and the roof is starting to sag from all of the water. I call corporation hoping that they would do something about it, they have also done absolutely NOTHING their corporation is worthless. Im still waiting for them to call me back. My name is Edith Diaz if you want to finally return my call. They are the worst of the worst I would never recommend them.

I tock May car there to repair but, when I turned in May car was clean and they guivme back, dirty, full of dust they didnt put back the antenna.
