LD Glass is truly one of the last great family-operated businesses around!The installation pictures on their website are what originally sold us on using them, and the countless 5-star raving reviews made us confident in our decision before they even made the first measurements.They are not the cheapest installation company around, but thats because you pay a premium for good quality glass, fittings, and their unmatched experience. These guys are the real deal, and trust me when I say that you DO NOT want to penny-pinch by going with a less experienced company that uses mediocre-quality (and often warped) glass.Our Experience:Jereme did our measurements on day 1, and we got a quote later that week for the cost of installation and materials. Jereme was extremely professional, courteous, and we could tell pretty quickly that he had decades of experience. We knew we were in good hands.After placing our order, it took three weeks for the glass to be shipped before we were able to schedule our install.They had to reschedule our 9am appointment to 3pm. However, I tried to be understanding because with COVID, Im sure they have taken on several jobs and are just doing the best they can with all the work being thrown at them.It was WELL worth the wait. Jeff (Jeremes brother) arrived at 3:05pm with his assistant Arturo to install the glass panels. They were also very nice, professional, CAREFUL, and had a great attention to detail. They worked for about 2 hours on their own, drilled through our porcelain tiles (very hard to do) around the shower, and sealed everything perfectly.We are 100% satisfied with this company, and will be using them again in the future. My wife and I both feel very comfortable with recommending this company to anyone else needing glass installation services!

Jereme and another gentleman from LD Glass did an excellent job installing a nice glass shower door in our house. I figured things would be difficult because the door was a tight fit and had a poor tiling job, but they made the finished product look better than I expected! They were also timely and got the door installed in just over an hour. Best of all, they beat the other three bids I received. Will definitely be using these guys in the future.

LD Glass is top notch! After calling to get a quote setup they were out next day. Contacted LD glass for a quote. In a matter of minutes I received a call from Jereme. He said he would gladly drive over and take some measurements. Later that day the office called with a quote and I agreed with them. My glass was ordered quickly and Jereme and his work colleague come out to my home today to replace my new existing door glass with Low E glass. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend LD Glass. I didnt have to do anything, they took care of cleaning up afterwards and left my door in better condition then it was to begin with. So very happy!!!!!!!

I highly recommend LD Glass. I used them on a recent investment property in Lewisville. 2 other companies told me that my 2 sliding glass doors were unrepairable and that I would need to replace them. Then I called LD Glass. Jeremy found a way to fix both doors which saved me $1,500. He also was very responsive to all of my texts and kept me informed throughout the process. His communication was perfect!

Jeff and Matt replaced rollers on our patio door . We had a very hard time trying to open the door each time we let our dogs out. I have a different company originally and they canceled on me 2 times, so I called LD Glass, they came out quickly, accessed both my issues, and gave me a fair price (HUGH bathroom mirror and window replacement). They worked with me on providing a small mirror until the replacement came in. Installation was quick, and professional. I would recommend them for anyones glass work. They were GREAT to work with.

Did not show up on time for installation, no updates, very poor communication, keep getting different excuses why it took so long. First the glass shattered, ok accidents happened. Second, it was due to supplier cut the glass to wrong specs. Heres a hint switch supplier. Why wasnt the glass measured prior coming out? My wife wasted half day for Jeremy (btw MIA most of the time, who is owner and operator) to install the glass to find out the glass was the wrong size. The third time, we were promised that we are on the priority list and they might get the glass later in the week. Nope! So the following week rolls around, I decided to give them a call and got the good news that they received the glass, but the installation isnt available until the following week. I thought were on the priority list, Not! Ok, weve waited nearly 2 months, whats another couple of days. So on the day of installation, the installer, who is 1.5 hr late, didnt bother to call, didnt seem to care that hes late. I specifically said when the appointment was made, that my wife would be home for the installation, BUT will need to leave at a certain time. I thought I was clear with that regards, but he showed up late as usual. Overall, it was a bad experience and weve made mistake hiring them. The owner doesnt care about our best interest and operated the business very poorly. I would not recommend. Id rate a 0 if I could!

We worked through Arlington Marble who had subcontracted LD Glass to do our shower glass. LD Glass estimated 10 days to deliver the glass and they had it installed in 8 business days. I love the frameless look. Very nice. Will have to see how the extra treatment holds up in the long run but were happy with how it looks right now. They also cut the glass so we can add in a door if we want down the road. Pretty thoughtful. Jereme did a great job with measuring and getting us a couple extra inches in height to make it look extra nice. Daniel and Jeff did a great job with installation.

As a general contractor the biggest challenge I face every day is labor and vendors. The folks here at LD are really great. They take care of my stuff big and small. A genuine mom and pop outfit that cares about what they are doing and provides excellent customer service at a fair price. If you need glass, mirrors or even a shower give them a shot. You’ll be glad you did.

My elderly parents had a broken window . I called around and found this Local Company and couldn’t be happier. They were very professional and quick to respond . They came out to measure & did a great job covering up their window until the glass arrived to be installed . The install went quick and smooth and they cleaned up some old broken glass for them. They are a family owned business, they delivered as promised. We had a broken window, the techs came with the new window, switched out the broken one made sure it was installed and cleaned.

LD Glass provided the glass install for a remodel of our bathroom. The finished install was great and met our expectations. There were some difficult cuts that fit just fine. I did not give them 5 stars because there were delays in getting the job completed. I had to follow up several times to get the install done. I would use them again but would just have to plan on a possible delay.

I am very pleased with the service and pricing from LD Glass. Their installers are friendly and professional. They installed replacement glass on several of my windows including a very challenging second floor eyebrow window. Zero stars...never showed up. We scheduled an appointment, they missed their time window, we called, they said it would be later, never showed and said they wouldnt make it today. So we rescheduled to try again thinking life happens and wed give them another go. Made another appointment and they gave a lot of excuses why they wouldnt make it that day either. Even after we confirmed each of these appointments. Would not recommend if you have any desire to get your project completed...

Horrible Service, Emailed them with the information of what I need made and asked for someone to call me. The next day I called. Someone answered the phone and we completely clueless about my inquiry into their services. Funny I have lived and worked in the area for 34 years. I have worked or managed several business in the area. Ive used their services before with great success. In the day and age not to receive an acknowledgement nor a call after I made an effort to reach out to them by phone tends to upset a guy. So after several years of service Im looking elsewhere. Avoid - shady business. I placed an order for 3 pieces of glass on July 11, 2018. I was told it would arrive in 2-3 weeks by an employee named Tony. On Friday August 24, 2018, 45 days after I placed the order, I called to cancel the order since the windows have not arrived nor has the company bothered to call me to give me an update. On Tuesday August 28, 2018, the employee who took my initial order, Tony, states that even if I cancel the order, they are going to charge my credit card, regardless of the fact that they have not delivered the product nor can they tell me when it will arrive. I then told Tony that if the company charged my credit card, I would file a lawsuit. He claims he is only doing what he is told. When I asked for his last name, he refused to give it. When I asked for the owners name, he would only give me his first name but refused to give me his last name. Keep in mind that I am an attorney and so red flags are going off everywhere, plus I told him I would find out who the owner is in a matter of minutes so not sure why he was being so secretive. I then notify my credit card company and file a BBB complaint. Today, August 29, the owner, Jeremy Joseph, calls me and is trying to convince me to pay for the windows even though they still have not arrived. He tells me that he has been super busy, is down one employee, and that his mother died. Nevertheless, he believes that a customer should pay for a product that has not arrived after 50 days. 3 simple windows, nothing fancy. When I told the owner that I am an attorney and charging my card would be illegal, he gets snippy and states that I must think Im a big shot or something. Zero customer service and owner does not realize that if he charges my credit card, he is not only committing a crime but can end up owing me more than hes trying to collect for the missing windows. AVOID or use at your own risk.

Just had a glass shower installed by LP Glass. They came out on time and had the whole shower installed and hing 3 large mirros in less than 2 hours. They cleaned everything. I can not say enough about them. If I ever need another glass shower enclosure they will be the ones I will turn to.
