My family has gone to Alan and the crew here for maintenance and repairs for as long as I can remember. They are honest, they are cheaper than any chain business, and their work is top notch. I drove all the way from north dallas to get my alternator rebuilt because they quoted me almost $100 less than places in my area were quoting. Then they gave me 10% off and offered to replace the serpentine belt for just the cost of parts since it was going bad. When I picked it up, the bill was still less than what other places quoted for just the alternator and they left the bad belt in my car for me to see that it was, indeed, in need of replacing.This has been the standard of service since Ive been going here.

Its a nice place to sit back and talk shop..from cars to Dallas Cowboys..Texas Rangers baseball to fishing. The mechanic is one of the best out there..very knowledgeable and professional. I have been taking my vehicles to Alan since I was in high school. Im 41 now. So that alone should tell you something. He has NEVER done me wrong. Hes fair and honest and consistent. He and his crew are knowledgeable and quite polite. Id highly recommend Alans shop to anyone. They get the work done in a timely manner and a reasonable cost.

This Place is a complete rip off, I want everyone to know this. I was told I was getting the so called, discount from my workplace (because they take all their vehicles their) Any who, this man is charging dealership prices for parts, yes he gave me the discount but he also charged me over the top for a part that is sold 200$ less in ALL auto parts centers everywhere. I let him know how i felt, he was paid but ill be sure to let everyone know what a crook he is. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF- If you dont believe me take it and look at your receipt after, what a unprofessional way to conduct business!

I have gone to Allen for years and always have felt he and his staff are always fair with pricing and never felt I was being sold extra unneeded service.

Good service at reasonable prices

I took my car to get inspected here, they have an older gentleman and younger guy, they were very nice and friendly.The younger guy took my car and soon came back saying the there was some problem with the electrical system. He said there was some kind of issue and his computer couldnt connect to the car, mentioned that he checked the fuses and they were fine.I took my keys and as I was walking out of the door, he said they could troubleshoot it for $100.I said I had to think about it. Then drove to the kwik kar close by, and had the inspection done in around 30 minutes, it passed without any issues.I would give them the benefit of the doubt, but I advise to beware of similar issues.
