JoAnns is one of my favorite stores for fabric as they have the widest selection of all the big chain craft stores.

I stopped by here with my daughter to look for some craft items that she needed for school. It was my first time in this store and as I walked through I noted that there were quite a few sewing machines and cutting tables which appeared to be made available for customers use. I am not a seamstress so I did not ask if that was the case but I just assumed that it was due to the amount of machines I stole functional in the area. I did ask for help from someone I saw stocking the shelves on the floor. The young lady was very capable and helpful and helping direct us to what we needed for my daughters project.

This is a one stop shop for a seamstress or crafters. They normally run special coupons weekly so download the Joann App, its a must. They carry sewing machines and accessories to various fabrics, silk flowers to arts and crafts supplies. You can also get a custom picture framed, definitely use the coupons for that, its pricey even with the 70% off coupons.

MUST give JOANNS five stars...their store in Lewisville is AWESOME!!...its clean and well organized...inventory is orderely...making it pleasurable to shop there....but their customer service hit it outta the park!...Grand slam baby!!!...I ordered an item...it didnt come in time, so i went to pick it up. Had to find a store, the Denton manager called around and found it in Lewisville. Lewisville Manager Laura agreed to honor all coupons...then when I went to check the cashier found I actually could get a better deal and they did that instead...how cool is that??!!!...5 stars all around

Of all the Joanns this one is my favorite. The staff at the cut counter for the fabric are so nice, you just cant help but chat with them. The store has a great selection of fabric and yarn and its always fun to just walk the aisles and look at whats new.The only reason it doesnt get a full 5 stars is checkout. That can be hit or miss. Sometimes it moves quickly with nice staff, sometimes its slow. And a few times Ive had staff that seemed frustrated they were forced to man the registers. But overall, this is specific loaction is great big box craft store.

I was at Joanns in Lewisville today. As Im not a usual customer there. Kristen was very kind in helping me finding my pink fiskar ruler and a few embellishments I needed for my T shirt projects. Thank you. I will definitely shopping there again.

Normally I enjoy coming to this store; however this past Sunday (12/6) I was met with a rude, incapable cashier. To start, so many things weren’t priced or were mis-priced. Then I tried using my coupon $20off $75 as well as my 40% off one item. The cashier scanned the 40 off but I asked a second time to scan the 20/75 and finally she did. When the price didn’t change she replied, “it didn’t work”. I asked why, she shrugged and said “I don’t know, you’re total is $87” so I asked if there was anyone available to explain to me why it didn’t work and that I wasn’t satisfied with her answer. She stood there staring at me...again I ask if there’s someone else available to help me understand as I’m not paying until someone can/will explain. She finally calls over another girl who seemed to shrug off my items as “door busters”. According to the ad, the door busters only ran thru sat and not sun. The second girl says that there was a sign posted near all the items that says doorbuster. I paid and went back to look for the signs and one of my items had a sign. Even without that item, I should’ve been able to use my 5/25coupon. Why does this company send out coupons that are useless!! I’ll think twice about returning to this location.

OMG sweetest Christmas stuff. What it All.Bolts and Bolts of fabrics...... a lot of fabric is on sale. At the front door is all the Christmas wrapping paper for cheap....

I never shopped at JoAnn, but this time there was a sale, and i ordered online for curbside pick up. From order to pick up the process was very smooth. I liked their website. And the discounts were amazing. I ordered few decor items. The staff came to the parking to handover the stuff i ordered. In this time of pandemic they made the shopping experience very smooth and convinient and comfortable!

Nice selection, nice sales, but associates are very poorly scheduled. It is hard to find help when there is maybe 3 employees on duty. One to cut fabric, one for register, and the other to do.. idk what.Just checked out and instead of spending 22.49 on a fleece blanket, instead I had to pay $32.. so in store shopping is kind of pointless. & you have to pay a local tax on top of regular tax.Online something will cost $22.49 and you can possibly pick up for free or you can have it delivered to your home for an extra $8. When you go to buy it in store, the price jumps and the $8 is some how added.Basically you’re paying the same price in store vs. home delivery. Pointless

The staff went out of their way to make sure we had the fabric we needed and the supplies for our project!

Great selection of fabrics & ribbon by the yard. Good selection of holiday merchandise. Prices are a little higher then other similar stores, but they sometimes offer a 60% off coupon for regular priced items.

Every store seems to vary in what they carry. This one isnt the smallest Ive been in but it isnt as large as the Frisco location. I still find everything I need, though. The yarn aisle is great. Im not sure where they are lacking in comparison to the larger locations. Nothing Ive missed. Fabric and yarn are both very well stocked with tons of variety.

This crafting store is great, if you have a coupon. I suggest downloading the app, or signing up for text messages. They have coupons you can use on your purchase. Without sales or coupons, the supplies and fabric is over priced. During the holidays the store is chaotic, but the rest of the year it is well organized and easy to find what you are looking for. It is conveniently located in the same shopping center as two other crafting stores.

Polite cashiers. Plenty of selection and various items for crafting, baking, sewing, and other arts and crafts.

Eliminate the fleece and get some REAL fabrics!

They always have a huge variety if fabrics and other sewing things like buttons and ribbons. also!be sure to check out their massive clearance racks. there are some amazing things hidden in there for very cheap! My friends and I love coming here for any diy projects and ideas we may have. Employees are also always so helpful and nice!

Great choice of fabric pieces for craft work.

I really like the selection of fabrics. what i dont like is the way i am treated every time i come in here. there is no excuse for the lack of professionalism with the ladies in the back. i come back there to get my fabric cut and i literally would stand there waiting for one of them to assist me. instead they will continue to talk or do something else until they are done. the wont acknowledge me standing there at all. I have spoken up letting them know i am there not a word. this is unacceptable and needs to stop!

Great selection of fabric! You cant find that much any more. Yarn selection is good, but I find that some brands to be pricy. The one thing that really gets me is the check out process! The line usually grows fast and stays that way. They are not in any hurry to move you out. Usually only 1 checker until 7 people in line to bring in a second.

I had two pieces of artwork framed here. The sales associate who helped me was very patient and knowledgeable and had great suggestions for frames. I was also able to use multiple coupons and the girl knew the best ones to get the best price. The quality of the framing was excellent and I am very happy with the pictures. I highly recommend this store if you need to get your pictures framed.

Wow, after a clerk at the Joanns near me in Mesa AZ essentially refused to assist me finding out why the gift card I bought was not activating, my Brother spoke to their customer service department and was able to get this fixed. Now this is called customer service.

Joanns is a great place to get all kinds of crafts. The staff at this location are always nice and happy to help too. They even have kid crafts so your kids can be entertained too while you do your own projects. They also have classes and a Husqvarna sewing store inside.
