This store has terrible customer service ... no pro-active phone calls to notify you of deliveries or delays - they say they will send an email for quotes or updates but never do - you really think it is a circus when you walk in - no greetings, they act like you are bothering them.And Fastenal corporate makes me go thru the local store - I will be looking for another source if I ever get finished with my current circus (been working on it for 3 weeks now) ... this is very painful and time consuming
