The owner of this place is very rude. I went in here to try to look for a bridesmaids dress for mySisters wedding. Let’s just say it was a very uncomfortable experience. My sister found a few she liked but the owner insisted that we couldn’t try them on. Not only was she very pushy, but when she looked at me and looked at the dresses, she told me I was way too fat for majority of the dresses in the store. She put me in a A-lined dress and kept trying to push for only that dress. Then she proceeded to give me a mermaid dress which I told her I didn’t feel comfortable trying on and proceeded to say that I had really big hips and that I would probably need to have a “special” order for people my size. If I had the chance I would give her a big Ole zero stars because no one should have to experience what I did. What owner body shames a customer. I’ll never be buying from this place.

Please do not purchase anything from this store. I purchased a dress for my upcoming wedding paid for it in full with alterations, the alterations were not made in time for my destination wedding. So I had to purchase a new wedding dress in Vegas. I disputed the charge with my bank, the charge was reversed, fast forward two months the bridal shop disputed the charges so now they have my money and dress

We went prom dress shopping for my sister and we loved it, they were all so nice to us and helped us with size and everything. We had been everywhere else, especially the main prom dress stores, and after a long day of not finding anything we ended up coming to Arias Bridal and Formal and we were so happy we did, my sister was so happy with her dress, she even sent two of her friends as well and they also had a great experience and bought their dresses there as well for prom. I 100% recommend this place, especially for girls that are considered plus size, there is a range of beautiful dresses and a range of sizes. Trust me when I say we went to known stores that I’m not going to mentioned because it’s not worth it and some gowns for plus sizes were a joke, we were literally just about to give up until we found this place and I might have repeated this but it was amazing and I loved how they welcomed us and made us feel comfortable with everything. COME TO ARIAS BRIDAL AND FORMAL for great customer service, a great price, a range of sizes and beautiful gowns!!! ♥️♥️

Beautiful selection of dresses. The owner is amazing lady my daughter and I we are extremely grateful for all her help. After going to more than nine store we finally find here the perfect dress. Other stores were super expensive and didn’t have the selection of this one.

We have shopped here for years. The owner is precious! She gives each customer all of her time and attention, then makes alterations to perfection. She has great taste in dresses!! We have gone to other dress shops, but we always come back to her because of the service, reasonable prices, and quality alterations. Chong makes your daughter look like a princess for any and every formal occasion! Shop local. Shop stores who care about their customers. This store is wonderful! Extremely rude owner. My daughters and I walked in to browse...not even 1 minute in the store and she was completely rude to us. Bad attitude.

0 stars.The worst service ever. I ended up paying almost $500.00 for a dress after alterations. She sold us the dress w/ a discount and in the end it cost way more than it was worth. after I paid for the dress she advised that there was a fee for the alterations & hemming. She originally said they were free. After I had paid the dress to take it home, she advise there was an additional charge of $130.00 for hemming & alterations. She also messed up my nieces alterations. She was rude & has the nerve to tell us my mom did not know anything. Please do not shop at this store. Horrible service.

Wonderful wonderful place!! The owner gives you all of her attention and help, she gives her all to each person! Found my wedding dress here and she is customizing the dress for my specific needs and she is so knowledgeable on many different things. Absolutely wonderful place and owner!!

Aria I cant thank you enough. Every prom has been the best prom thanks to you. I have never been uncomfortable in a prom dress from Aria, and my dresses have never torn or ripped. I dance pretty hard at prom so durability is important. I always have bought my dresses here, and I always will. Thank you for my last prom dress. Next dress is wedding!!

Came here attempting to see potential bridesmaid dresses asked if I could try one on and the lady working hesitated and then said she was closing. Being respectful as it was like 6pm on a Friday night, I left the store. Over 1 hour later I was leaving the mall her store was still open lights on and she was sitting there. Other than terrible service everything in this store was overpriced and a total rip off avoid this store like it’s the corona virus.

I bought my daughters prom dress here. The owner is amazing! She is very helpful in finding you the right dress. She will even measure you to order the size needed. If alterations are needed, she does that too. (extra fee, but worth it) I will buy more dresses from this shop, because of her excellent service.

Wonderful place to buy formal wear from. The owner is amazing. She is extremely nice and respectful. She does it all: helped me pick the perfect prom dress, measure for sizing, alterations like hemming, slits, etc. I can’t wait for next year prom with them !!

The ladies in this store were super helpful. They zipped and unzipped and pinned and unpinned dresses. I wish it had been the first place we visited. I will remember this store for future prom.

I would just like to give a shout out to Aria Bridal and Formal Wear @ Vista Ridge Mall for making a LONG day a GREAT day...We went to several stores looking for Matron of Honor dresses for my sister and just didnt seem to find one that we really liked and could make a decision on. We finally decided to go into this store and were in and out in under 30 minutes with a great dress! The owner is fantastic and helpful and knows just what a girl needs/wants!!!!! We walked in and told her what color(s) we were looking for and pulled a few dresses (and even asked us before pulling more expensive dresses)...She even asked to look at my wedding dress to help give us suggestions on which of our top two choices might look better! What a godsend this place was to find!!!! I cant wait to go back and shop for Mother of the Bride dresses!

Great customer service. I went in there with an emergency situation for prom and had less than two days to get a dress and have it altered and they made it happen for me. No other store could do it. A wide selection of dresses as well. Highly recommend!

Worst customer service experience ever. I was told my shoes were on order for over a month no one called me to tell me anything I finally Called in myself the shoes were never ordered and the lady had the audacity to say that not only had the shoes not been ordered that she gave me the incorrect price and they were actually more expensive. I’ll never come back and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop there.

Walked in five days before my wedding, told the very sweet ladies working exactly the style of dress I was looking for, and walked out with my dress 30 minutes later. Wonderful people and outstanding customer service. Highly satisfied with this business and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I want to atart out by saying that this is my first ever non 5 atar review of a company I have rated. I dont enjoy leaving negative reviews but this HAD to be done. Do NOT shop here. I repeat, do NOT shop here. Its a nightmare. We tried to get bridesmaids dresses and the brides dress from here. When the bridesmaid dresses came in, they were the wrong style completely. That wasnt so much of an issue. It happens. So we got the right dresses sent in a few days later. When we were supposed to pick up the brides dress. So when we all arrived, the alterations on the brides dress were the opposite of what was asked for. It was way too short. Unfixable. We asked if we could take a different size so we could make our own alterations and the woman there repeatedly told everyone there that their opinion didnt matter and that she didnt care. And that we were not going to be able to get the different size one. Also, the bridesmaid dresses were still not the right style. She told us that she needed to still alter them.... on our pickup date.... our second pickup date.... because it was the wrong style the first time. The woman there was so unbelievably rude and made it vocally clear that she doesnt care about our opinion and that it Is what it is. Eventually the police got involved. And she allowed us to take the other size but we still had to pay for the incorrect alterations on the other dress. Im begging you, do NOT give this place your business. Ive never been so blown away by terrible customer service. Just rude for no reason. And not organized whatsoever.

Run away of this place,my dress was sparkling and she lost some of item at the top, also the dress was to tight and she didn’t want to finish, she asked for more money, no offer steam, what kind of customer service is this? And it wasn’t cheap actually. Also she didn’t fix the train so the day of my wedding it was hard dance with the dress . She is very rude, sUcks their service, make a favor to yourself and go to other place

Amazing ladies here! Ya-hoo was so nice and very helpful!! I had a HORRIBLE experience at Davids Bridal in the same mall earlier that day where the staff was extremely rude and condescending and these guys made me feel like a princess, just like a bride is supposed to feel!!! I tried on a dress that was the style, material, & price tag I was hoping for and bought it the same day!! THANK YOU, LADIES!

They have good amount of wedding dresses on the rack most of them are of one size but they can order the dress in different sizes and color. They are very good in picking a good dress and determining the size you need.

Morgan was amazing. Not a huge selection of mother of the bride dresses but she was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with.

I was very excited as a newly engaged bride to begin shopping for a dress. My first stop was to Aria. The salesperson pointed to a dressing room when i asked to try on a dress. She offered no assistance. I grabbed three dresses from the rack and struggled to zip them myself. When I asked to try on a fourth dress, she slammed her glasses down and shouted at me this is a specilty shop with a three dress minimum I was speechless for the first time in my life. I held up my wallet and told her because of my spending, she has a job. I asked her if she knew what customer service was. She said why cant you make up your mind I told her if i had my mind made up, there would be ne need for me to be at her store. She told me i was the worse customer she has ever seen. I asked for her managers name and was told it was Chong Thomas. I asked for her name and she said it was Jeanie. I saw on their business card they had a location in Sherman. I called that location and spoke to Ashley. She was apologetic and assured me Chong would call me back. She never did. Needless to say, I will not ever shop at this store or reccommed it to anyone else.

I was almost in tears today when the lady at the counter told me that people from countries like me are difficult..she ASSUMED that I was from some country and made the remark...I was hurt and humiliated..will NEVER go there again...Got a prettier dress from Macys at a cheaper price!!
