This business is friendly and courteous. I dropped my car off and they took me home and picked me back up. The pricing is more than fair and they are honest. If you don’t need something you think you need, they will tell you and not overcharge you. He replaced some parts for me. I’m a woman and I knew nothing. He told me to order my parts and bring them and they saved me over $300. I won’t take my car anywhere else. They are also very timely and when he says it will be finished, it’s finished. Call Lewis. I have been going to All Makes for all our automotive repairs for 10+ years and have always felt that they were Honest with me about what needed to be done. In addition I have never felt like they were talking down to me. I have referred a number of people to them as I trust them to do what is right.

Lewis and his team were extremely helpful and got my car in perfect shape before I had to trade it in. Very honest and straightforward guys. Hard to find a trustworthy auto shop but these guys know what they’re doing. Would recommend.

Ive been needing a place like this all of my life! I was going to be literally 10 times more at the Cadillac dealership. I got a ride home from Pops too. These guys made me feel so comfortable and safe! I will never go any place else to get my SUV worked on.

Went to All Makes Auto to have some vibrations checked out in my Toyota Tundra. They recommended that the shocks and struts be replaced as well as the drive shaft. I approved both recommendations. All Makes Auto proceeded to order the drive shaft and in the mean time I called the local Toyota dealership to get their opinion of the drive shaft replacement. They said it would be unusual to have an issue with vibration in the drive shaft and they would like me to bring in to see if it is a problem and possibly a warranty issue. I then called All Makes Auto and let them know I didnt want drive shaft replaced because of dealers recommendation to take there and they said they just got it in from dealership but would return it. This was going to be $2000 plus ticket item for All Makes Auto. When I picked my vehicle up from All Makes Auto I noticed what looked to be a rat dropping on the seat of my truck. I thought nothing of it until I started noticing more droppings throughout the truck over a period of a few days. I suspected that a rodent was in my truck and then proceeded to opened all the doors, lay out sticky traps on the floors and let the truck sit for a few hours. Later in the day I went back to check the traps and saw nothing but noticed that a rather large rat had just been killed in the street in front of my house. Had never seen a rat in our neighborhood before or after this incident. Cant prove anything but suspect that the rat was placed in my truck by All Makes Auto because of declining the drive shaft installation. This happened a few years ago but has weighed on my mind ever since and thought a review was needed to let others know of my experience with All Makes Auto.

Would hands down 100% recommend. Great company. Steve and his employees are very honest and reliable. Recently did work on our 2014 dodge ram, we had our lifters fail. I came in to All Makes through a recommendation from Acute Auto. My car had an occasional squeaking noise when accelerating so I wanted someone to take a look at it. I went into the shop, talked with Steve, and he asked me questions about the problem and when does it occur so they could try and replicate it. The conversation felt natural, like I was talking to one of my friends. They kept me up to date on their progress that same day, they looked throughout my entire suspension to see if anything was worn out or loose and everything was OK. Steve asked me if I dont mind them keeping the car overnight so they can try and replicate the problem again and I was happy to oblige, they were really trying to replicate the noise I heard because it really wasnt consistent or loud. They checked through my car again the next day and told me that everything looks solid, no abnormal behavior from the suspension or the entire front end and there was no need to do anything. They didnt try to sell me anything, they were very honest about the condition of my car and they noticed how well Ive maintained my suspension already (I had installed a new control arm before visiting them). They also didnt charge me for checking the car. I drove the car home and Steve called me to see if I could replicate the noise and asked if my drive was OK.Phenomenal service. Ever since I moved to Lewisville I didnt have a mechanic, and Steve is now officially my mechanic. Ill definitely be back here when I need my car serviced.

Steve Westveldt owns and runs this place. Its honest, reliable and hardworking. Ive been going here since we moved to Texas in 1997.

They got me in and out in an hour and a half. They quoted me for about $65 less than another store and didnt upsell me on any repairs needed. Tyler explained to me exactly why something I didnt understand was happening and Luis was very nice and cool to deal with. I will keep coming here to get my car serviced as long as I live in the area.

My family and I have been coming to this shop since the early 90s. I have nothing negative or bad to say about this shop. I highly recommend them to anyone needing any type of car work done. They are caring and genuinely care about their customers and their needs. They are not in business to rip you off and take your money.

I want to give these guys a horrible rating so they wont let their heads get too big..lol. Ive been taking my car here for 18 years. I have been fleeced by many mechanics when I got stranded on the other side of town, out of town, etc., but never by these guys. I know a fair amount about cars, and do some of my own repairs. I like that these guys arent patronizing, actually listen and dont shut me down because Im a girl. Theyre straightforward about what is needful, what I can do myself and what can wait a short while. They know that if you treat people right, theyll come back. I just wish they werent *quite* so popular...
