Be careful trying to use your Tom Thumb gas rewards here. In the past month, I have been told that I could not use my gas rewards. The offer was 20¢ off a gallon. When I left after paying regular price, I noticed 2 of my reward points missing. I called Tom Thumb and they advised me not to visit this location again.

Very bad service and working attitude toward customer. I passing by there and try to add some gas yesterday. But the machine was not working and ask me to “wait for verification”, I wait there for more than 5 mins. It still not working. So I went inside ask for help. The man was really rude; he shouted on me and promises it was working. I went out, the same message still there and have to going in and out many times asking for help. I beg him to come out and check but he was reluctant. I do not have time. It was a raining day and there was no customer inside the store! It was a really bad experience. I will never go to this location any more!!!
