Great price and service

Poor customer service. Ordered a 3/4 yard of Decomposed granite and spend 30 min picking these rocks out of a truck load. Confronted them, and they didnt really care. Ill do my business elsewhere in the future.

This is a personal experience that just happened 2 weeks ago at Caprock. I visited them for the first time to gather material for a project I was doing for a customer of mine. When the loader placed the pallet in my truck it became apparent that the weight was too much for my truck. I asked him to remove the pallet and when doing so he laid the forklift down on my tailgate causing damage to the tailgate. I did not notice right away and when I went back to confront the manager, Eric, he told me that since I was coming back 2 days later that it was not their responsibility. He should absolutely no sympathy or sense of responsibility. He told me he would talk to the owner and never followed back up. When I called him back he told me that he and the owner felt that it was not their responsibility. They will not show me the video footage and told me that because I did not report it right away they were not going to own up to their mistake.I am now left with a damaged tailgate and no apology what so ever for the damage they have done. Eric was extremely rude on the phone and in person when discussing this issue. He has come up with every excuse not to take ownership of this situation which is a direct reflection of whoever owns Caprock.

The guys on the fork lifts are rude and make you wait while they sweep and drink coffee.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Not only are they overpriced/expensive, but also poor customer service. They carelessly delivered product (which turned out to be POOR QUALITY), to a job site and dumped mortar on a rainy day WITHOUT shrink-wrapping it!! Home Depot and Lowes know that mortar delivered and left- in rain- will be ruined and unusable!! They protect the product, but not CAPROCK! This was a huge order and when we explained to them that the mortar is ruined we were told tough luck! Careless business, no ethics!!

Luis, manager, did not honor phone quote from Patti, employee. Get quote in writing or dont deal with them.

Very good prices and the pieces come mostly complete, I mean the flagstone I bought two pallets for a patio and the truth came very good complete pieces of good size and most importantly they have bilingual staff.
