Diesel had a bag over the handle, this one had tape over the credit card slot that says go inside (during COVID), so I tried another pump and it’s CCard didn’t work either.I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Pumps are never working, never takes cards outside. This use to be a nice gas station but has gone way down. Sadly its a great spot but has never been updated. Unless that terrible paint job to the pumps was it. Wont be going back until new pumps or new owners!

Do NOT try to use your Kroger fuel points here; they don’t know how to process them correctly and aren’t apologetic about it at all

This place is good. Its very convenient and right in between Flower Mound and Lewisville. Inventory is available yet sometimes limited as far as snacks and beverages are concerned yet they should always have your choice cigarettes and dip tobacco. No car wash services

This is the worst gas station! Half the time their pumps dont work or cant accept credit cards, the inside is dirty & unorganized, and the whole place is just not kept up. Its too bad too because its in a really convenient location!

The great thing about this place is that everything costs $0 since none of the pumps and card reader ever seem to work.I guess that’s why it’s called a Shell Food Mart and not just Shell. 🤷‍♂️

I come here fairly often. They have had great service::-A pump was broken one time, and without any questions, he immediately put a yellow bag over the pump.-Another time, when the machine said clerk has receipt, I went in the and cashier had my receipt ready.

Rate a -1. Time after time when I am stupid enough to stop here there is an issue with one of the pumps. Today was the worse. Ot is a shell station but I was told they could not take shell cards. Ive used ot before. Some screens cannot be read. In the afternoon it is impossible to read the screen on the west side.

Broken dirty pumps, no card reader, worst paint job, only Super grade, high prices, only 1 employee on duty, indifferent management/owner, terrible customer service.

The service here sucks. Bad attitude. They need to know about cuatomer srvice
