Very friendly employees behind the desk. First time coming here and I’ll be back. State inspection -was in and out- didn’t take long. I made my appointment online. It was easy to navigate but of course you can also just call and make an appointment. Friendly service and in overhearing conversations with other customers-they didn’t seem pushy about getting repairs done. Waiting room was tidy, everyone had a mask on, safety precautions seemed to be followed. Will be back!

Wouldnt take my business after 4pm. Just for an inspection. Was told the techs wanted to leave at 5pm. There were maybe 3 other cars in the whole parking lot that were in front of me. No manager on site to speak to. Have taken my 4 vehicles here for years, but will never be back.

SHADY! BE AWARE!I went here a couple months ago with a thermostat issue, check engine light was on and reading cooling system performance. I was told by two other mechanics before coming here that the issue was the thermostat. Kwik Kar told me that the thermostat wasnt the issue, and that there was no code reading the thermostat. They proceeded to tell me that I had $500 worth of other miscellaneous repairs that would fix my check engine light, and after a couple of days the light came back on. The car quickly went back to the shop, where the light was still reading cooling system performance... They proceeded to again tell me it was not the thermostat and that it was my catalytic converters... Be awareI have since taken my vehicle to another mechanic, where they have told me the thermostat was the issue and that they have had many customers complaining about Kwik Kar falsely claiming things were/werent wrong.

The staff was very helpful in assisting me with my Altima will be coming back for future business.

Window gears broke on the way to a job and window slid down into the door. 27 degrees outside and driving on the highway. Pulled in and they said they could fix it but it would be an hour. As I was on my way to a job, I couldnt wait that long. They put plastic over the window for me in 10 minutes at no charge. I will be taking the vehicle back here for the eventual repair. I was told by the attendant at the last place where I got my oil changed (and in the status report) that it was time to have my brakes done. I took my vehicle to this particular Kwik Kar because my God-sister had just had the BEST experience there.I was impressed that they did not even attempt to take advantage of me being a woman. I was told that I did not need my brakes done at this time and that I could pick up my vehicle. 2nd opinions (particularly with a reputable business) are worth it.Whenever it is time to get my brakes done, I will definitely be returning to this location!THANKS

Excellent customer service and extremely professional as well as courteous. Proficient in getting customers in/out asap and W/O trying to sell ea customer extra services/items. Had 6 spark plugs and a coil changed in my vehicle. Brought parts w me. Everyone else was trying to charge 400/600. Here..230 and my vehicle runs great!Kudos Kwick Kar and staff!

I stop coming to this shop. While the manager and the owner are great, mechanics are sloppy. Also, they dont wear masks; this is not very safe. They are pricey, so I expect the same quality of service.

If I could give this place no star I would. I am also looking into reporting them to the BBB. I went in to have my AC checked and they quoted me $1500 saying I needed a new AC system. According to the the quote they provided me they never tried recharging my system or whatever additional testing that should have been done. They tried to take full advantage of me I am sure because I am a woman. I took my car to another mechanic shop for a second opinion and they tested my system and I there was nothing wrong with my AC system specifically my compressor I just needed freon.

I came needing all my brakes done and an oil change after working my 2nd job and the front desk got 2 mechanics to get my brakes and oil change done in 1 hr which was awesome. The price was very fair and my car is braking like new.

How often do you go to a car repair facility, ready to spend a couple hundred dollars, and be told you dont need the work performed?Instead this shop explained fully what they checked and why no work was required, then sent me on my way without charging me a dime.I just moved into the area for work and did not realize I moved to a different planet! What a wonderful experience. So rare these days. They know how to earn loyalty in a customer.

Waited for 10 minutes for someone to come, finally decided go inside and asked about the ignorance. They apologized and got the state inspection done quickly.

Went in for fluid check and starter went out all of a sudden as theyre suppose to be checking the fluids. Stay away from this place! Unless you need your car broken and to be taken advantage of. Adam the Manager has a way with words also! We towed the vehicle to our shop and sure enough the heat shield had been loosened somehow all of a sudden.

First-class service, super friendly staff, and they even called a week later to check up and make sure my car was still running correctly!

These guys are the best in town.Always honest work done by friendly mechanics, with comfortable accomodations for waiting, including a very well maintained area for children with a large selection of toys, a coloring table and crayons. I like this place. They are quick, reliable, reasonable and honest. My dealership told me my vehicle needed several filters. It turns out I wont need them until my next oil change. They even showed me the clean filters. They also offer a book you can buy at a reasonal price, which offers free oil changes, windshield wipers and discounts on mechanical Work.

Pretty quick inspection and coffee while I waited. No hard sell on other items like is sometimes the case at other places. They asked if I wanted an oil change after the inspection, I said no thanks and that was it. Very polite staff.

This is the best place to take your vehicle!! I showed up an hour before they close (I know it’s bad but I couldn’t wait), and they greeted me like I was the first customer of the day. I know my car is always on goods hands here. Some places take over two hours to get a simple oil change done and try to sell you everything you don’t need. They take typically less than an hour and are always fair and reasonable. They are hands down the best!!!

Brought my Jeep in for a shifting issue. Dustin, Adam, and the techs were on point and found the problem fast and explained what they had to do and why. Drives better than it did the entire time I have had it. Also brought my F-150 previously in for an oil change and was completed no problems and extremely fast. This is the only place I have been where the employees come to greet you and straight up about pricing, and pleasant to deal with. No guess work and phone calls to keep you updated at every step. Quick in and out oil change. A bit pricey, but its convenient. They offer all sorts of services but we just get the oil changed and tire pressure checked. They are friendly and knowledgeable, so thats a plus.

You might think that a place that both does brakes and inspects your car during an oil change might take a glance at your pads through an opening in the wheel to see if theres anything left. That would not be the case. You might also think that, three days after an oil change, when your brakes are metal on metal, that they would honor an appointment made over the phone and not tell you to come back the next day, because the damage has already been done. That would also be incorrect. Perhaps I expected too much, but I wont be back. Local competitors were faster, friendlier, and cleaner.

I went in to get my tire repaired and they did an excellent job with a short wait time. They also fixed a problem with my a.c. fan that saved me a lot of money that I would have to pay at a regular shop. The owner is very knowledgeable and the workers were very nice and efficient. I will use this shop for all my car needs..great place!

I always come here. The staff is trained in no-rip-offs. If other work is needed theyll mention it but leave it alone as soon as you say ...not today. Honest up-front fees. Reasonable hourly rates and consider this...honest mechanics are worth hundreds/thousands of bucks. (Been there/done that) - very courteous to a person. I dont TRUST anyone else. Been coming for years now. Always the same impression. I wont go anywhere else.

This place is honest, with great prices, and does quality work!When another car shop quoted me $492 to replace a wheel bearing I called Kwik Kar of Vista Ridge for a second quote, as recommended by a friend who had a very positive experience here. Kwik Kar got me right in, fixed my car same day, and charged me only $264! They charged me this amount knowing that the other shop quoted $492. It would have been easy for them to charge $350 or $400, but instead they did the right thing AND the repair fixed my car problems perfectly. I could not be more happy with the honesty and service I received and will be back for all my car need from now on!

I have been taking my SUV to Kwik Kar for last 2 years. Every time the experience has been excellent. However, today I must re-rate it from excellent to spectacular! There was a problem with the air conditioning system. These guys diagnosed it, found an issue with the AC clutch and recommended taking it to the company dealership, as they had dug up a warranty extension issued by Honda back in 2012. Not only was their diagnosis perfect, but with their honesty and asking me to take it Honda, they let go of a pretty tidy sum of money. These are the best and friendliest team. Highly recommend for all your automotive needs.

Bad experience with this place took it in for a basic oil change drove my car after it started smoking checked no oil in my car . They had it towed back and checked said I needed some repairs the in total replaced a water pump and thermostats fans and other things I cant remember total cost over 1000$ bucks . Get a call my car is fine pick it up drove it not even 15 miles to work it over heats at this time Im livid they then tell me I have a blown head gasket. Why did it take them 3 visits of having my car to see it . I will never use these guys again and I hope my review advises others NOT TO

Well, Im sure they did great on my oil change and tire rotation. However, I had some Galaxy earbuds before I went to kwik car, but now I dont. They were in my little cubby in front of the gear shifter in plain site, so my fault for teasing someone like that. But well done kwik car, I paid you $100 for a service AND one of your employees got some $120 wireless earbuds.

I just had two cars serviced. They were very quick and most courteous. I have used their services for three years and enjoy my visits here. They always check my car out and keep them running great.

This group of individuals is the most hard-working, honest group Ive ever met. The prices are on par with other shops, but you know that when you take your car there, youre getting a piece of mind that you are getting the best service and the best work done possible. I recommend this shop to all my friends all the time. Ive been taking both my cars there for the past 3+ years and have been impressed every single visit!

So I came here about 3 months ago for a simple oil change. My car was in working order, no leaks, nothing of consequence. I had my oil change and when I left I noticed my car was leaking oil. I call Adam the manager and he tells me “the oil plug came out rough because over time the threads wear out” which causes it to leak oil at the pan. My car had over 200k miles, but it never leaked. I grew up working on cars and never had I heard of oil pans leaking bc the threads were worn out. I bring it back for them to fix it, and Adam tells me I’ll have to split the cost. I told him that plugs don’t just wear out but I was in a hurry so whatever. He ended up charging me $20 and I went on my way. A couple days later I notice and oil spot on my driveway. I bring it back he tells me the pan will need to be drilled out and re threaded. I let him do it, and he tells me it’s all good. Again couple days later, car leaking oil. This goes on for 2 more months give or take, and I bring it back, he tightens it, adds a gasket, puts gasket sealer, etc. every time it leaks again. FINALLY today after 3 months they finally fix my oil pan at no charge and they even put on a new oil filter at no charge. So if you’re looking for an honest mechanic, don’t go here. BUT they did make it right after 3 months of hassle. I won’t be going back tho I do know that.
