I have not ever had better customer service than what I experienced at the Verizon store when I placed my order and when I picked up my new phone

My phone had to be ordered and when I came back in to pick it up, he synced everything up - got my apps and pics moved over and had me out of there in no time. Excellent experience from start to finish. I went into this Verizon store today to switch my service from T-Mobile. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and Adam was ready to help me with whatever I needed. I gave him the rundown on what I needed and he jumped right on it. He got me in and out very fast and I walked out with two new phones setup and ready to go. Highly recommended and Adam will take great care of you.

My experience was nothing less than the BEST!I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with my previous carrier when I came into the store and Ernest patiently sat with me and explained all my options. I then went back to my previous carrier to see if they had better options since I had been with them for 11 years. THEY DID NOT, and did not seem to care that I was an 11 year customer.So I returned to Verizon only to find that Ernest had left for the day. Absolutely deplorable service. This location should not even be able to display the Verizon logo. Waited over half an hour for service and was completely ignored by the one dark haired employee working. During my wait, two other customers walked out as they were also ignored. The one employee working, sat down with the same customer for at least 45 minutes (and counting) giving her a tutorial on how to use certain features, accounts, and answering an infinite number of questions. It did not seem to bother him that other customers were continuously leaving. I will never step foot in this place again. Save your time and energy and visit the actual Verizon store located on Stemmons ( next to Starbucks). This employee needs better training ( very rude and no concept of good customer service).

Very rude do not go to that store. We came there and the dude sitting there was helping some customers. ( he said he was switching some data for almost 45 minutes) he just didn’t care at all he didn’t even bother coming and try to talk to us or update us on what’s going on he was just having a casual conversation about his tattoos without even acknowledging us in the store. He didn’t even say a word when we were living the store after WAITING 45 minutes. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER TOTAL WASTE OF TIME, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. If you read this I didn’t say anything to you personally because we had kids with us. I don’t know your name but go find something else to do if you know you don’t want to work!

Please stay away from this store Russell cellular owned the store now is no longer verizon corporate the manager name Syed T Azeem . hell lie to you anything just to sell the phone. He hold me and my family for 4 hrs on February 5th telling me hell transfer my phone lines to business account after one month Verizon told me the lines never been transfer now Ive charged on 3 accounts. When I went to contact him today he run through the back and he sent one of his employees who doesnt know nothing at all.

Amin helped us through a joyful experience in a typically stressful situation choosing two new phones form my wife and myself. We all hit it off and Amin stayed until as free ten oclock at night to ensure we were taken care of. They didnt have thee KYOCERA phone I wanted so the manager drive to another store and picked one up so we could complete our adventure in a single evening.Ive never had a better experience.

We usually come into the store twice a year it seems like. We always come to this location because they are fast and knowledgeable. We always get the same person to help us. We will usually just wait for a certain person because we know how good he is(his name escapes me right now). The wait was longer than normal last visit so we had some one else help us. We paid off a phone to upgrade, added another line, and a watch to a current line. For some reason things took a really long time to activate and set up which isn’t normally the case. It took so long that she gave us the option to leave and said everything should be working soon. We also changed plans for all 4 of our lines. So we thought. A day goes by and the 2 new phones didn’t work. We found out they weren’t even activated after calling in to Verizon. We get our first bill a month later and they put the trade in phone credit on the wrong line and our phone plans had not been changed. We were told there is nothing that can be done about the trade in phone credit being on the wrong line. Otherwise always great service. In the future I will wait for the one service rep. That took care of us right in previous visits

This store says they have products they dont have, make you drive all the way out to the store to find this out because they wont answer their phones or answer questions over the phone. Then they didnt even cancel my order properly, this was almost 3 weeks ago and because they didnt do things correctly on their end I still cant get a new phone because Verizon thinks I have an order in progress. Corporate hasnt even been able to help me. Ive had Verizon for at least 15-20 years and Im ready to move on because of this store.

The staff has been ordering food through Ubereats, Doordash, and other online methods then have been filing complaints afterwords to get their money back.If this is what they do to the food delivery service I dont want to do business with Verizon at all. That is cheap, manipulative, and abusive.UPDATE - Considering that Ubereats, Doordash, Instacat, and other services like this rely heavily on a good phone and service provider this cheap tactic pulled by this store is one of the reasons why I chose today to give the finger to Verizon and go to AT&T.Reply to the owner - This wasnt the first time your store did this. Im sure it isnt the last. Your staff members are being heavily monitored by these delivery services now. Reports have been made.

The staff here are completely knowledgeable at more than just your basic how-to. I came in with a friend having questions and concerns about a SIM card and a few other things. All the questions were answered, they were very helpful, and super friendly. I’m not even with Verizon but I sort of wanted to be after leaving the store lol. Great experience overall for this location.

I had a great experience at this location. I went late in the afternoon to get my service switched over from sprint. The store was pretty dead at that time of the day but the employees were friendly. The young lady helping me out was very helpful and the process was relatively easy and quick. She helped me by applying a screen protector to my new phone and ensured that I was happy with the results. Would definitely go back to this location for any phone help or other products!

Typical Verizon CORPORATE store. I hate going to franchise stores because theyre always understaffed and have limited selection. This corporate store was quick to help me with my issue and had plenty of staff so I wasnt waiting forever. They didnt have the item I wanted in stock, but were able to help me order it. Friendly and quick. Avoid the franchise stores if you want to actually be helped and not wait an hour or more.

This is a scam, and blatant bait and switch. Theyll quote and agree to one price, then bill double that amount on the first bill. Ive since spent 10 hours trying to get $160 back that is nowhere in my paperwork, much less on any agreement Verizon can find. Why can noone provide me the paperwork/agreement that states this? Seems like a simple request.They dont care, they have your $$, and would rather pocket activation fees than keep a customer. Do not believe customer service will assist you with this - go to the store, ask for the manager, and ask for them to conference in customer service. Otherwise, one of them is going to outright lie and push the problem on someone else. Unfortunately I have several documented incidents like this, after only one month as a customer.What they wont tell you is your service gets cut off if you dont pay your first bill, even within the time frame customer service gives you. They do not want you to have time to fight this bill, they want you to pay before they cut off your lines and you lose your #. Just go to ATT/T-mobile, save yourself the hassle - at least they didnt tack on $200 in fees per month for no discernible reason.EDIT - Reply to owner: thank you for replying, admittedly after discussions with local store management, customer service management, and the executive relations dept, you were the first to be concerned. I appreciate the reply, but I am taken care of now. After filing an FCC complaint I was finally able to get my $160 credited (but not back into my bank account). Im not sure if you are the manager there, but the manager I spoke to (Amanda) agreed with me and said she couldnt find the terms, and that they should have provided it in writing. She agreed that I shouldnt have to pay, but to be clear, refused to refund it as well. When I escalated this to customer service management they told me she said the direct opposite in my account notes. I am leaving the review due to spending around 10 hours to get Verizon to do the right thing.For anyone else in my situation, my suggestions are:* Note all details and who you talk to* Record conversations, all of it* They will try to give you some of the activation fees back, then bump the amount up a little each time. Hold them to it.* Email their executives, its the only way I could get anything done.Its still not worth it to be a customer, but as you can imagine its not always easy to switch providers either. I suggest avoiding Verizon entirely.

They made an offer to reduce the activation fee on 2 devices. A month later that had not done it. I called Custer service got the store on the line and said hey Im having to call in now i want it all waived. I was told they would honor what they originally said I explained that I had to call and my time is money. The lady said she was busy and had other things to do and hung. The customer service rep on the line with me apologized for the store reps attitude. I would never go to this store again.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and they actually WANT to help you!Ive been a Verizon customer for almost 20 years now, and that isnt really recognized often when Im speaking with their customer service team over the phone. Thats why I just go into a store now.Typically when I used to go into a Verizon store I knew I was probably going to be dealing with a teenager or college freshman who knows less about the telecom they work for than I do. Not now and certainly not here. My two experiences at this location have been amazing.An associate named Bjorn, a Solutions Specialist, went above and beyond to help me deal with a unique situation involving the return of a defective device still within warranty but purchased in another state.Long story short; this guy got it done when no one else could/would. He not only secured me as a customer for the next 2 years of contract, but made me once again feel appreciated for being a Verizon Wireless customer for as long as I have.Thanks a lot and keep up the good work!

Try Metro. I dumped Verizon after being a long time customer and I am so happy. They lie about having better coverage. My Metro phone had better service than my friends Verizon phone when we were on vacation.While switching phone companies I also found out that Verizon had been charging me for 1.5 years for a tablet line that was supposed to be cancelled. They refused to make it right and ripped me off yet one more time.Metro is half the price with better service. My whole family is leaving Verizon.

But trying to get through when you call its like forget it you dont call the actual store you go to the main number and after a barrage of prompts, you may wind up getting to the actual store. Its a lot quicker to just drive there then try to get them on the telephone.

Ask for Allen, hes just that good I had to write a review. I was in to upgrade thinking that was the issue with my Note 3 not accessing the 4G network. Instead of just agreeing he took the time to explain what might in fact be just a Sim card issue. I will certainly be returning when I need to upgrade in a couple weeks. I have been having trouble the last three months with my HTC DNA and really needed to get a more reliable phone. This is the closest Verizon Wireless store to my home so I visited them Sunday afternoon. As soon as I walked into the store, Mary greeted me with a big smile and offered to assist me. I thought I wanted the Droid Ultra, but after seeing the LG G2, I chose that one instead. She took time to point out the differences between the two phones, which assisted me in making my final decision. She brought out several case options and was very helpful in making sure I had the best price for those accessories by offering a bundled price. She even went above and beyond to make sure all my texts were transferred to my new device. This was one of the most pleasant phone buying experiences Ive ever had. Went here to get lines added onto a particularly tricky account. The entire took about two hours but not because of the ineptitude of the staff, but rather because my request was so hard. Through all my questions and conversation one sales associate (Brisa) walked me through the process and we were out of the store with brand new units about as fast as anyone could have possibly asked given the complexity of our account. Only not a five star because the manager at the time was a little rude and the ambiance is average

Im sure everyone already knows about the long wait period at most Verizon stores but that can always be made up by the person who is assisting you. However, in this case that wasnt even an option. Lance helped me about half an hour after I had gotten there (about 5 people walked in right after me and a lot of people didnt know they were supposed to sign in to be helped considering there was no indication in the store at all to do so nor did any employees tell them) and God forbid the guy use any manners at all or even fake smile in the least bit. Weve all worked in the professional world, you say hey, how can I help you?, smiling (sometimes) ingenuously, and proceed to help them AND you dont cuss in front of them like Lance did. Dont get me wrong, I swear all the damn time but NOT at work despite what kind of day Im having and if by the off chance I do, Id at the very least apologize.When you get down to it, I Hated it mainly because of the terrible customer service. And I mean, I get it, the guy is attractive so Im sure hes always getting away with being a truly shitty human being, not to mention Im sure women hit on him all day and no one really wants that but hey, not my fault. I just wanted to get my phone to unfreeze and get out of there. Honestly, I just feel horrible for his coworkers.. We have been attempting to get the rebate for our phones since May 2016! They finally paid for one of the three after much work on our part at Christmas. Were still waiting on hundreds of dollars and if wed gone to a big box store, we later discovered we wouldve gotten the same deal, and two new televisions. I cant help but feel like were being taken advantage of.
