When I say I HATE this Walmart I mean that from the tip of the longest piece of my 4C hair to the bottom of my perfectly manicured feet/toes. They are well stocked, but thats the ONLY compliment I have for these 403s!! There always unbelievable crowded because only a few lanes are open, theres never anyone around to help you and when you can get someone they know nothing, plus never any baskets inside! I came in today to purchase a $49 vacuum that I priced on Monday. They said there wasnt any in stock, but will be on the 3rd. Today is the 5th so I knew for sure it will be in stock, it was but was $10 more at $59. I wasnt to tore up about that, but decided to shop around for a better one since I was going up in price. I found one at the original price for $49. There was 2 types on display and I wanted to get the correct one for 49$ so I used my Walmart app to price check. One was $109, the other didnt come up so I went to the front and it came up to $119. I felt this may happen and thats why I took a pic of the display with 3 other vacuums there under the $49 display. You know what they told me, that there was a big sale and these vacuums was displaced. ALL FOUR OF THEM MAAM????? Can the price be honored since its falsely advertised? NOPE!!! Why Walmart, why??? Do better, Im going to Target!!

We were there for a quick shopping trip. Got the few quick items and used the bathroom facility before going on.The womens restroom is fully wheelchair handicapped accessible. Because I need assistance in the restroom, my husband went inside with me. None of the other women inside the restroom were concerned because they were able to see why he was there. Its not necessary for the governor, lt. governor, and AG Paxton to create a problem about men in the womens restroom where there is no problem. No one was traumatized or even concerned. The other women were helping to get paper towels and hold the door open for us to leave. They were all kind and considerate.Parking is very convenient to the entrance. Automatic doors are wonderful for people in wheelchairs.The check out staff are polite, friendly, and professional.We are satisfied customers.

Not bad. Decided to try this location after moving. I usually go early to avoid crowds. Seems to have everything I need. My favorite tea was in stock! Most of the staff seems to be nice and will say hello or whatever. Self checkout goes quick. In and out in less than 30 min.

Its a supercenter with club attached! Staff were helpful and great.Took off a star because their online isle locations dont often match products location. Please, searching in a super center is not fun; fix product locations on website.

Associated were very helpful. Dont like shopping and having to self check and then unloading. Serving the customers has been forgotten.

They are in the middle of remodeling and theres no map available so I did not give it a five star for that reason. The four stars is primarily based on the person who checked us out being so friendly and accommodating. Its a little difficult to rate the store since they are in the process of changing everything right now.

They have destroyed that store and definitely not for the better of their customers. Granted it isnt finished yet but it is going to be just as horrible as the Round Grove store .I love how they cant pay taxes but it they have money to make shopping a horrible experience. Any other store in the world would be better then this.

I love Wal-Mart, but I would avoid this one. I went to buy/exchange a propane tank. So i went inside they were friendly and processed the sale. I was told to wait ouside that somone would be right with me to give me tge new tank. Well I started waiting another customer joined me as well. Time passed, I could see employees inside. I would signal to them for help they ignored me several times. I started calling in to ask for help. It was cold and windy out there. The guy with me went in to ask for help. Customer servive said to wait. Nothing, I started calling on the phone they said they would page somone. Nothing. It had been about a half hour to 40 min before a lady came out. I was almost frozen. I told her how much time I was there, the recept had the time stamp as proof. She did not apoligize and questioned.how much time we waited. What is obvious to me is that customer service and simple respect are not part of the culture of this store. I am a loyal customer that will not be shopping at this store again. Avoid this store at all cost.

Waited outside at Pickup for 45 min. Super center is Super Slow!! I understand they are busy but they need to make changes to improve their pickup

I understand its going through construction but they need to update the ceiling labels. I couldnt even find bread on my most recent trip there. Not to mention only 1-2 registers for grocery shopping (full carts). Which makes the experience even more of a struggle. They always take a million years to come unlock items in the beauty section so I dont even bother purchasing locked items from this Walmart. Ive never had a rude interaction with any employee, but I have seen management rudely talking to one of their employees. Not a good look. Also bathrooms are ALWAYS dirty.

The main item was left off of my grocery pickup. Took 5 calls, on hold for over 10 minutes on one call, and hung up on twice just to get issue resolved. Then had to drive back to pick up missing item. I understand human error but PICK UP THE PHONE! All five times I called the phone rang over 20 times before someone answered only to either transfer me to another number that didnt answer or hang up on me. Customer service has left the building!!

No one will answer the phone at this store! The automated phone system hangs up on you so you never get to speak to a person. I was forced to give at least one star or I couldnt post this review. The one star was not even earned.

No cashiers, only one cluster of six self-checkout registers open and a queue of more than 20 customers with overflowing carts. So much for making a quick stop for an item.Horrible customer experience, and reminded me of why I avoid Walmart.

The store was quite busy as I entered the non-grocery side of the store. Spaces were open pretty far back in the parking lot. Be careful walking here as the space between the parked cars, vehicle traffic and pedestrian walk space is very narrow. Once inside, the isles were narrow as well with merchandise separating the flow of traffic. This is a good idea but a few people not following the flow makes it difficult in navigating this area. Items are usually quite easy to find in Walmart and this was no different. The self checkout lanes moved quickly and the checkout process was equally as quick.

Today the line was way too long. I was there around 8pm. Hope they open all the self checkout. Or put people to work

THIS cinema is the berries. IMAX, Dolby, Dine in auditoriums. AND power recliners! Terrific.

They are remodeling right now and didnt have what I needed in stock. Its not a bad store but their cat food is really lacking unless you feed your cat indoor formula in any brand. Thats nearly all they had and I dont feed that to my long haired cats. I need hairball control in the specific brand that I buy because cats have really sensitive stomachs and changing their food suddenly gives them problems. Which it did. So not a bad WalMart but if you dont want your cats to throw up Id recommend going somewhere else for pet food until after the renovation.

Doesnt even deserve that star!! How to u have horrible customer service e plus 100 lines with no checkers and only Self Checkout open and only one take cash and dang near the rest is broken🙄🤔 Make it make since!!

What else could you possibly need to read reviews about Walmart? You walk in, if you know the layout, you get what you need and leave. If its not your Walmart, maybe add a few minutes to figure out the difference and boom, Walmart trip over!

Mainly, now only have groceries and misc. items by delivery using the $98.00 annual fee plus a reasonable $7.00 average tip.Being 87 yrs old, this is a super blessing for me, having only to drag in bags from doorstep and put away. However, I used to do curbside pick up which was instantaneous and great.Now, not using curbside, I do miss chatting with those spirited, lovely Hispanic ladies and having fun using my college Spanish with them.Note that Walmart forbids tipping these super great employees. So what could be better?

This store has been emptied to the behrend shelves you see here, and yet every single customer and employee we passed while shopping through what was left, was so friendly, kind and respectful. That is not a typical shopping experience for me. Its usually very hectic and unnerving, causing uncontrollable anxiety followed by raging panic attacks. Tonight I got a sense of people coming together to do what they can for themselves and passing a common smile and friendly greeting on to each other in passing. My personal favorite shopping experience in so many years, I cant place a numerical value on it. The people in my community have made me proud to be part of today!Thank you ALL!May be not much to some, but so much more to me.

The assist supervisor was playing on his phone . At main street when there was one clerk checking groceries. Then he took his break. The clerk has been working since 6 am, at 130 pm she has no break or lunch. The customers were getting a long line. I am going back to Winco. The prices are lower and more checkers.

I used to work here and it sucks! No management interaction or support. But my manager Jennifer is the best you can ever have. If you work here ask for Jennifer and see if she has a job for you under her department.

This is by far the worst Walmart I have ever been to, they have one human checker and arent calling a single 1 to help, and Im pretty sure this checkers name is sloth, hes barely moving. Yeah somebody should probably check his pulse at this point Was able to get 2 people through the line in the last 15 minutes. If this is where Walmart is going I dont think they will be around for much longer.

I have been here looking for Quart &Pint seal bags, at homeware section.. theres a guy Isihah ( hope its right), been great helpful.. Walmart should have more people like him because of whom, it makes easier for the customers to find the stuff and check out and leave quickly..But my no luck, I couldnt find the things I was looking for..they were out of it..all they had is machine but they didnt have no bags

Its Walmart....no full service. So why arent prices coming down since labor costs are??? Maybe keep ur shelves stocked? That asking too much?

I think this whole pandemic is a cover for a managed economic collapse. The closing on Walmart at 10:30pm is an act of rationing.We are experiencing wide spread scarcity, and its not being talked about.

Went in to get a little AC on a hot day. Was going to buy a package of donuts ($1), but line was too long, so I just put em back down & left. Security person (I assume) followed me out filming me with her phone, and demanding to know where the food was. I answered telling her where I had put the donuts, and she asked if I had anything else on me, which I obviously did not. She stormed back inside after I answered 3 or 4 more times where I had set the donuts. Very rude.

Love to go-to this WalMart but they are updating the store and I dont know where anything is.

Its Walmart. The one big thing that bothers me with Walmart, they are trying to push everyone to the self checkout. I am retired and dont want to learn another job, especially on that they get free labor from my efforts. I still like the smiling face interaction with a human, not a cold callous machine where I have to learn the correct vegetable codes and scan my own groceries and pay Walmart for me doing a Walmart customer service job.

All walmarts are lacking in keeping thier shelves full.

This Walmart is our favorite in the Highland Village/Flower Mound area. Its big & has more available items than most other Walmarts. Bought several athletic T Shirts, long & short sleeve at $5.88.Stocked up on LED Christmas mini & micro lights at low, low prices. They have best prices anywhere on Peets coffee & K Cups.Highly recommendedPhil

The shelves are either empty or they are full of everything but what I buy! They will have every flavor of drink mix falling off the shelf there is so many but none of the one flavor I drink. Same with almost every item on my list. Go to check out and lines are 8-10 deep with baskets loaded and only 2 lanes open. Since they tried becoming Amazon they suck!

Its Wally world come on busy all the time. Crazy nuts all over the place and they have remodeled kinda just moved stuff around so if it was in this spot most likely it isnt now. But it is Wally world Sam should be proud I guess. Its most likely here just finding it is the hard part.

The carts from this Walmart are never smooth, either they squeak or theyre hard to push and lean to 1 side or another. But other than that, its an okay Walmart.

If I could give a negative star I would especially when it comes to the restroom. You have all those staff walking around in the yellow jacket on their phones gossiping or doing whatever they should go in every hour and check the restrooms gross.

Walmart needs to go back to the drawing board . One line open with cashier and they want you to bag be the cashier but keep raising price and selling bad fruit, meat and milk ridiculous .

I got my covid shot and was just a walk in. It took about 1/2 hour with 15 minutes of that waiting after the shot for legal reasons. Everyone that I worked with was very professional. I dont usually used Walmart pharmacy, but would be glad to recommend them.
